November 2023 - Not much of fall selection but the new Xmas stuff is pricier this year than previous year and not as nice. There are some pieces of furniture that seriously needed to be disposed of instead on trying to sell them out just for safety reasons.

Goodwill has gotten extremely pricey. They say their overhead has increased, I guess that means their rent, electric and water. I don’t think their employees wages have increased, nor has ours. The general public has less disposable income and higher overhead like everyone else but unlike the Goodwill, their consumer base and their retail counterparts, do not get free items to turn around and sell for profit, a charity status for taxes, and cash donations at the registers. Some of the stuff they are gouging people for is slightly less than what the regular retailers are selling it for brand new. It’s ludicrous to pay such high prices for a used item with no warranty and with no option to bring back if it doesn’t work or is defective for just about what you pay for the same item new that you can return to the store if you have a problem with it. Then they have the nerve to ask for more money when you check out. Nice store but like all the others way, way overpriced as of late. Due to their pricing, I’ll no longer be supporting the Goodwill Restore Mission.

Normally have a regular experience here and have been coming for years but today (4-26) around 2pm I was checking out and the older cashier lady asked if I wanted to Round up and I said no thank you. And she said “I’m just going to add one penny for the round up.” I know it’s only a penny, but you’re already charging double and sometimes triple what you used to and now add an extra charge when I politely declined? If I say no then that means no. Just seems a little weird guys.

Consistently have issues with the donation employees being exceptionally rude, simply because they don't want to unload large donations. When I asked for a manager, I was told to walk into their office if it was so important. I'm done doing business here. They're overpriced, hostile, and don't care about people.Go elsewhere.

Usually I love going here and stop in frequently. However the last time I went I had to return something because it wouldn't fit in my car. I went up to a older gentlemen at the register who first ignored me then snapped at me and said I would need a manager. He didn't get one for me and I had to find one. The manager was really nice and extremely helpful however the return took way longer than needed and nobody seemed to know how to do one. I could look the other way with the return as they were both very pleasant but the older male cashier was just down right nasty. If you hate your job. Why do you work there?

Goodwill and other thrift stores perform a great service to donors and people in need, so please keep up the great work. I enjoy picking up nick nacks and donating my stuff to someone that can use it. Also, they are one of the largest online retailers in the country, compare it to the big boys that have to markup prices to keep themselves profitable.

This goodwill store is priced higher than other stores but has better selections and quality! If you're looking for that unique item, then this is the place to go.

I had an unpleasant encounter with staff at self checkout. Why did I have two ladies watching my sister and I pay for our stuff? And when I mean watching us, they were right next to us looking down at us, one of them even said to the other "dont leave until I come back". First of, NOTHING on this earth is worth stealing. Its material STUFF. I went in there for a dress and I left feeling uncomfortable and racially profiled, I wanted to go back and talk to a manager, but my sister said "it's not that deep or worth it" just like your items. I will be shopping elsewhere, have the life you deserve. 🏌🏽‍♀️

We found what we wanted, unfortunately it wouldn't fit in our vehicle, we went back in for a refund and have never felt so unimportant in our lives , the cashier (older man) pretty much brushed us off by throwing down his hands and walked away as if we didn't matter, obviously he doesn't know the meaning of customer service, I will look from now on to see if he's working before I shop there again. This was Saturday February 17th 2024!!

They have a good selection and easy to find. The prices are criminal. We used to donate our items to this store until they got greedy. For example, on more than one occasion I would see an item that I had previously seen at a dollar store and it was sold for 3 dollars. Just pitiful.

1st, why does good will sell cheap new dollar store type garbage in a charity thrift store? And why would you do this (see photos) to a piece of clothing? I bought it just to bring home and post. And the prices???? I typically only shop the Salvation Army or those types of thrift stores as I truly know where the proceeds go, but I wanted some books for an upcoming medical procedure, so we stopped after church, and my husband was browsing and saw this....what a true shame. A brand new shirt ruined. They drew an X through the inside tag and it went all the way through so it shows on the outside. Disgusting. Where are the people responsible? 🤔

If you’re wanting to donate to HELP people in need. This is NOT THE COMPANY.It’s truly sad. Disgusting. Pathetic. When you can buy a brand new suitcase from Walmart for $50 cheaper than a used DONATED one.Donate your items to local shelters and churches etc. that actually give out your items the way you intended them to be. &&& actually help PEOPLE IN NEED!

Within the last 4 months their prices went up so much!!! It's no longer worth to shop here. I can find better deals at the stores for brand new items. The Goodwill stores in Kissimmee and Orlando still have reasonable prices. I don't know what happened to this store... it's a shame.

I was pleasantly surprise they store looks organized. Workers were busy returning things to proper aisle, etc. Store didn't have that stuffy smell as others are known to have. However, around the dressing rooms floor was dirty. I saw many bins and shelves stocked with brand new items in original packaging, at the original price from stores donations! To my knowledge of Goodwill, the store offers discount prices in an effort to assist the unemployed to a better "first impression" to potential job interviews. Seen as asisting the 'low income' clientele I expected discount prices for them to afford with dignity.

Store was disorganized, dressing rooms were filthy, felt like none of the employee's spoke English. This used to be a good store, but lately it's become a mess. Will not be shopping here again, go to Salvation Army or Resale America instead.

Not your typical goodwill. Very small kids/ babies section, and very small selection on toys, wares, and electronics. They have mostly high ended clothing surprisingly name brand and designer clothing items. Lot of closed stores donate their brand new items, or stores who have donated items they couldn't sell retail wise.Prices are extremely expensive with clothes especially. So I wouldn't really recommend it. Unless you want discounted name brand clothing, or just want to browse and check it out for fun.

Roamed through this place for an hour. Found shirts and dresses, obviously used. For 2-6 dollars more then I paid for the same thing at Walmart. They had a shirt I paid 3.00 for Walmart, for 7.00. I hate that it's that way but I won't be going back.

This "Goodwill" is NOT for the goodwill of anyone but itself and their rude management!! Their prices are outrageous you can find cheaper prices on clearance racks at regular retail stores!!! Look at ALL these reviews GOODWILL has become about their pocket and NOT the people!!!!!

Pricing is way too high! This location prices their items higher than every other thrift store that I frequent. Couple examples - $7 for a used sports bra, $14 for a pajama set, well-used pair of no-name sandals for $10 - disappointing & out of touch!

For a good will it’s great. Clean and organized! They have clothes, electronics, home goods and some new items in the back. Small book collection. I love the Halloween section when it’s in season.

Unfortunately they've raise prices so high I couldn't afford to buy clothes for my handicap clients and we left. Do the CEOs have to make $500.000 a year at the expense of folks in need. Everything is donated and staff make minimum wage . Give us a break. I will not return.

Prices went up and are too high in my opinion. $7.98 for most shirts, $10 and $12 something for most jeans and $7.98 a piece each pajama piece not even for a set. Ridiculous.

Stopped in today 9/26/22. Last time I will ever go in there. WAY OVERPRICED! $24.93 for a used dirty Vera Bradley purse. Who do y'all think you are Target? The CEO should be ashamed of themselves. This is no longer a store to shop at if you are on low income. CEO padding pockets on donated item. Shameful.
