This store is one of the smaller, old fashioned PUBLIX locations. Hard to find stuff if you don't shop here regularly. But, the service is friendly. Great!! The deli people are the best in Polk County, if not the state!!! Always a good experience!

Beware of expired food lately- even at the checkout... and almost dismissive offering from management to make up for you're child having ate. Really was kind of floored at the experience.

Everyone from the cashiers, managers, and pharmacists are knowledgeable, professional and great to interact with. It is a smaller store, so they sometimes run out of certain items, but there are so many Publix's around to choose from. This one is ours though and we shop there at least three times a week.

They're usually stocked well and rarely a line. Fully staffed. Every employee delivers exceptional service. This location goes above and beyond. They're quick to bring in carts and it is well maintained and managed.

Ordered the footling Philly cheese steak and it was terrible. More bread than meat peppers and onions. Meat had zero seasoning. I can make it better myself

Deli/hot food review! We live local, this is our go to store, I've had this same exact issue twice before...yet here we are again. The amount of feathers left on your wings is disgusting!! This time topped it though and yes...I've complained to the deli in person. 1st off-went in person...nothing ready made...was advised to order on-line and you'll get what you want and fresh. So we did what they suggested. Well come to learn that Instacart is what the Publix web site forces you to order from. (They are working on it.) Well we never got our notification that our food was ready. Go there...mad confusion. They come to find our food in the warming bin...NOT fresh! Get it home to feed our party...full of feathers. Like a nasty amount on most of the wings. Oh fun fact...they use the same wings and put breading on them to sell as well. So those of you who prefer breaded chicken wings...hope you enjoy feathers too cause ya can't see em with the thick breading over them. So Publix...I am SO disappointed in not only your service but the actual quality of your wings. Feathers are not acceptable or edible! 3rd time now and definitely the worst time. Won't be back! Do better deli workers get better chicken!!

Handy and convenient to my house. It's like a big pantry for me. Since it's a smaller store the selection is limited. 95% of the time they have what I need without going to Lake Miriam or the Clubhouse store.Staff is always friendly and helpful! Store is always clean and inviting.

Update, downgrading to two stars, the sandwiches being wrapped open face, so you get the entire inside wrapped, training need to be conducted on how to finish and wrap sandwiches.The deli has to be improved, they constantly run out of rotisserie chicken, the line to sandwichs is always 5-6 people. During the off hours everyone is doing prep work and not paying attention, during rush hour they are understaffed and work slowly. I will modify this review once I see improvement.

Awesome customer service. This is my 3 rd Publix I've shopped at and this is by far hands down best over the rest of them. I literally go out of my way to come here. I live behind Publix in Bartow and I pass another one on my way here. But I will go out of my way to shop where one they know how to keep them shelves stocked and two great customer service ❤️

Nice small Publix. Always have issues with their deli here. Always out of either fried chicken or rotisserie chicken….seriously how hard it is to keep a stock of both cooked under the warmer. Have 5 people behind the counter every time I come by no fresh chickens and no fried chicken…..nasty wings galore…..

Outrageous prices, you get very little for the money you spend there. Infact I strongly recommend going to cheaper shopping quarters, for example Aldi's you get better pricing and a lot more groceries to fill your home and tummy. I will also recommend Winn Dixie by 1 get 1 is great when budgeting

This is a smaller Publix but very accessible, a nice departure from larger stores. Friendly associates make this a nice place to shop.It is so good to have the option of a smaller, compact store. It provides an excellent alternative to big box stores.Get B1G1 Free (1) dozen roses this week. 8/21/22. 🌹 🌹 They have gorgeous colors and combinations.
