The lady today was so very rude. It wasn’t even funny. She sat on the phone for almost 10 minutes speaking to someone else before even greeting me in another customer. I was told the little Bath for my puppy would be $36 by the time I walked out of there and refused the bath. They said it be 51 for conditioning and trimming. I don’t think I’ll ever be back.!

I took my pup Mali to Bonnie In grooming and she does a fantastic job caring for Mali. She always goes above and beyond caring for my dogs. She is always friendly and helpful.I know my dogs are well cared for when they are with Bonnie.

Super fast service, I walked in to just have nails trim. She took time to rub my dog tummy and showed love before taking her nail trims.

Haircut was choppy, not even, not like what we provided pictures of. Was nickel/dimed on each cut. The app did not pick up the cuts, so I get no credit for bringing them in. The app and the store are not coordinated.

The clerk/groomer at the counter was very friendly and helpful to me and my pup! We are from out of town (out of state, actually) and she made it easy to get in and out there. They were super quick buffing my dog's nails, and made her feel very comfortable!

The two employees that were in the grooming salon were extremely friendly and pleasant. We discovered that Cathy, who groomed our fur baby lives in the same park...what a small world. She did an awesome job grooming our boy and listened to my instructions. Will definitely return for his next appointment.

The staff are so great even the person who teaches the class for dog's Mary L is awesome she answered everything I asked her my dog is very well behaved and she said that he is ready to become a service dog which was so great to hear I have been working with him because I have had a stroke and he will help me when I fall which is all of the time. He will alert me when I am going to have a panic attack he will get in my lap with his head on my chest that is when I know to go to the hospital. He will also alert me when I get a headache so I know when I should take my medication. I just love everyone who work's there they are so helpful and they truly want to help. I am going to start the class so he can get certification for a service dog.

Been using Petco grooming for 20 years and for 8 dogs. Love the staff. My dogs also love them. Always get good service and if there's a need or a problem, it's solved quickly. Won't go anywhere else.

The staff was excellent. My pet was extremely relaxed when I picked her up! Loved the grooming cut...the groomer listened to everything I told her I wanted done plus it was a poodle groom which is harder to do than most common grooming. Love love petco grooming and I highly recommend them!!

They remember and recognize my dog - his name and his condition (hip dysplasia). They are warm, friendly, patient and gentle with him. I know he is comfortable there, because he generally is happy to go and is calm while they are doing his nails.

We have a groomer but Petco trims our dogs’ nails between visits with her, and they do a wonderful job. They’re super friendly and love the dogs. Petco is awesome & it’s our favorite brick and mortar store to shop for our pets. We have also done multiple obedience classes at this location with their trainer, Mary, and would highly recommend that, as well. Thanks, Petco!

We have been going to Petco for over 2 years now. Emily is the best groomer. She is beyond patient with our kids. They both are nervous when we go in there but she makes sure that she takes time to calm them down. We would not go any where alse she is one in a million.

Took my small dog here, he was very nervous. As soon as he began barking, the lady refused to take time to get to know him, she told me she wouldn't groom him.My dog was scared and nervous that's why he began to bark! What a waste of my time. He never snapped or acting as if he would attack her, just barked.IF YOUR DOGS NERVOUS AND BARKS, this Petco won't take your dog!Never again will I take him to any PETCO!!!

I have been using them for yearsI was disappointed with the trimming of Precious nails. They were supposed to be buffed. But she has scratched me and my partner to bled. That should not happen.

Recently went to PetSmart in December and she came out smelling like she didn't have anything done. Her nails were not trimmed. And she took 4 hours for nothing. Went to try Petco for first time on Feb 1st and she smelt and looked great and they were very friendly she was little scared so they even carried and cuddled her like baby

Your one person at a time in the grooming area is a good policy but it is stressful both for myself and for my pet standing in the lobby with both automatic doors opening and shutting constantly and not knowing if you know I am there. Well waiting in the lobby it is hard to maintain the 6' social distancing from people exiting the main store. A camera for your staff would be good with a speaker to acknowledge you are aware we are there.

I was turned away for my dogs grooming appt because I had given my dog a calming chew which I had bought at petco because she's a nervous dog. Stating they cannot groom her under medication. Never in any email or text or online when you book grooming did they state any of this information. Only thing they worried about was shot records. I'm furious at wasting my time, missing work, and more importantly putting my anxious dog thru an unnecessary trip. I will never return for anything. If I could leave a zero star I would!!
