Cannot recommend Lucky Puppy enough! They take such good care of our babies! We always go with Kimmie but have had Alyssa in the past when we had to use two techs in the beginning. It does take some dogs a little to get used to it, but consistency has helped us go down to one tech. Honestly they are all amazing! I love how much patience they have with our babies! I was in search of finding somewhere that would give my babies the chance(as they are big and strong, while also being a bully breed) We have been turned away from many grooming places as soon as start to resist. I’m so happy I found them so now my babies always have SHORT & SMOOTH nails! The best place ever!Also on a side note, my white one became a tripod a little under two years ago and they are so great at being gentle with him(at first now he’s so used to it it doesn’t bother him)and making sure he is comfortable! I love how patient they are with the babies that struggle at first.

Before I switched vets, I was told my dog would need to be put under to have her nails done. We got through our 1st appointment with much less drama than we have ever had at the vets office. My dog started out very nervous and upset but was calm and sleepy by the end. I have already made her next appointment and a first-time appointment for one of my other 4 dogs. The girls there are so patient and kind with the animals. Whatever they are paid is not enough for the magic that they create. This family has been converted forever.

They were recommended to me by my new vet, as I just moved in to town. I had an amazing experience, they were so professional, attentive to needs, they took the time to ask what made my baby anxious, they had snacks for her. The whole process was extremely quick and no pain!!! Thank you God for this business, Debbie was so great, also the other techs were so friendly and helpful. I forgot the names but they were so great. The one that was helping to hold my 62 lb lab mix, pet her favorite spot the whole time and talked to her and it truly helped. I can see my pups anxiety leaving her slowly. By the third paw she was chilling!Please please check them out!!! If you have a pup that won't let cut their nails, this is my new go to!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every experience I have had has been wonderful. The technicians and staff are all extremely professional and talented. My dog isn’t always the easiest but they make sure he is safe and taken care of. They do a GREAT job. We love lucky puppy nail specialist!

I took my newly rescued pup here yesterday for his first nail trim and a good pampering. We had the pleasure of meeting Debbie and Nicole and I cannot say enough good things about them both! The salon itself is beautiful, super clean and very welcoming. But the staff is top notch and clearly loves what they do and the doggos they get to meet. They knew Bruno’s story and were so patient and kind with him! My boy strutted out of there with his head high knowing he was the most handsome dog in Lakeland! Highly recommend and we will most certainly be back!!

Wow, what an amazing place! I am blown away at my experience with Lucky Puppy and its staff. A couple of weeks ago I called up there, feeling very defeated, when researching a new place to get my dog’s nails cut at. I have a 2 year old feisty Chiweenie who is terrified to get his nails cut. He literally will bite and turn into a different dog. I spoke with Heather the receptionist when I called and shared my past experiences about my dog Chili when taking him for nail cuts at other places. She assured me I had called the right place and walked me through the whole process.Today was my first appointment at Lucky Puppy and from the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the staff and promptly shown to our room. The place is super inviting and so cute. Debbie the owner came to our room and welcomed us and told us exactly what was going to happen and I loved the fact that she had my daughter and I stay right there in the room with Chili. She and her assistants were like dog whisperers, my dog did so amazing as they took the time in making him comfortable in cutting his nails. I have found my forever nail trim/grooming spot and will let everyone I know know about this place.

I wish I knew about Lucky Puppy sooner! The staff is so sweet and reassuring, you can tell they truly love what they do. My dog Rito is very anxious and they made it a great experience for both of us. He got his two most favorite treats, cheese and peanut butter, during the pedicure. It was all about positive reinforcement and encouragement, which I loved so much. He even got a fancy tie to take home for his being brave. We are definitely going to be regular clients. Thank you so much for what you do!

I took my dog Pepper to Lucky Puppy today to get her nails trimmed. As a rescue who was previously abused, my pups anxiety is through the roof. Debi was phenomenal in working with Pepper with her soothing voice and encouraging words. This previously stressful (for both of us) task will now be one of ease! I highly recommend Lucky Puppy (and Debi :-) )!

We have touched and played with our Great Danes feet since she was just a baby, however when we tried to trim her nails she wasn't having it. We resorted to taking her to the vet, we used some calming meds and the vet tech that was going to do it has Great Danes of her own, nope still not happening! The vet recommended Lucky Puppy Nail Specialists, we were skeptical to say the least. When we went they were confident they could get it done, we laughed! Well we don't laugh anymore we just make another appointment for the next time! The staff here is incredible! Nails done no problem, and when our Dane walks in she struts in like she is a queen and they treat her that way! Totally impressed with the whole process! Highly recommend!

Took my dog for the first time today. Both women (Devon, and sadly, I didn’t catch the other woman’s name) were so patient and kind to my dog and I. Explained everything they were doing both before they started, and as they were doing it. After they were done, they explained further about why my dog reacted the way she did and how normal it was. I am very pleased with our experience today and will definitely be returning.

We used their self wash for our old English sheepdog. They provided everything we needed. Wash station with warm water, drier, shampoos and conditioners, various combs and brushes, smocks, towels and even a new bandana. We were impressed. The total charge was only 24.00. It's based on your dog's weight, and our guy is well over 100 pounds.

They did my cat a few years ago when the vet at the time was not doing nail trims. Debi held my semi- feral boy while an assistant did it and it went so smoothly. If my vet ever stops doing nails, I will definitely be going back. Such a professional, calm and loving environment. I highly recommend this business.

The Lucky Pup Mobile Unit showed up to the Saladino Dog Park In Brandon today. My Frenchie, Miss Marilyn was badly in need of a mani-pedi and I just dread taking her for a nail trim because they take her in the back where we can't see each other. Lucky Pup encourages pet parents to stay with their pups while the work is performed. And what a great job they did! They have a new regular customer going forward. Lucky Pup Mobile showing up to the dog park today was our Lucky Day! Miss Marilyn rates them 5 wiggles out of 5.

Lucky Puppy Nails does wonders on my pups! Everyone there is so patient and understanding of each dog. Not to mention, the outcome is amazing. Debbie always gives superb service. Brought sweet Emma here after picking her up from boarding for a good, thorough wash. My wife had brought her previously so I needed the DIY area explained. The associate did a great job explaining everything and checked in a few times to make sure everything was going okay. The stations are very large and easy to use. They have various kinds of shampoo to use as well as conditioner and deshedding spray. There are also brushes and multiple towels. If your dog needs ears cleaned they have cleaner or wipes available for this. After washing, you can use the dryer. If your dog doesn’t like loud noises they have ear covers available at no extra cost. There are also treats available during the wash process and they have a “bone bar” where you can purchase treats to go. This was an excellent experience and I will absolutely be returning with Emma again. Thank you for your help and kindness!

The staff at Lucky Puppy is wonderful! We took our fur babies for nail trim and a bath. The staff went over and above to make our babies comfortable. They even helped us with a bit of car trouble we had when leaving. The shop is beautiful and clean. The staff is outstanding and professional. We love taking our k9 kids here.

Amazing staff! My dog does not like her paws touched at all. They were able to trim her nails and her hair without issue. The DIY wash was so good for my dog. Her fur feels incredibly smooth and clean. This is THE best place to go to for your pup! Incredibly affordable too! PetSmart can't even compare! Way better than them! I guarantee you, you won't regret bringing your pup here!

We took Cooper and Barney to Lucky Puppy Nail Specialist today. It was the most fun and enjoyable experience. We had 2 dogs. We were checked in an told to go to a room to get both dogs nails done. We were all together in the room. First Cooper then Barny. While Cooper was getting his nails done, Barney and us were free to interact with Cooper. The two tech.s were fun and vary knowable of their jobs. And a big plus they seem to love their jobs and dogs. After the nail trimming was done, on to the washing. We got them to do the washing as being our first time. Again they were vary good with the dogs. We again were all together in a area while one dog was being washed, us and the other dog was free to be with and interact with the techs and us. When done they had someone come to our area to check out and schedule another appointment if we choose to. Our next visit I was going to do it ourselves, but it was nice to have them do it, and we were free to help keep the pups calm if needed. Which they both did vary good. The place was vary clean and beautifully decorated.

This photo says it all.Many moons ago after an unsuccessful grooming attempt to shorten Eli’s nails, we tried out Lucky Puppy.With much complaint and agitation on Eli’s part, they were able to successfully shorten his nails. The next visit to Lucky Puppy we brought both of our dogs. Eli acted like he had never had a previous issue. He was ticklish, but cooperative. By the third visit, Eli acted as if he had been there a million times before and was perfection.So what’s so special about Lucky Puppy? The incredible staff; their training and their hearts.We have had the privilege of several techs working on our pups. Each are respectful of Eli’s training, they offer treats of peanut butter during the process, they stay in control of the situation, they skillfully and successfully shorten all 3 dogs nails (and shave paw pads if needed) in record time. Above all else… they LOVE our dogs. And because of that, our dogs LOVE them.Take Nikki here, she was one of the techs that helped my husband with Eli on his first visit. She goes above and beyond every time. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, considerate, confident, and one of the most dog loving people I’ve met. Not to mention she loves our dogs fiercely… but her and Eli have a particular bond that I so appreciate.If you have a dog, take them for a trip to Lucky Puppy, and tell them Eli sent you. You won’t regret it. 🐾💚

There are truly not enough words to describe how amazing lucky puppy is! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out you feel at home. The staff communicates everything they do and you can tell they love your pets as much as you do which is ultimately such an important thing to find in a groomer. The products are wonderful, the place is clean and decorated beautifully. It felt like a resort for my pet (even if she was not thrilled) my 10 month old puppy tends to bully groomers so she can get out of her nail trimming and bath but the staff here was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and knows how to handle any temperament which is so difficult to find in a groomer today. I am so grateful to have found lucky puppy and will definitely return again.

This place is absolutely amazing! I went in a tad skeptical since my dog has to be sedated to get his nails trimmed (he’s a corgi mix). I informed them I would be happy with just a couple nails getting clipped because he would be freaking out so much, everyone will want to stop. They informed me we would be able to get all his nails done and sure enough, they did! I swear from start to finish, he was done in 10 minutes. They were so quick and reassuring even though my dog was screaming and squirming all over the place. I’m beyond happy with my experience. Everyone I came in contact with here was so sweet and you can tell they truly care about you and your pet. I can now start my dog on the journey of having a positive nail trimming experience without sedation thanks to Lucky Puppy Nail Specialist!!
