My dad introduced us to this store when we moved down here and have been shopping here ever since. Lots of food, treats, and toys to choose from! Our dog loves coming with us because he gets a free cookie from one of the awesome employees every time! Your pup can too! If you haven't checked this place out, do so soon!

Benson's Canine Cookies is a gem! They offer a wide variety of freshly made pet treats that are sure to please any furry friend. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience enjoyable. They even offer samples to ensure your pet loves their treats before purchasing. Plus, their offer of a free bag of food club is a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend Benson's Canine Cookies for all your pet treat needs!

Until today, my girlfriend & I have loved coming here to get freeze-dried treats for our dog. Today we got four chicken necks marked at 99 cents each. On our way home, we noticed we were charged ~24 dollars for a bag of turkey necks. Okay so should be easy to fix right? Apparently not... We go back to the store & my girlfriend was told that there are no chicken necks sold there to which she had to point to the jar labeled "chicken necks" and show her the chicken necks in the bag. I encourage management to familiarize staff with product offered in your store as well as better customer service. My partner coming back to our car crying over the experience is a reason why we may never return to this once loved store.

I have never found a better place! I have been looking for a good pet store and quite a few states.This is the best place and the customer service in love from these ladies is absolutely amazing.My dog loves those cookies.Very excited to know that you guys carry everything instead of me having to go to two or three different pet stores not only do you carry everything but you carry the best!Thank you much! I love this place! They carry everything imaginable. Great quality of dog and cat food, treats, toys, vitamins, shampoo etc… They have new products in all the time. It’s actually fun just to go in there to see what’s new. The owner Debbie helped me pick the right kind of food for my dog since he has so many allergies. Everyone who works there are great and will help you to find whatever you need.Gotta try the Bensons’s cookies . Minimal ingredients. If you go in with your pup they will let you try one for free. Guaranteed to like it. Freshly made right there!Thanks for making us feel like we are part of your pack 😁 and not just a customer.

Friendly staff who always offer a free home baked cookie no matter how often I come, which is once a week, to get my Tucker’s Raw food. Pretty store that updates it’s inventory frequently and your pet is always welcome!

I was searching for a K9 business that makes birthday cakes for dogs. I came across Benson's Canine Cookies. The owner, and daughter were very friendly. I bought a "Birthday Chicken Cake". They even provided a birthday party hat for out dog. As you can see in the pictures, my dog went crazy over the cake and treats. I will definitely be giving them more business in the future.

Updated review. As of 4.13.19I was shopping around for a pet stroller for my chihuahua. I hesitant to buy one offline because I wanted to feel and see it.I went in to buy my dog more of the cookies she loves so much and they had the exact one on display that I wanted to buy. The manager let me test it in store and even showed me how to operate it .The level of customer service provided by this establishment is one of the reasons I did not buy from Amazon. They are always so friendly and are willing to work with you to make you happy.We love this locally owned pet supply store. Our dog's adoption day was approaching quickly and I called them and ordered a birthday cake to be ready by the weekend. I prepaid for the cake, only $10, and when the pick up day came, I walked in picked it up and walked right out.My dog loved her little cake!

Went there to try something different and support a local business, we bought treats and my dog did not like them and they were too hard, I went back to try to return them or exchange them, they said they could not do it because they don’t get their money back on the product, while I understand that you’re a small business and you need more support to stay on your feet, those treats were $8 .. they said they would give me a call back tomorrow to see if they can do anything, I never got a call back and I definitely will not be returning to support this business. Regardless, They have a good variety of chews here and they’re a bit overpriced but they seem like good quality. I just wish they would’ve cared more about making their customers happy, because I would’ve went back to spend more $$.

They always have a good selection of their housemade cookies!! My dogs absolutely love love love Benson cookies. They will cry at night until they get their bedtime cookie. If we run out they act up bc they want their cookies! I have little cookie monsters lol

I was really excited to find a local pet shop that sell natural products. Today was my second time going but I felt VERY uncomfortable. The two young employees kept following me around. I didn’t have any bags with me, and I asked a couple of questions so I can’t imagine how I could possibly seem sketchy. My pants didn’t even have pockets! They would literally follow me everywhere around the store. I wanted to support a local shop but why would I go back when I can get the same products at the pet supermarket with better customer service. Please retrain your employees! If you’re worried about theft, get an indoor security system and mirrors.

Benson's is an upscale, yet has the feel of home. The employees are special people, caring to help in every way they can. A little pricy, but is worth it because of the way they treat customers. It's a pleasant event, and they carry my 5# toy poodle'sfavorite duck treats.

They have perfect prices. Fresh cookies made every day. And they make awesome dog cake too. I have been going years and years to them for their cookies for my dogs. Had a great cake made for him for his birthday this year.

Great place! My little buddy loved his birthday cake and the toy I bought for him has been indestructible so far. I will be back for sure.**Update** it has been over a month and none of my 3 dogs have been able to put a hole in the toy I bought. They normally destroy everything within a couple days. I will have to go back for more toys for sure.

Locally owned business. The owner is a very attentive, kind and she is normally there working everyday I've been. They make dog treats in house daily... Fresh baked goods which smell amazing :). My animals get treats from here weekly. If they are out of something or need to special order something for you, they get it in within the week typically and give you a courtesy call. Super nice staff that gets to knows you by name. Love this place and so do my furbabies.

I don't have a dog or cat but my dear friend has a dog that I love so I got him some Benson's Canine Cookies. Not only were the cookies (and me!) a hit, they became a required addition to his diet! I could sit here and write a essay about how much I love this place. Or I could just tell you to stop reading reviews and go here NOW. This place is literally the most amazing pet store I have ever been too. I wish I could work here, honestly. The smell of the place is god-sent (makes me want to eat the fresh baked treats haha!) I forget her name but she is the young lady with purple color in her hair and she is so kind, passionate about animals, and not to mention I can go months without getting something only to step in one day and she remembers all of my animals. She asks how they are doing and even remembers each story I've told her. I love this place, I love the owner, the employees, I love the quality. My favorite is the non-rawhide bones covered in salmon, beef or chicken ( I get all three ). If I could give you a million starts I would. You guys are the best. Thank you.
