The lady at the register is unprofessional and needs to be fired. From the time I walked in the store she was complaining because she had to clear up of the Valentine's Day aisle and she was only person. The guy in front of me ring the bell and she had an attitude and the I ask for change back on my purchase and she response OMG we just open. I'm like ok and? Just give me my change and keep it moving. If you don't like working with the public maybe you need to go work with animals. It was too early for that ugly attitude.

Absolutely pathetic customer service and dirty. Young kid with headphones supposedly working there not helping anyone all self checkout. So can't get no help and I'm disabled. Should be shut down

Couldn’t buy what I came in for because I grabbed the last item on the shelf. Obviously no tag on it and told the cashier it was $8.00. Couldn’t buy it because it didn’t have a tag on it for her to scan. Went looking for a replacement and was told it could be in 2 different isles. No go couldn’t find that item either. Just a complete mess in the store. Won’t be back! No help for the customer!

I go almost every day, always stocked and very nice staff, even my 1 year old likes the staff. Overall good store that keeps clean and stocked.

I work here. So bare that in mind. But from a customer point of view, it's great. All the employees treat everyone nicely, very speedy check-outs most of the time, the store is always clean and good-looking. Very great and hard-working people there.

I was not aware that from 8 to 9 a.m. they are only having senior hours at this time and didn't think to look for signage because normally on my way to work they are open. I like to stop there and get coffee for the office. As I walked in the door the lady was rude and told me that I wasn't allowed to come in and sarcastically asked me was I a senior citizen. I'm 42 and do not look like I am a senior citizen so to me that wasn't very friendly customer service. I've worked in customer service many years and I just don't think that was polite, she could have just nicely said to me that regular hours for all customers is 9 a.m. .

I bought a very small kiddie pool plastic for $8 just to give my dog a bath in. The store is extremely clean and customer service was wonderful they asked if I needed help carrying it out course I said no and thanked her for suggesting the offer.

I feel bad for the people that work there! Every time we have been there they have only had one clerk. Today there were 10 people in line to check out and the poor gal was doing a great job but it is crazy that she didn't have help!

I prefer Dollar General because I save money everyday. The people are friendly and helpful when I need them to find things. They also have special sales and events that I can save money at. I like the front door that is automatic and no one has to hold a door open for me if I move in and out of the store.

GOOD AFTERNOON, THANK YOU FOR ASKING, I VISITED AFTER SHOPPING AT ANOTHER SOURCE FOR THE ITEMS I MUCH NEEDED AND THAT SOURCE DIDN'T HAVE IT, AND I RECALL THAT DOLLAR GENERAL WAS ON MY WAY BACK AND I HAD SEEN SOME EARLIER WHEN I WAS VISITING ANOTHER DOLLAR GENERAL STORE AND I CHOSE TO STOP AND ASK, I WAS GREETED WELCOMELY BY THE SERVICE MANAGER, I THEN SHARED MY REQUEST, THIS STORE HAD A DIFFERENT SETUP, AND IWAS IMMEDIATELY ESCORTED TO THE ITEMS I WAS NEEDING THEY HAD PLENTY OF IN STOCK I WAS AGAIN WELL BLESSED,THIS STORE SERVE THIS COMMUNITY WELL,THEY ARE A WELL ROUNDED MOST NEEDED SHOPPERS SOURCE TIEMS SO TAKE TIME OUT AND WITNESS FOR YOURSELF A LOW COST, WELCOME PART OF YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND WEARE YOUR MASK THAT IS ALL FOR NOW PEACE I AM OUT FOR.

This was a brand new store off of Highway 92 in Lakeland. It was clean, very roomy between the isles, and they have a lot of enventory. The shelves were stocked well and everything was simple to find. I plan on visiting this particular Dollar General again soon.

On 9/4/2020 at 345pm i stopped at Dollar General on the way home from work to pick up items for my family. The cashier was walking from behind counter and saw a customer heading to check out and cashier said the *F*word. Checked him out then asked me was i "going to take awhile" i replied with a yes i think so she then walked away cursing i told her i could leave the store and then said "well i have to go to the bathroom and cant if you are in the store" i then immediately left the store. Never anyone any register always have to wait or find someone to check you you. Give the lady a hundred and she acts likes it's the end of the world and she had the nerve to cuss as me under her breath about it. Bad customer service in my opinion 👎🏼

They have not kept in stock the cat litter i use to buy there all the time. I keep checking back but not any about the ladt 7 times :/ aggravating

A dollar store is a dollar store... It's always congested and have roller carts in the aisles. But its easier than running all the way to Walmart
