All The mangers at that family dollar store is disrespectful to anyone who walks in that store and they will trespass you for no reason. There is a gay manger that is disrespectful too he will call the police on anyone who is not trespassed and say that your trespassed but he don't care if you are trespassed or not trespassed.

Wanted to say that the staff at this family dollar is the only reason I shop here, at least 2 a day. Been a regular customer for 2 years now. Stephawanny, Trish, Lucan, Emanuel, Samantha are absolutely awesome. Thank you guys for always looking out for the best deals for my family and going above and beyond for myself and grandson. The manager Luca is not what this store needs. He is lazy and talks badly about store employees! I hear it throughout the entire store. The assistant manager with the glasses Heather calls the police every 5 minutes and overall has a bad attitude. The store is always lacking products and honestly the store needs a new store manager, he needs to keep his personal life at home. I don't know him personally but know alot about him from simply shopping. I don't think I'll be going back to this store.

There was a sign displaying a smart coupon buy 1 get 1 free for an item I was interested in purchasing. When I went to check out, I was told that the smart coupon couldn't be honored because there was a problem in the system. I suggested that they take the sign down seeing they were not offering that price. I was informed that they will not do that. That is deceptive and, to me, it is false advertising. In addition, the employee was a tad snarky about his response. Unhappy and will not return to this location on Rt 92 in Lakeland.

Usually i find more variety on this one than at the other store down in s. ,Combee.UPDATE 6/24/2023: even after the remodel of the one in south Combee....i still like this store far more. More variety and barely any line.

I went in there last night an i will never go back ,Don't go in here if you might have to ask for help she didn't have a badge on but white very short brown hair medium build just awful very rude an nasty if don't train your worker to help customers don't put items so high they cant be reached.
