I have been bringing my dogs to doggy. Divas, for 8 and a 1/2 plus years never have. I ever had a bad experience with them before other than minor clippings. You know their little legs or such, but this morning was absolutely ridiculous. My appointment was 8 :45 I arrived at 8:45. They said that I was an hour late that they couldn't take my dog, which i've never made an appointment FOR 8 o'clock.then I received a very phone call from the very rude Back door worker, name Wendy, very snobby, very unprofessional, and I will .never Bring my animal back to this establishment. She needs to check her attitude, or get off the drugs ! Before she calls Customers and speaks to them in that manner. Appointment was at 845, not 8 o'clock.Because when speaking to the boy the day before, I told him that I would need to drop him off. Right as i'm on my way to work, I have to be to work at nine o'clock every morning, not eight.

We are new pet owners and have been Looking for the perfect grooming for our mini poodle boy. Doggie Divas is the place! They did exactly what we asked for and exceeded our expectations. The attention to details was everything! Excellent customer service and can tell they really love pets. You guys just got a new loyal customer here.

My parents take their senior Jack Russell and Bolognese here and I have to say this is the best they have ever looked! This is the first time their Bolognese doesn’t look like a complete goofball after being groomed, I am so impressed, our family highly recommends Doggie Divas!

Took our Cane Corso there today to get his nails dremmeled because he fights it so much at home. I want to say the people here today were absolutely fantastic. He is still a puppy but he is 90 lbs and they were extremely patient and super friendly. We have been taking our poodle there to get groomed for a while but we usually just drop off and pick up. Not a whole lot of interaction. Today I think I interacted with everyone that works here and these are the type of people you can feel confident leaving your furry friend with. Thank you so much.

I took my girl Sadie there for a grooming because I was told they had hot oil bath for dogs with dry skin. When I got there, I told them that she had dry skin that was itchy and they said actually then let’s try a medicated bath instead. I went with it, bc I just wanted her to feel better; and I was SO beyond happy with the results. My Sadie girl came out looking absolutely beautiful and she wasn’t licking or biting herself anymore! I can’t tell you how happy this made me. My sweet girl feels SO much better!!!! Highly recommend!

I took my yorkie to them for just a bath and a trim, i didn’t want any other service and told them that and then called to make sure they understood what i wanted and he confirmed that they got it. I go to pick him up from them and they did everything i didn’t want to my dog including cutting his hair short. I’m aware he had knots but was told they could be combed out. The overall experience wasn’t the best and neither were their attitudes. He won’t be going back to them again.

I was the very first customer Teresa had she’s been grooming 5 of my poodles for 27 years now even when she was grooming for another salon ..she started Doggie Divas but she has been very busy so Wendy has taken over grooming my boys Vader and Chewy ( Vader is at rainbow bridge now ) and Chewy has pancreatitis and she hasn’t missed a beat,Wendy is so gentle with Chewy and does such an awesome job!!! as most fur baby owners I love my Chewy so much and I trust Doggie Divas everytime I drop Chewy off Doug

Full Grooming + Sugar Cookie Hot Oil Treatment w/dental care & drimal nail trim + matting removal - $85I called on Monday and they had an availability for me the next day on Tuesday at 1 p.m.Upon arrival we were greeted gracefully by name which was pretty cool it's very clean and homey Absolutely over exceeded my expectations she definitely under promised and over delivered to the extreme! I showed her pictures and explain to her exactly what I wanted however we were dealing with excessive matting around the chest as well as the leg areas due to a sitter I hired with no knowledge of properly brushing a shih tzu so she wasn't really sure if she could deliver the look I wanted without completely shaving the fur off and starting over WHICH WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ME she assured me that she would try to do the best she could so I left my sweetie there pretty nervous that I would not get the best results! WHEN I CAME BACK TO GET SWEETIE SHE LOOKED LIKE A CHAMPION SHOW DOG I literally smiled from ear to ear all the way home and I live 20 minutes away doggy divas definitely have the best bougie diva doggy care for all of us bougie diva doggy mommies

Never going back--My friends and I have been taking our dogs here for years. However, 3 out of the las 5 times our dog has developed an ear infection after they plucked their ears -- we have ended at the vet.I called the owner today to report it and he got really defensive stating "they can get an ear infection anywhere" - NO SIR- my dog has only had three infection in his life ALL of them after visiting YOUR facilities.You lost a customer and many references for your lack of customer service and carelessness.

Highly recommend!! It was my puppies first time at the groomers and boy was it such a great experience. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanting in terms of a cut for Mr. Oliver but during the drop off she recommend a few different steps and I just said go for it, I trusted their professional opinion. So happy I did because when he came from the back I was pleasantly surprised with how handsome he was!!He was a bit of a nervous pup during his haircut but I believe it was Erika, did such a great job and we couldn't be happier with the service!Company is very professional, great communication, and super friendly.

I am new to the area and was more than nervous about finding a new groomer for my two Shih Tzu's. I asked for recommendations and the majority of folks referred me to Doggie Divas. I understand now why there are so many recommendations. They did an outstanding job and my two babies look amazing! Thanks to the entire staff...everyone from check in to pick up made me and my furr babies feel at ease! They will be our "furrever" groomer in Lakeland!

They do a great job. My dogs never come away from there looking anything but great. The best part is that they don't keep your fur baby for the day like other groomers do. In my opinion this is a must try for any dog lovers

I wanted so bad to like this establishment, but every time I've taken my dog I've had a bad experience. Almost every time I took my dog for a nail trim he always came back with at least one nail bleeding. The staff is very rude. Today as I pulled into the lot I saw an elderly lady struggling to get in the door while holding on to her dogs leash and her walker, so I got out of my car to help her thinking that the staff must have been in the back, but when entering there were three men sitting behind the desk unwilling to help her enter or exit the building. My dog seemed terrified of the groomer every time, which surprised me because he loves people and doesn't even get anxious at the vet. I was under the impression today that I was getting the $25 special, but I was charged $85, $60 of which came from "grooming" which would not have been an issue, except I have a sharpie-rottie mix who has short, fine hair, not much to groom. This charge was also more than I've ever been charged without a "special". With the special we got a teeth cleaning, and when I checked my dogs teeth there was still a significant amount of plaque on his teeth. Very dissatisfied with their work and customer service with not only the animals but the owners. Again, I want to like them because I know of people who love doggie divas, but they seem to not like us and our dog for whatever reason.

I really like them. They are good to my dog and the grooming is beautiful. My only issue is that we didn't have fleas when we brought Bella to them. Now we do. My big dog isn't having such a hard time but my chihuahua is. They are overwhelming her now. I would think they would spray for that

We absolutely love Doggie Divas! Our old girl doesn’t like baths or her paws touched somehow the Staff at Divas are able to get her feeling beautiful again and take great care of her. Highly recommend.

The first two times that I have taken my dog here they did great but this time around my dog still looks the same. His hair in the head looks very un even and he doesn’t even smell clean. This grooming experience was not worth half of the price I paid for it and am unsure at this moment if I will return.

Have been multiple times and always had a great experienceBrought both Phantom and Chewbacca by today for a nail trim and they got me in and out very quick and did an amazing job!
