I was in the store at 11:31 today, when I got home I was missing the can of Starbucks coffee that cost $ 3.80 was not in any of the 3 bags. I have the receipt. I attempted to call about 6 times and no one answers the phone. I would appreciate a call back and being able to come to the store and pick it up.

I had the best time at this store the cashier was wonderful and so polite she helped me find the sewing kit I so desperately needed to put some finishing touches on my daughter's dance costume. Great customer service all around.

I go here often but this last time I went a girl at the counter stood out to me so I wanted to leave a review.I don’t know her name but she was scanning people out up front. She was a little younger Spanish I believe.She has absolutely the best customer service skills and I believe she should be acknowledged for it so I wanted to write this review. She was very welcoming, and just makes you want to go back to that store to be treated nice like that.Anyways shout out to her for going above and beyond. I’ve managed several stores before before home-schooling my children and employees like her are hard to come by.

Parking lot and store is always dirty, and the last few cashier's delt with have no customer service. Don't greet customers when they come to the counter, but tonight pushed it over. Told the cashier thank you after she handed me the receipt and all I got was a nasty look not even a slight smile. Also if your going to wear a mask wear it properly not on your chin. Don't wear one at all it just looks sloppy and not professional at all.This store really needs management to come in and watch their employees and how they interact with customers and make sure the store is being cleaned properly.b

2 hispanic women who works with this store jumped in our conversation with the woman at the cash register (White woman and she was great very nice and friendly patient and overstanding) while we was letting her know please wait for us to go grab some extra change to finish the payment with her The other 2 women were going on break and laughing because we had to go to the car to get the extra change and saying things to me and my family very rude and talking smack talk to us. The women walks out in the front of the store on her phone and we tell her next time please mind her business when we was not working with her we was handling our transaction with her coworker and don't jump in our conversation and her and her friend started threatening us to call the police yelling at us and laughing and now I think that they are only there for drama. We shop here every few days with our family. Please find friendly workers and not people who want to make fun of families and cause problems. We want peace and did NOT appreciate that they was very ignorant to us, rude, and loud had the whole store staring at us... so so immature. PLEASE TEACH COURTESY OF HOW TO TREAT EACH OTHER FAMILIES.

I wish I could do 0 stars! Both cashier's got angry when we came into their store at 9:45 pm on June 19 2022. Told us the store closes at 9:50 pm when the sign says 10 pm. Called my wife mean names! I and her both will NEVER come back to this establishment! We had the RUDEST cashier's I've ever came across. Wish I would have gotten their names but they were not wearing name tags!

Locked doors at 9:48 PM2 Hispanic women closingCalled me a Karen multiple timesThey started trying to kick us out of of the store at 9:48. We visited our local Family Dollar to purchase some food for work lunches this week.They were insisting they were closed that they close at 9:50 PM.I told the cashiers that I need the number for corporate . They said you can look that up online, you can Google it. I let them know I hope they have jobs after I report them to corporate, to which one responded multiple times “enjoy spending your life being a Karen”. And I will be Karen. They were downright disrespectful and rude to me and my husband. They are scheduled to close at 10 PM. I’ve never been treated so rudely at Family Dollar in my entire life. I will NEVER shop at Family Dollar ever again in my life.

I gave one star because I had to to leave a review. Horrible store. Dirty and poor customer service. Especially the little girl with florescent green hair. Cussing and talking to her coworker while cashing people out. Then she rolled her eyes at me when I asked for something behind the counter. Where is management?!?

This a great store they have so many needed items. Food, household items, clothes, electronics at a great price. Store is clean and the customer service is good. Also very convenient to my house. I like going here. Sometimes they can be out of food items in the frozen food

I went to there Grand Opening sale that was for April 20th through April 23rd 2023 when I went to check out with 3 Pepsi for $10.00 the cashier said the Manager stopped the sale and said you can call it false advertisement and thought it was funny I Highly Don't Recommend this store this is the Worst FAMILY DOLLAR EVER

Employees rude and ignorant. Store was dirty, boxes everywhere, their freezers broke and it stank so bad in there and they were STILL being rude to the customers. This isnt a reflection of the other stores, BAD management has to be the issue here. Disgusting. Employees should be ashamed.

A large variety of merchandise makes the aisles seem crowded and small. There employees are wonderful and greet you if they see you come in. My only complaint is the lack of shopping carts.

Messy/Cluttered store. Almost impossible to get thru the four during the school year bc many middle schoolers stop and (sadly) are closely monitored because they have such a problem with them shoplifting. Sometimes customers are unable to do their shopping or even get inside the doors bc the kids loitering. There are also many more children than there are employees to help keep this under control. But honestly, they also treat the children with the same respect as their adult customers. They will do everything that they can to help ALL their customers find what they may need and have a nice speedy checkout. It's sad to see that there are just a handful of children that ruin things for everyone else because they do not know how to behave properly and can be very disrespectful and/or take advantage of the store manager and employees to the point that ruins it for other kids who are there as paying customers. I would NOT suggest going right after school hours. Traffic is also very heavy/bad/busy/crowded at that intersection, right after school hours. Overall 👍

I worked at a family dollar, and the store I worked for was always so freindly. The customers were always smiling at you. it was a great place to work, the only thing is to try to transfer can be a bit of a hassle of u need it to be asap.

Convenient location in a low income residential area. However, the prices are not transparent. So check your reciept. Signage would lead one to believe that certain items are on clearance when in fact nothing in the general area is actually on sale. Very annoying when prices are not clearly indicated. Shows a lack of respect for customers.

I bought a portal cellphone charger and the lady that worked there told me that if it didn't work that i can bring it back and exchange it for another one. When i brought it back to get another one that would charge my phone, they tried to give me the same one that wasnt compatible with my phone after i just explained that this one is not compatible.

I usually use Dollar General but I was closer to a Family Dollar Store and I stopped in I found everything I wanted for around the same price that I would have spent at the other store they were pleasant courteous and I got in and out. Customer service was nice.

Terrible customer service always. Always out of essentials. I purchased socks for my boys. They forgot to take off security tag and wouldn't take it off when I went back they wouldn't remove it without the receipt

It's where people go to purchase their bleach to use to drink and also to mix with their ramen noodles I personally like the staff here they're pretty lit but some of them are retarded I mean a few friends of mine got kicked out for theft like since when do we kick people out of places that is highly rude but it's a good store overall
