I was disappointed in the prices here. 30-40% higher than other options (including Amazon). I understand they price match, but time is also valuable. To take the time to find a competitor price on the exact product just to try to get a match, might as well just buy from the competitor. I've never seen anything like it. I know we are in a high inflation environment, but this place is priced like it's 2030. Staff friendly though.

I went two days ago to check them out since I lived 3 minutes from Petsense and let me tell you I will be definitely coming here a lot to spoil my baby I bought him a matching leash and collar with his name tag and a squeaky toy and some treats and he definitely loves them. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone the prices are very affordable especially if you’re on a budget.

This place is ridiculous on prices. 22.00 for a 15ft leash. Same leash on Amazon or Walmart 6.99. You price match? That’s laughable. How about you just bring your prices down to a fair level. Ridiculous!!!!!Your prices are thru the roof.

Everyone who works here is so very nice and helpful. Love working for the company and always go out of my way to stop by this store too. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Plus the groomers are excellent and I highly recommend them.

this is THE place for pet food! ever since they opened i haven’t stepped foot into a pet supermarket. the staff has always been great too. prices are steep because they sell higher quality pet food but they do have sales pretty regularly. overall a really nice place.

They tag their Glofish Danios on the display at $4.99 but charge you $5.99 plus tax at the checkout. When asked them to honor the price posted, the answer is "sorry that price is wrong, whe have to chaege that price". On top of that they are making me sign a form with legal releases about zoonosis and gave me 2 fish in a useless plastic container with a punctured lid, in which I cannot acclimate them in the quarantine tank. They did not gave me a store bag either, the cup flipped down in the car and the fish got stressed, and the water spilled on my car's carpet. They have no idea about fish keeping.

Today was my 4th and final time trying to shop this pet store and I shop alot with 4 dogs of different breeds.Not one time have I gone to this store and the personel be nice ,there is always some sort of arrogent attitude about them ? and not one time have the had what I was looking for or anything similar even though I looked at the website befor I went and it specified the items were carried and this last .time it specifically asked for my zip code to see if the items were available at this location and it stated they were .Not to store I was hoping for ,nor the yuck attitudes .I will drive across town or to Bartow and get all my pet needs. .

I went in looking for dog toys. They have a nice selection. I was looking for tuff toys for a pit bull, and they had what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful. It was really clean. I will go back when I need something again.

This store is smaller than the big pet stores ie. Petsmart and Petco. The staff is friendly and the store is very neatly kept.I was there personally to take care of the cats from SPCA that are there for adoption. Their setup is the best I have seen. Especially with the visitation room in which the cats can be out for playtime and potential adopters can interact with them.

Still have to go to TSC to get most of what I buy. But I did find a great cat litter box called BREEZE by TIDY CATS. Also get flea stuff there for cats & the dog.
