I brought snowman stakes from this store yesterday woke up this morning and all of the stakes are bent over to where they are suppose to stand up at. I went back to the store today and they could not take them back due to them being used! Of course they are used! No apologies or anything terrible customer service! I know you should not expect much from dollar tree but really only 1 day use! And I purchased 13 of them! Def won't be returning to this store!

Went to this store today (had never been to this one). What a dump! Half empty shelves, stuff stacked in the isles, overall feeling of filth, and the store has no rhyme-or-reason to the layout. Nothing is where it should be in relationship to the adjacent isles. Won't go back!

uploading this review so dollar tree can hear directly from me that I don’t give a damn about them, but I do about one of their employees named Deb. I’m glad she works in the day again, I had stopped coming by. it will always be the people, not the product :)

Visited here today and had to go to the bathroom. There is one marked employees and one for everyone else. That didn't bother me but when I opened the door the stench was overwhelming. If I didn't have to pee so bad I would have left. There was garbage strewn all over, no toilet paper, hand towels or soap. Fortunately I had an old tissue in my pocket. When I exited I had to laugh at the sign posted saying "if the cleanliness of this bathroom does not meet your expectations please report it". I did report it to an employee stocking shelves right outside the bathroom. She said, " well employees don't go in there. I said apparently neither does your cleaning people! She did open the door to look in and apologized to me. I think the Heath Department should check it out

Only one cashier open but several other employees on the floor, and despite the lonnnnnng line no other person will stop what they were doing and help get the line down.4,stars for Store being Clean and Organized.

For how small it is there usually pretty good at stocking. The cashiers are all nice and polite. I only give 4 out of 5 stars because it could be more lit up and not so dark down the aisles and an upgrade on their air conditioning or central air is overdue. Gets a little uncomfortable sometimes especially wearing a mask.

It was pretty full and stuff seemed to be everywhere. It was also really hot in there too. My son & I spent 5 minutes in there and left without buying anything.

It's a good Dollar Tree. The Breakfast selection is good and it's got a candy area. The shelf are typically organized and the floors are clean. The Workers are always pleasant and quick at check out.

Located on hwy 98 N in a shopping center just before I-4. The store is laid out differently than most Dollar Tree stores with aisles running horizontally which tends to be confusing for most used to vertical design. Great place for budget crafters.

No workers on the floor at all. Should have a greeter, like wal-mart has-- that you can go to. Luckily the person behind register was older and knew where things were. And she was only person working--hire more people at a living wage and train them in all aspects. Very nice person ,friendly, but not to talkative. She did her job in a calm manner. No managers anywhere. I know from experience that most (not all) workers work harder and get paid less than managers(not all) get paid more-sitting in their offices ripping off "corporate" counting the overages. Oh well-the rich get richer off the poor. But that will always be.

In love with the variety of items in Dollar Tree and the price of course however, this DT is always dirty and constantly have boxes to stock items.During a fairly busy time I bought $40+ worth of items = I need a cart to take all 40 items to my parked car that was not parked close. I am pregnant and asked the cashier if it was ok to take the cart out , she replied I could. I asked due to a sign that said you couldn’t but this white older lady was given permission by the other cashier who was a white male. I was puzzled and asked him if I could take the cart out since he had a key of some sort to stop the shock at the sliding doors in which he replied he wouldn’t . I AM PREGANT 19 yr old who’s short and have speggetti arms with too many bags for me to realistically take and he refused to let me take it out after he let a white older woman take hers out even though she barely had any items ?????? Luckily while this was happening some sweet customers offered to help me take my bags after witnessing this scenario, other customers agreed with me about the confusion how he let one customer do it and not I .

Place is dirty and the manager won’t do even exchanges even with your receipt than have the audacity to tell you it’s their new rule and they wrote on a sticky not on the pen pad counter how the policy went into effect 10/20/20. I won’t be shopping here anymore with this nonsense because corporate was told about her BS rule and that it doesn’t fall within their online statement to ALL STORES. So fyi, if you have a exchange and have or don’t have your receipt, prepare for a headache because she’s too lazy to put the extra items back let alone be called up about an exchange. She’s an idiot.

I love dollar tree bc I can go there and get eye glasses for 1.00 and at other stores they want 7.00.They have things here for 1.00 that other stores charge more for.Just shop around for the best price.

This is the worst and most disrespectful dollar tree that i have ever been into,,, not counting that it is always nasty,,, stuff all over the floor,,, and nothing where it should be ,,,,,the cashier that i dealt with should NOT be in retail,,, she drops my money and then demands that i repay her, because she is not bending down to get it!!!

Horrible. They keep the bathrooms locked and when you ask to use them they tell you they are not working. Makes you wonder how the employees are going to use the bathroom all day.

Terrible! 1 cashier and 10 people in line. No other cashier was available apparently, after waiting about 15 min. in line I left since there was still 9 people in line.
