UPDATE: Almost a year later, still the long line…Great prices, great service. Not a fan of making paying customers wait to get out of the store AFTER paying for the goods. Bad business model, please change it back to the way it was. 5 minutes I won’t get back, can’t be worth ruining every customer’s experience to catch the “thieves”.

Great place to buy, but unfortunately the lady on the front appears to be racist. It is the third visit I have made that she stopped me to ask for my membership and I see that other people she don't ask for them, she tells them they can come in. It's very disgusting.

Was soo amazing!! I'm not a member here! But my sis is. I was just a visitor and was so amazed at the prices!!$59 pair of skorts for $10 and the brand are great ones!! Quality clothing!! Meats are less, food costs are better than Walmart and the quality is much better!!

I would avoid theirtire and battery center at all costs. They are so unhelpful! They give every reason in the book as to why they can’t do a service but then I go to Walmart tire and battery and they do the extra work to help me with my problems. These workers are lazy and do not care one bit about customer satisfaction. Even if you make an appointment, you will wait forever because they move like turtles. Avoid at all costs. It wasn’t always this bad! The last two years they’ve gotten terrible! Get it together SAMS Club people PAY FOR THese MEMBERSHIPS! IM ABOUT to JUST CANCEL IT!

Had 2 very unpleasant experiences here and am a brand new premier member. Never been a Sam's member. My experience was pretty terrible from the start even with Groupon not following through on their gift certificate. But the employees at my 1st pickup order just made it even more unpleasant. The 2nd visit was even more unpleasant. Was ready to quit this place but my spouse and I do vending ..after giving a poor review rating online the manager of this Sam's personally messaged an apology and promised to sort out the problems I had. She was polite, professional and owned up to the mistakes on behalf of Sam's employees. I was quite surprised that she took the time to message personally. Alyssa, thank you for being a great manager and caring about rookie customers like my family. This Sam's had some sweet people who gave samples on Saturday. My kids loved it! They also have the most gorgeous flowers and bouquets. There is an abundance of parking all around the building. For a Saturday, the store was super tidy too.

I always use the app to checkout when shopping for my self but when I'm doing an Instacart order, the checkout is horrendous. They have 8 self checkout lines and only 1 person working on them, when every machine has some type of issue. What's the point of the self checkout if the machines constantly break and cause massive pileups.

I always enjoy shopping here. I expect to spend a lot, but because you buy bulk. It is SO much cheaper than.. say walmart or similar. Also the gas is cheap and food is good. Can't beat it

Love Sam's Club but not happy that an employee moved my cart of payed for food why away from my table while I was eating. She said it was close to the drink machine. I have very poor vision and did not want anyone to take my things. It was the only seat available.

I went here with my family and I found a 12 pack of coincell batteries 🔋 that fits for my 2010 chevrolet camaro lt v6 car key fob so I bought it for 16 dollars and I only needed 2 of them but I am saving the rest of them for later use!

Visited this location for the 1st as I purchased a membership through my T-Mobile app. I went directly to the Members Service desk to get my new membership card. After waiting in line I was greeted by an associate. I told her that I was there to get my new membership card. I showed her my membership number in the app. She said they were out of cards and I can use the bar code in the app. I told her that I needed to verify my membership. She said it was already verified without looking. I felt like she was rude and not listening to what I was telling her.I went inside the store to purchase two specific items. I ended purchasing extra items. The store was clean and organized. There were lots of great deals around the store. I then proceeded to pay my items. The cashier that assisted me was Sharay. She rang all my items and when I was trying to pay it was saying that my membership was expired. I told her that this was a new membership as I haven’t been a member in a long time. She reached out to her supervisor/trainer Ann. Between both of them they figured out that my membership was not verified (exactly the reason why my first stop was at Member Service). They updated my account and I was able to pay my purchase and leave the store super happy.If it was for my experience at the Member service I would have rated the experience a 0-1 but these two ladies took the time to hear my concerns, researched and fixed the issues. They turn around my whole experience. If I could rate them higher they would be definitely over a 10 in a scale of 0 to 10. Thank you Sharay and Ann for loving your job and providing excellent customer service. I would definitely go back and totally recommend this location. Thanks! ♥️🙌🏻

I like going to this store most of the time there sales are great, but I always buy in bundles I save a lot of money this way. The staff are helpful and friendly some even know me already and I only go there once a month. When I can't find something they're there to help me find what I need. Everything is neat and in it's place easy to find the items you need as you can see.

I wish they would put all the frozen Vegan/Vegetarian stuff in one section. You have to go hunting for it. It is scattered around in different aisles.

Have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars at this specific store only to have a store associate discriminate again me for a disability which I have. I was told by a store associate that I was not allowed to use a handicapped scooter because I was too young (I am 40), and didn’t look disabled enough to warrant the use of a handicapped scooter. I didn’t realize that disabilities are limited to age. The store didn’t come up with a viable resolution other than to talk to the associate that told me I couldn’t use the scooter.

Rya, the sams club assistant manager, is freaking problem solving beast! He's prompt and immediately on the scene when there is problem and fixes it on he spot! I'm renewing my membership and upgrading to the titanium package becuase of how awesome this guys is!

I really like this location & their stock. However, I really dislike their snack section of the store, everything should be on shelves, etc rather than stocked on pallets & boxes. Makes it look tacky and unorganized, like they're just moving in kinda thing. Lol but even with that being said, this is hands down one of my favorite stores around the area. Far better than the locations down south.Update 9/21/22: it's about that time for Halloween candy!!!! Yayy! Remainder of the review is the same. Really like this store.

Sam's club is great but google couldn't give directions to this club store. I'm glad I kind of remembered how to get there. Anyway I think I'm set up with meats for a couple of months. Bought a bunch of other stuff too. i spent $300. It's a lot cheaper than the supermarket.

Sams needs to check their products. Expires 09/2025. Just bought these today. Came all punctured, brown, moldy and some without any juice. Threw the entire case away.

Love, love, love curbside pickup, and online ordering. The app is just the best!! The Pharmacy is my new favorite. They CALL you to tell you your prescription is ready. The Pharmacist is knowledgeable and helpful. And the Scan and Go is so convenient. No lines waiting to check out.
