You can find good deals for lower prices than other stores. It seems though that this location has a problem keeping inventory on products. I went there for Campbell's chunky chili, which showed it was in stock, even in store they checked and it said there was 7 cans available. However nether myself or employees could find them.

I have to say that this store is so above to all the other furniture stores.I bought an electric chimene and because I leave close to the store they did a free delivery to my home.It took only 3 days, customer service excelente, the seller answered all my questions and show me different models.I bought in Ashley furniture as well but I requested my money back since they keep blaming COVID for the months delay the same was with Havertys Furniture those stores were full of lies.Big Lots still our number one.

They need to pull stock forward. I needed items on a top shelf. Couldn’t reach to the back of the shelf. No employees anywhere. Isles were blocked with carts full of stock. Ladders blocking isles.

I felt comfortable and unencumbered. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a genuine hello how are you doing. It's almost impossible to get that in today's society and I was more than pleasantly surprised except my shopping experience. I found what I wanted right away and see other things that I want to go back and purchase. To top it all off I got a discount it's like they paid me for shopping there and the woman at the register touched my heart I wanted to hug her so I can get a little more love from Big Lots

Just like it said Big Lots this is the biggest Big Lots I've ever been in this was like a One-Stop shop Walmart type of situation all they need now is frozen foods and I would shop there forever this place was amazing I went down Al's and Al's beautifulness you have to go to see or no can you please put a frozen food section in there somewhere for me I would really appreciate it because Dollar Tree is no longer Dollar Tree even though they have frozen food it's not Dollar Tree is dollar 25 tree those 25 cents to start to add up that's a different store though at least we know what the prices is in Big Lots it's what it say it is

What a great store this specific one. There is a manager Mrs. Peggy, she is si professional and friendly, haven't met not very often such person in function of a store manager.The store itself extremely well organized, very clean and the staff well trained!Big Lot must be very pleased having such a good store manager!Thank you Mrs. Peggy and also Mr. Steve.

UPDATE:My wife and I came back and Juan was an absolute nightmare. No customer service skills and actually told us the complete opposite of what Rick said. Rick asked his manager if we could get a discount on the display, since they usually do not sell the display. The manager agreed for 10% off. Then Juan says they will not give a discount and says my 15% off reward isn’t valid either. This visit just has us walking out confused and upset.Rick was the kindest, most helpful employee I think I have ever encountered. My wife and I needed to buy a loveseat and we fell in love with one here. They only had the display and went above and beyond to get me signed up for the rewards to help us out, as well as asking the manager if he could sell us the display. We left very pleased with Rick and I hope he gets recognition for his hard work and being so genuine to his customers!! Thank you!!

Use to be priced ok enough that I would stop there first before doing any shopping ..and because they have great reward coupons..well those stopped so I stopped making it my first stop on shopping days. Now I go only when I have a decent reward. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant

Ran in to get a few items. Prices are going up as we all know. Of the 3 things I purchased, two were marked at a lower price then what was rung up. Did not notice this until I got home. Went back to the store and asked for a refund of the difference. Was told "the price went up and that price ticket should have been changed....well it wasn't changed and it wasn't the only item with the old price. I did get the difference back when I spoke to the manager. So just remember to check your receipts.

Decent store good furniture selection good prices on toilet paper and stuff like that. Good financing on big items. Store could use a remodel kinda looks outdated. But they said inventory rotates pretty fast so the products are new and fresh.

This Big Lots is great! I purchased a couch through this location and purchased with a warranty. After some time we had an issue with the springs on one side, I followed the process to warranty one half of the couch. After some frustrations with the warranty company i was finally refunded the half i was entitled to. I then proceeded to the store to attempt and purchase the half of the couch i needed. The couch was no longer available, smh.... The store manager Peggy took action and figured a solution so that I would be reimbursed for the half that I now could not buy. I'm now able to put the money towards a new couch, Peggy is the BOMB! Thank you so very much for your service! This process has been frustrating but she did everything in her power to make it right!

Works in a quick pinch if you need something and there’s one close to you. Looks like they’ve remodeled a little and are trying to do better. Decent selection of furniture. Definitely not your go to store for all your grocery essentials or anything, but it’s middle of the line and good for browsing if you’ve got time to kill. Absolutely better than dragging yourself to a Walmart to get something like baby wipes or cat food when you run out.
