Would highly recommend and will also be returning. The groomers were very nice and gave my boy lots of attention and compliments to which he deserves as he is the main character in his own world. They understood we had a party later that morning and we were trying to get him cleaned and groomed ASAP. I live five minutes away and told them I could be there in that amount of time if they called me. They called me five minutes before he was done so I could be there and back home before our party even started!

Mom and I needed preschool food for our cat, Sheena, who is about eighteen (18) years old, and PetSmart in Lakeland, FL was the only place that had it. My review, is thus as follows: Great communication skill, job knowledge skill, and courtesy and respect -- For staff. Most of the best deals are only available online for pickup. My favorite deal is the buy 3 get 1 free on the bully slices. My 3 dogs love the bully slices. Same with the collagen sticks.The store itself is most of the time clean and well organized. The dog trainers and groomers are very nice to my special needs dogs. They don't mind that my dogs are very friendly and give lots of kisses.

Groomers did a good job on our little Oscar. We were there on a Monday and they were extremely busy. The store was well stocked and clean. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

I’ve been rescheduled multiple times by Sarah for grooming, always calls out or something comes up. Get somebody in there that’s committed to the customer. Don’t waste your time with her or PetSmart grooming.

I’ve brought my dog here multiple times for grooming, buying her food, treats, etc. And have always been treated kindly by the employees as well as received well done hair cuts. I brought my dog in for a hair cut and bath and she left with a cut/wound on her leg. I called and asked why I wasn’t notified about it and if i should bring her to the vet that’s connected (banfield) and they said yes and that it would be covered if it was deemed the groomers fault. Since they said yes, i brought her in and they decided that the wound wasn’t their fault despite there being no other explanation for her NOT having a wound before getting her haircut and suddenly having one right after… very weird. Even if it wasn’t their fault, they inspect the dogs before hair cuts to make sure there is no open wound so how was this bright red cut on her white fur missed? Seems neglectful either way and, as much as i’m sure Petsmart does not care, we will not be shopping here again. If you are getting your dog groomed here, i would recommend having them examine the dog in front of you to make sure they are doing their job. Employees are at least kind.

Went to a store to support our businesses instead of ordering from Amazon.THE pet store refused to bag my items unless I paid for the bag. On top of that the cashier was rude about it..I have use of only one hand and needed a bag. Brick and mortar stores need to treat customers great or everyone will turn to online shopping, where I will shop for pet needs next time!

I took my dog to petsmart in Lakeland hoping for good quality service. Before the groomer took my dog, I showed plenty of pictures and even one video of exactly how I wanted the haircut. She replied “I understand it”. When I picked him up he looked anything but the picture. I clearly stated I wanted to keep his hair long, mainly wanted to clean up his private area, tail, and rear end. Definitely wanted his main to stay long. I told the groomer this is anything but I asked for, She said “you should stick with whoever normally grooms your hair” “I can’t put it back”. I asked for a manager and she said he’ll be there in the morning. I pointed out the tail was far from decent, she didn’t say anything and started walking away. During this whole ordeal I said, the idea of showing pictures is for you to do his haircut the same way, if you are unable to do that, you could have told me you are can’t and I would have gladly gone somewhere else. One of the other groomers said to talk to the manager to get a refund. I talked to the store manager named Nate. Once again I explained I was extremely unsatisfied with how my dog’s hair looked. I showed him a picture of what I requested. I asked him, does my dog look close to this? He said “ummm…. his hair is little shorter now”. Then he proceeded to tell an associate to reimburse me and said, “you won’t be allowed to come back over here anymore if you request a refund” and proceeded to continue to stock merchandise instead of figuring out a way to resolve the problem. He clearly didn’t want to deal with the problem, the groomer definitely didn’t want to deal with the problem either. The only person who actually apologized and had a professional attitude during this whole situation was the associate who refunded me for the haircut package I had paid for. If I could give petsmart groom a negative 5 stars I would definitely do that. I have friends who have taken their Pomeranians to different petsmart locations and had no issues. The fact that one groomer does not have experience with double coated small breeds doesn’t mean every single groomer in petsmart will be the same. I do not care about the money or being told “you won’t be allowed back” I can definitely find a better place, no problem. However, the fact that as company, this is your policy when a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of services you provided shows the type of company and beliefs you teach your employees. I will definitely not recommend petsmart to anybody for their grooming services. I will be contacting corporate.

This time around I must say I was disappointed. I took my puppy in for her second hair cut I specified what I wanted asked for a Mohawk to eventually convert into a ponytail and it was cut down. He knows I’m trying to start her ponytail so not sure why he would cut it down. Now I feel like I was over charged for the Groomer Hayden to just trim her face. Her body paws butt under area was exactly the same when I dropped her off. I could have did the service at home to be honest which I will be. I knew I should’ve just said don’t worry about it when I was told “oh if I don’t get it right there’s always next time”. Yea there will be no next time, $70 for a face trim I could’ve did myself. Smh just not a good experience for my first puppy.

I had some dog wear that wasn’t worn and with tags attached. Lakesha refused my return. Kept saying something about how they don’t allow clearance items to be returned and refused to show me where that is protocol. I examined the receipt and nothing mentioned final sale. In fact receipt told me the price I would get back for return off each item. Last time I checked corporate policy isn’t someone saying whatever they want. Lakesha corporate will be calling you.Update with the exact same receipt and the exact same items with no questions asked I was able to finally complete my return at a different Petsmart locationThis just goes to show this location is the absolute worst

I recently had my puppy groomed at PetSmart N.Lakeland, and I must say I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the service. I had doubts about whether my little one would be able to receive a full groom, but Eddie's exceptional skills exceeded my expectations. The care and expertise they showed while grooming my puppy left me beyond impressed. I highly recommend.

Used same day delivery and paid full price for a bag that was supposed to be discounted 75%. Why give me a bag with a close expiration date and still charge me full price? Discount it for someone who comes in and give me a good bag of food if you can't give me the discount because I ordered online. Unethical and I won't be returning to this location again.

The grooming salon here is awesome. I got turned away at the PetSmart 10 min from my home because they were not willing to work with my German Shepard. He had a bad day, as we all do, but they wrote him off. I brought him here as I had one time before (without incident) and they are always so patient and there has never been an issue with seeing my dog. I will continue to drive an hour if it means my dog gets the proper TLC. Thank you!

Took my husky to get groomed here for the second time instead of Petco where I usually take her. First groomer we had here was amazing so I thought I would bring her here again, unfortunately today will be the very last time I ever bring her to get groomed at Petsmart or to Petsmary at all. She has been getting groomed every 2-3 month since she was six months old. She is now 2 and never have I ever had anyone shave her anywhere besides her paw pads. I wish I would have noticed this when I was in the store but I didn't catch it until hours after I was home. My husky was shaved underneath in her gential area. I am aware that this is done for some dogs but huskies should NEVER be shaved since they have sensitive skin. I should have been asked before this was done and it was never brought up to me. Not to mention it was a poorly done gential shave even if she was another breed, the shave even went to her side. I tried to call the store twice about this and no one answered the phone. I am very ashamed that I let this happen to her.

Adopted a cat here a few months ago. He is the only pet we have in our brand new home. After a few days we noticed bugs crawling on him. Turns out he had a massive flea infestation that eventually turned into a tapeworm problem from the cat ingesting fleas.They pretend to care for their animals, but we all know the reality of these chain stores.

Ordered dog food same day delivery. Food arrived and when opened the dry dog food appeared wet in a sealed bag with maggots all over.I was advised I can bring the food back at my expense or it would be door dash’s responsibility to refund me the delivery fee as they subcontracted the delivery of my same day order to door dash.Caution of where you buy your dog food!

I received $3 birthday coupon for my cat that just turned nine yrs old. It specified discount on treats and my cats don't eat treats.Recently I read about these treats that are supposed to be good for their teeth. I don't know if I really believe that or not. But my cats jumped on these and were entertaining with their earnest expressions asking for more

Signed my 15 week old Boston Terrier up for their puppy training. Have never gotten any of my dogs trained before. First class was great, great to have a certified trainer teaching me new skills to work on with my pup. The trainer Tracy is extremely nice and seems very knowledgeable. So far going great!

As a mystery shopper I will have to say this establishment is a joke, there were no workers on the floor, the salon was closed at 4:30. I asked the manager Nate a question about dog food per my job requirement, and without any feed back or follow up to finding a similar food, he simply stated we don’t carry that and walked away. Needless to say I was unable to give a good review due to lack of control over his store.

I love this store. Today was our 1st grooming experience with our puppy. He got a puppy bath & blow-dry with nails ground, ears & teeth cleaned, along with a sanitary cut. Basically to get him used to it. Sarah was great with him. As soon as we got there she squatted down to his level and talked to him and made him comfortable. I'm very happy with everything!

It's a retail pet store. Yes people bring their pets here. Yes through some miracle, the store still smells fresh and clean. They also do pet grooming. And offer delivery via Doordash.
