They are the closest pet store, and we find everything that Sylvester needs, from food, toys, and litter. I know other stores might have everything, but they don't carry his wet food variety. He loves his Kong Llama.My husband went there first to buy Blue Buffalo kitten food since we heard how good it is. Don't know his name, but the male employee steered him away from the Blue and recommended a different kitten food. Have to say we now only buy new recommended food. All the kittens loved it, and so did their mother. She finally started putting on weight since she was a stray and pregnant at that. We gave away 2 of the kittens, and the new "parents" are keeping them on the same food. We kept one of the kittens!!!

I come in every other month to purchase crickets for my scorpions, and they have always had what I needed at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and always there to help.

Kyrra was extremely helpful and made the shopping experience so much easier. I am fostering a dog right now and have no dog supplies. She helped me pick out a leash and collar. Kyrra also assisted me throughout my time in the store. She deserves recognition for her hard work and wonderful customer service

I am simply enjoy the customer service.. I get all the help I need . I always have questions beyond questions... They don't turn away or pass me to someone else . I mean they will answer and help you. Where I don't normally expect any employees, anymore these to do what these guys do. So they have a repeat customer. Oddly enough my elder puppy (dog) passed. They helped a lot with questions of special food and meds ect. I still shop there for my kids pets .. plus I get to see the other shoppers dogs come in... That store in full of friendly fur customers and their owners.. that telling you something.. Ty helped me last . He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He even encouraged me to call my vet... Even throw he knew what he was talking about .. he said was he job ... He did know... Vet advice did match what he already, picked from what I said .. I asked him questions but before he offered a dog food choose, he asked me questions also- the food was a great choose for Ralphy.. I was happy because the cost went from 69- a bag for 6 lbs to 14,99 for 14 lbs around about ... Even should me can of pumpkin to help switch him over .. thank you TY... Thank you PetSmart for keeping prices down ....

I went there because of the fishes staff was very helpful and answered all the questions we had . Store was fully stocked and very clean . They had a variety of reptiles and fishes , rabbits, ferrets. If you are looking for your next pet or need food for your pet this is the place to visit.

It was honestly a very pleasant trip thanks to the staff. There were tons of options for cats and they even had a tag creating machine. Highly recommend this location. Their sales associate Madison even recommended a toy that has now become my cat's favorite.

I've been shopping at Pet Supermarket for years and have visited multiple locations. After my most recent experience with this store, I will take my business elsewhere. I tried to use a coupon that was set to expire and they wouldn't let me use it because the only food my dog will eat was on sale for $7 off. They wouldn't take the additional $18 off to honor the coupon, and they wouldn't let me buy yhe food for full-price.

clean and has a decent amount of options and the prices are fairStaff are usually nice, but just a warning, there is a male worker that will sneak up behind you and pet your dog without asking. Wasn’t very respectful and he didn’t even apologize when I asked him nicely not to do that, I got dirty looks from across the store and felt very uncomfortable.Otherwise all the other staff respected my space and were very nice

Have come here a few times for various supplies but had to leave a review over the new Betta fish display they have. They are promoting keeping these fish in tiny 5 ounce jars with little scraps of plants and recommending them for classrooms. So sad. Saw several dead or floating half dead. Do not support this.

I love the animals there! Just meet the sweetest kitty's today. The animals there are so cute and sweet. They also look to be well feed and cared for which is a good sign of a pet supermarket. The prices for the animal's are high but I like that. I see it as a thing to make sure that the wrong kind of people don't get them. They have many good products. They also have a beautiful selection of fish. Though I sorta wish they had more animals I think it's good they don't. The market is sorta small in a way. But that's okay! I would definitely recommend this place! ❤️💛🧡💚💙💜! The people who work there are super friendly! And are very helpful! The hairless guinea pig is adorable!!

The store was organized & had many products... The prices are a bit high.. but maby it's the standard for the south side.The staff was friendly & helpful, but I did notice that they seem to have more dog supplies.They gave us some free samples of cat food. I would recommend them.

We stopped in to grab some essentials for a foster pup we had just picked up from a local rescue. We found a great selection to choose from & the pup had a great time meeting new people while we were shopping. We found the staff and other customers to be super friendly and helpful. It's a fairly small store, they have much bigger ones in other towns. This store has friendly staff that are very helpful. The 1 star off is because it is small and does not have all the selection of the bigger stores. My little dachshund does love to visit though.

Don't buy aquatic plants here without rinsing them. They are infested with snails that will increase your bioload and ate extremely hard to get rid of.I bought a few plants and when I got home to rinse them before putting them in a tank, found 15 snails, 3 fish, and too many black mites to count. I rinse all plants in a saltwater bath prior to transferring them to the aquariums and hopefully that took care of the snails and any snail eggs. The fish were too small too identify and will probably end up as a treat for larger fish.

The staff here is always so kind and helpful. The selection of dog food, treats, toys, and everything in between is great. They also carry single source protein food for dogs. It really helps our skin allergy fogs.
