Do not trust this pharmacy. I was trying to fill a script for 30 days of a medication that each one last 2 to 3 days. Most normal people would say oh, you need 10 to 15. They handed me one box. Containing 5 of the medication and tried to charge me a full month's co pay. I said no, this is less than half a month's worth. I actually stood at the counter and did the math for the pharmacist. He said they'd make a note and I could come back for the rest later. I told them to send it all back and I'd fill it somewhere else. I would be VERY wary of any unsealed medication dispensed by this pharmacy. They don't know how to count or add.

I feel bad for the pharmacy help here they try to do their jobs but are completely understaffed. I stood in line for forty minutes whilebone guy was trying to get his medication straighted out with the pharmacist. There was no one else to help. Every time I come in there is new staff and a new pharmacist. This is because the management is trying to make do with a smaller staff. Either their pay is terrible or they force too much in the employees.To the management of this pharmacy, your pissing off customers by trying to screw over your employees. There are more than one pharmacy around.

I recommend this pharmacy and store they treat you with respect but no shows them respect they are professional , very helpful ,they deal with people on a daily basis that are impossible to please but they make sure they do what they can people get very impatient the pharmacy they will do what they can and handle the patient accordingly sometimes it doesn't go our way but we need understand their job means more them as it should so they take it seriously and remember we all have bad days but some how they make it better if they can I've only seen 1/2 time's that I upset me and others and it was handled that person nolonger works there ,other than that they are the best pharmacy I've been to besides Bartow pharmacy. I strongly recommend this pharmacy and store.

I have been trying for 2 days calling these everyday my daughter has a prescription that was on a monthly call in and they did it till January and then it stopped but she needs her medicine now and I've been calling in and every time I call in I can't talk to nobody they don't know the prescription number I give them and it's been there for years cuz the thing cannot prescription number right so I never get to talk to anybody and she is without her epilepsy medicine I can't get through to them on the phone the phone hangs up on me every time the last time I was there I stood in line for 10 minutes while everybody stood on a phone and never answered me yeah I was the only one in line but to me and when I where I work the customer is standing in front of you is more important than the people on the phone I liked it at the other location before they moved over there and I will be moving my prescriptions and my daughter's prescriptions back to Walgreens or at least people act like they care

Connie was so terribly rude to me…. I always go to CVS to fill my balloons with helium and I’ve always been treated so nicely so I’m shocked at the response I got. Especially from a MANAGER. She looked at me like I was stupid for asking for them blown up, then huffed incredibly loud and told another girl to do it. She told me in an extremely rude tone “you’re needing 10?!?!” In front of other customers, it was so embarrassing.. and then comes up to me “if you’re going to need balloons, YOURE going to have to wait.” And I told her I was sorry i didn’t know, it’s never been a problem. And she huffed again and told me “what do you expect at Christmas time”. And eventually they told me to just leave they didn’t have time for balloons. Which I understand, but the nastiness I received, and having me wait just to turn me away was uncalled for. I gave 2 stars because the other employee was obviously embarrassed and apologized to me but didn’t know how to do the balloons. (Btw if you offer it, please train on it because she would have helped if she was able)

Avoid at all costs. I gave them over 2 hours of my life in the past two days to get a simple prescription filled. Woefully understaffed. Pharmacist is a crabby jerk (the tall, middle aged balding guy.) They have a sign on the drive through that says they’re closed and all systems are down when they just don’t want to run it and the pharmacy is actually wide open if you come inside and wait forever. They don’t take GoodRX because they simply choose not to. They were telling people today it would take 4 days to transfer a Rx from another location. They told me my Rx wouldn’t be ready til NEXT TUESDAY. Today is THURSDAY. Watched them tell a little old lady that they still hadn’t talked to her doctor for her blood thinners after a week. Yet they do not answer their own phones. They don’t care. It’s incredibly, unbelievably bad.

Today we came to pick up medicine after a doctors appointment for our 5 yr old who has disabilities we found out he needs surgery today we cried as we drove to cvs my husband and I to pick up our sons sleeping meds Erik who couldn’t hear us spell Kane’s name because our throats were muffled from crying proceeded to get louder as he asked, got nasty and rude and was condescending as he spoke to us he sarcastically repeated our sons name to us as if the name was stupid to him on top of all that we have been through today this was crushing !!!! and unnecessary I’m extremely disappointed that this is how we were treated over the spelling and hearing of a name he had no patience, no care and expressed it openly with no shame almost as if he was making fun of us with an attitude Eye rolling I mean it was ridiculous really how can this be someone who works with patience horrible experience I mean horrible

Getting a prescription here is the most frustrating thing ever. Pharmacy never answers the phone and when I call store manager all they say is that they could only transfer the phone to the pharmacy, after I said Ive trying to get ahold of them for hours.

Nice people but slow as it gets. Not sure if they're understaffed or what but my script was sent in at 9am. I came to pick it up at 4pm and the lady said they just got it and it would be "a few minutes". I'm sure people have different definitions of "a few minutes" but half an hour later I'm still sitting here waiting.....

Extremely poor customer service, very large lines, long wait, rude and confrontational employees in pharmacy area. On several occasions, I witnessed the store not being open during posted hours as well. Avoid this place, trust me.

I was switched to this cvs from another that is closing. So far I have to keep track of my meds being filled, I have been waiting for my bloodpressure meds to be filled for a week. after running out of my meds and calling for a week here I sit for an hour waiting for them to refill my script. In two weeks with this pharmacy and i have recieved the idc attitude and its sad cause the cvs on 92 NEVER gave me any issues at all. Thinking of switchng pharmacy, this one has lots of girls with attitude. Im too old and too tired for this nonsense.

Usually don't have any problems, but today I had a pharmacy tech give me incorrect information about my medication. He told me that Meloxicam is a muscle relaxer when it is not (it is an NSAID, so essentially a prescription-strength Advil), resulting in me worrying and needing to do my own research. I called the pharmacy to report this, and the same tech answered the phone, I believe his name was Eric. I informed him of his mistake, but he did not admit that he gave me incorrect information. He also told me that it could "mess with my head," which is not a reported side effect. I always use this pharmacy, but I don't know if I can continue to do so if the pharmacy techs employed here are allowed to make up information about the prescriptions they give out. I need to be able to trust the information that I am given from my pharmacy.On the call, he also asked if I was the person who had come by earlier to pick up the prescription for "Henninger," which I'm pretty sure is a HIPAA violation, so that's not great either.

Been going to this pharmacy for 5 plus years to get my daughter's prescriptions for her ADHD every single time I have had a problem with this pharmacy.The past week was the most difficult to deal with the pharmacist himself especially. Now they tell me no coupons can be used on her medication. Weird because he just used one last week on this same exact medication for my other daughter they lie they don't want your business they don't care about your health Please please do not give them your business.The Pharmacist went to the computer started throwing things and slamming his fingers on the keys as he was typing into the computer. As if that was going to make me upset. Don't be upset because I've asked you to do your job.

Can i give a minus 15 stars? O....M...G. this pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I'm literally standing here in line because I have been calling for 2 days for children's medications and no one answers....no one. So I decided to drive all the way up here to see if they are even open anymore. Well, they are. They just don't care. I'm standing here listening to how many calls are waiting. The pharmacy tech asked for children names, she said we have no record of them..,considering this is the only pharmacy we have used since they were born. Horrific pharmacy. .,,run out of there and change to publix pharmacy next door.Update:. I've been waiting for my sons medicine for days now only to find out that it was being held due to the shortage. The only way I knew this was because another cvs pharmacy called them and called me back and told me they have the medication but won't fill it because he is a new patient. Never heard of such a joke. Every visit to this pharmacy is cringe worthy and and a fiasco. Good thing I know how to navigate the medical system, I feel bad for the parents and families that believe what they are told about delays in prescription. Be your own advocate.

Pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen! Waited in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes and only had 2 cars ahead of me. Finally went inside and waited 30 minutes in line with 2 people ahead of me for the pharmacist to tell me the prescriptions haven’t been filled yet. One of the prescriptions was sent there days earlier. Meanwhile the phone is ringing constantly and no one answers it. About 20 minutes later I had one prescription filled and came back the next day for the other one.

I would give it less than one but I couldn't went their to get a prescription filled that I've been getting filled for years but the pharmacist says she was not willing to fill it due to the other meds I'm on after I spent all day having my script sent there and made sure they have it in stock and everything now I have to wait and talk to my Dr on Monday when she returns. They don't care about the inconvenience you have to go through to get things done this is the last Cvs I would recommend anyone to go to!

I don't write reviews on any companies but Grove park CVS pharmacy is horrible. They are always short staff so the wait time is ridiculous and they don't answer their phone calls. They tell you they can fill a script and then when you come back to pick it up two days later cause it does take the 48 hrs to fill anything they tell you "oh we can't fill the script because we no longer have it in stock". Then tell you that you have to find another CVS that has the meds in stock. My own opinion to you find another pharmacy if your able too..I know for sure I won't be back.

Before the pandemic, this store was outstanding I would have given them 5 stars.The issue is that whenever I try to call, I can never get through. I attempted to call to find out when I could pick up my prescription and per usual no one answered. I got to the pharmacy around 3pm. Waited in the drive through line until 3:45pm. The teller was very nice. However, she informed me the prescription wouldn't be ready until 4:45pm. No problem. I ran errands and didn't get back to the pharmacy until 5:30pm. I gave them well over the time quoted to me to fill the prescriptions.This time I chose to go inside. The girl who helped me was very sweet, but I am not even sure she was a pharmacy tech as she seemed a bit confused and overwhelmed. I was told at 5:30pm that only one of the three prescriptions were ready.I picked up the one prescription and left around 5:45pm.The lack of communication and speed of service is the problem this happens every single time I fill a prescription as of lately. I fill two once every 90 days and then I fill two more every 30 days.A few months back, I was informed that the pharmacy staff at this location was cut in half. THEY CUT THEIR STAFF IN HALF!!! I find this absurd due to the fact that this location is a COVID testing site. This is a call that allegedly came from corporate. The staff is worn out, overworked, and attempting to complete multiple people's jobs. For the past 12 years I have used cvs pharmacy and I am considering leaving due to the layoff of staffing in the pharmacy. I feel bad for the staff and for the elderly customers who are given a run around for their prescriptions. For me, I can wait or run an errand. LARGEST COMPLAINT IS THE LACK OF ANSWERING PHONE CALLS. If cvs could find it in their budget to have someone work in the pharmacy for phone calls, I bet a lot of the previous complaints wouldn't be happening.I understand there is a loss and profit report every year, but is it possible that you will lose more money due to people switching pharmacies than you would have lost by keeping a few more of your employees???

The pharmacy tech and pharmacist are straight trash. Maggie lacks in the department of professionalism, will be rude on the phone and then hang up on you. They treat their customers like poo and like to lie on the customer. As a company you should be embarrassed to hire someone like that. Needless to say your pharmacist isn’t any better. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Run take your business elsewhere. They are vindictive and incompetent .

Been in drive thru for 20 minutes now... still have car a head of me and of course car behind me so I’m stuck.... if not for insurance I would not use CVS period. Update because of insurance I attempted to transfer my husband’s prescriptions here. 5 days later and 3 hours combined hold time they still have not done. Now I will drive 10 minutes out of my way , just so I don’t have to deal with this place and incompetent staff.

After spending 38 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone I hung up and called back. The second time I called I contacted to the store part instead of the pharmacy. The lady answer 1st ring. When I asked about the pharmacy she says that they are short staffed and do not answer phone calls, that if the patient needs something you just come in or you do not get helped. I happen to be a nurse and was attempting to verify info for a patient. So unhelpful and down right rude.

This pharmacy used to be incredible when I went here a year or so ago. Now they are grossly understaffed and are greatly lacking in the customer service department. I waited for 30 minutes on a call to this pharmacy and received no apologies for the inconvenience. If you're thinking about switching here, don't.

Worst service only due to long wait times. You wait a long time in the drive thru and when trying to get through to them by phone it's honestly ridiculous. Either they need to hire more people or something. I chose them because they are the closest pharmacy with a drive thru to my house but its just not worth it anymore.. I am Taking my prescriptions elsewhere!!

Incompentent people in pharmacy. 1 year begging them to have all my meds ready 1 day a month so I only make 1 trip! Every month same thing 4 or 5 trips a month. Spoke to manager after manager and have had enough! As soon as I contact my Dr. in morning I will switch back to Publix!! Worst pharmacy I have ever trie.d to deal with!!! Will not go back!

Horrible pharmacy...When my infant son has had medications sent from his doctor to this pharmacy, they ALWAYS say it isn't ready yet. It doesn't matter if I go 30 minutes after the med was e-prescribed or if I go 4 hours after it was e-prescribed.I currently work in pharmacy and have worked in a CVS pharmacy before. This pharmacy is AWFUL!The drive-thru at CVS is not even worth the poor excuse for customer service. Publix, here we come.
