I'm new here and cane to get some boars head meat sliced when we came it was line the lady here watch the lady struggle with a long line she kept doing orders that want getting picked up but my thing is she waited until another came behind me and was so happy to help the white man behind me but not the black couple must get better staff

Good Publix haven’t had a day where it was too busy . Clean place . Sadly I’ll always remember this place for the creepy lady that was looking through the cracks in the bathroom when I was using it . She saw everything! Noticed while I was in front of the mirror !! Creeped me out so much! Which bathroom stalls didn’t have those big cracks !

We shop here and only here. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store every week. My son is 1.5 years old and he always enjoys a cookie from the bakery every time we go grocery shopping. It puts a smile on his face. I am greatly disappointed with the bakery staff tonight around 8:00 on 12/27. We asked for a cookie with a smile and a please and thank you. Other people were around when the woman rudely said “Are you getting anything else other than a free cookie?” with an attitude. Its embarrassing that it was put that way. It’s a one year old baby that wants a cookie. I didn’t think it would be such a big deal to take 30 seconds to hand my baby a cookie. I am so incredibly disappointed because I actually love this store and choose it over other publix locations. But i’m not sure we will be returning after this. The woman in the bakery seemed younger with brownish red hair wearing a grey associate shirt. Do better Grove Park, I know you can because I’ve seen it.

After waiting 30 past pick up time for subs, I asked what I could do to prevent having to wait as long. The gentleman said "have someone else do it because I been doing it a while." I said ok let me talk to your manager and I will let him know. Bill is not concerned with customer service, apparently. After listing 2 things that may need improvement, he was more concerned with the volume of my voice, which I could barely hear myself, as it was around 6pm in the deli area. Bill should be concerned with overworking his employees and making shopping a pleasure.

They leave so many Bogo signs off their products in the aisles. You need to take a flyer with you to double check.This morning two express lanes open. 7 people waiting in regular line.No front end help but one sweet woman.It is noticeable employee friendliness is going down. Workers don't speak to you anymore.Not sure what is going on because Store manager is great.

It's a grocery store. Probably one of the best I've been to. But again it's a grocery store. I don't know that it really requires a rating. Did they sell packaged food and other sundry items.

Courteous staff, excellent array of products, appetizing produce display with ample variety. The store is clean with spacious wide isle. There are people who bag groceries and will take them to your vehicle , the store offers a pharmacy and handicapped carts.

Love Publix, their is always so I also have to say that during the pandemic when everyone was in a panic and shelves were empty all over town Publix never disappointed their stores were beautiful!!! The employees were delightful!

everytime i go to this Publix it’s always nice and everyone nice until today there a young lady name (Reese) working right by customer service and she was very rude I needed help with my wic and she didn’t give me the help I needed then my mother in law put one of the bars to separate our food and my mother in law told her “hey I’m paying for that one separate” she put one of them bars to separate our food,her response was “no you didn’t but okay” and she rolled her eyes we didn’t say anything to her after that but thank you but like I said everyone nice until we came across her today

Publix basically had almost every band of any given consumable on the market at that moment. They DO have well-stocked, orderly, shelves with items you can 99.9% guarantee aren't contained in opened, torn, crumpled or dented packaging. Their dairy seems to always be well within the spoilage dates listed, and their customer service from cashier to stocker to manager almost always seems willing and easy and eager to please. Their bakery is outstanding, having freshly made/baked goodies daily and of the highest quality. The only two areas that I feel could actually warrant mentioning that might benefit from a 'refresher course' are:1) the bagging of groceries - definitely a dying art in the new millennia, but one that Publix literally wrote the training manual for and the teens today just don't seem to understand the importance of (because who wants their eggs and bread smashed by their gallon of milk and 2-ltr. Soda bottles?)AND2) the slightly-elevated cost per item; however, that can realistically be defended by stating that well-lit, ultra-clean, pristinely stocked and arranged aisles, rows, and shelving isn't done without that extra 'ummmph' of effort and pride put into it = another 5-10¢ on the dollar....

I LOVE IT HERE! Just found out about the veggie egg rolls from the hot deli! Let me tell you, they are exquisite! They are a little pricey at $1.98, but so good.

Well I have had a few handmade Italian hoagies, but this time I explored other options unfortunately I didn't purchase anything but I can't wait to come back and rack up the store is so clean the meats and vegetables were excellently fresh and the employees ( family oriented) were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent experiences.

It’s a public but it has flaws. The prices never match the product. I’ve gone in three occasions where I was stuck in the register line waiting for the cashier to find the correct prices of each product. It’s the only grocery store near me but I will be switching to Amazon. The prices at least don’t change.

I can't say enough about your employee named Winter. She was friendly and attentive as she bagged my groceries. And helped me go to my car. In addition, she helped an employee, who was trying to put a line of carts back, with shoppers pouring out the exit door. Their pies in the bakery (namely the dutch apple pie) always has undercooked dough on top that becomes slimey when you cut into it.
