the staff is rude an the fat, fat Albert chick that works today an the other guy on 4/28/23 acting like she couldnt give me a simple plastic bag unless i “bought something” seeing as though my hands are FULL, its just called human decency... ? never had an issue before for a plastic bag 😂 .. i hope they get paid enough to deny a simple bag .

One of night employees is the worst and immature at night when she saw me then ran to hide herself from me and also another employee cashier needed help with short money while worst employee didn’t come up to help her while I am around that’s sad!! I felt bad for cashier employee.. the worst employee should not work there anymore..

Hi people please don't go to this place the manager is so rude not helping the she customers at all i was in there a week ago she tells me whatever on the shelf is what we got nothing in the back . she never checked or help me.The store manager she don't want do nothing no help keep seat on her behind .She need to step up help her staff and customer.

I try not to go there if i really don't need to but Dollar General is closed so I have no choice but to go there, there's not one time that I go there and some kind of problem comes up price tags hanging are not the same as the product price then when I show them they tear it off and tell me the prices higher one day they said I have no money on my EBT card when I called it in front of them and I did have money on it I paid with cash I had no choice but to, my cart was full then I was told come the next day to get my cashback how the heck am I going to bring all the groceries back to get my cashback ridiculous! Cashiers are rude, place is dirty isles always full of unopened boxes 👎

It was better than it use to be. It was nice to see a person of color working at this family dollar. Not having the workers only speaking Spanish when they're are clearly customer right in front of them

I WENT TO FAMILY DOLLAR ON MY USUAL ROTIUNE I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE I DEALT WITH THE MANAGER ANDERSON MY TAX EXEMPT WASN'T RESPECTED DUE TO FAMILY DOLLARS NEW POLICY I WON'T DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION I WILL TELL EVERYONE IN MY BUSINESS CIRCLE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE BUT ANDERSON TREATED ME WELL IF YOU DON'T RESPECT BUSINESS WHY RUN ONE
