Love this place. I come in a couple times a week after work just for some puppy snuggles. The puppies are always so happy and fun! I love that the girls here even put them in their own little play areas with a bunch of toys just to hangout when it’s a little bit slower. Every single time I come in I get to talk to the girls and they are such a joy. Here are some cute pics from this lunch break’s visit - LOL

We had a wonderful experience helping my mom and dad adopt a new furbaby with the help of ‘pet counselor’ Minelly. She was very patient, answered all of our questions, and was so wonderful with everyone. All the staff were great, it is clean, and there is such a nice selection of breeds available to choose from. We did try rescue first, and would recommend that to everyone, but for a list of reasons that didn’t work out for my folks. That’s when we decided to give this a shot, and we are very happy we did! Their little pup is doing great and we are all in love with her already. Thank you so much!

I love this place! Always clean and smells amazing! Purchased my cane corso from here and honestly she’s the best! Staff was very knowledgeable and kind! Def knew their stuff! Puppies are all adorbs!!!! Went back two days ago just to see my favorite little boy! Ew to all the haters of this place just cause you can’t afford to purchase a puppy don’t hate!! Broke people complain too much!! Much love!!!

Had an amazing experience @ All About Puppies. Jon & staff were AWESOME.My puppy did get sick & being a first time puppy owner I was scared. I called the ER contact & spoke with Regina who was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I was needing @ wanting guidance. She was very short & gave attitude.i asked her why she was calling me back 2 hours later. She stated it’s not an ER. I took my puppy in & after everything he is really sick & now he has to be on 3 medications. So yes this was an ER.Thank you to All About Puppies for an amazing experience. We will see yall soon.

Just purchased my German Shepard puppy from them yesterday and let me tell you.1. Cleanest facility I have ever seen in my life.2. Cutest puppies ever3. Selection of all breeds is beyond baffling4. The staff is absolutely amazing!!Sav, Hailey, and Minelly were awesome and extremely friendly. They explained everything every step of the way. They have warranty’s for literally everything you can think of!!!

I purchased my German Shepard from here a couple of months ago. My German Shepard is above average for all of his vet visits he is 5 months old and 68lbs. All About Puppies is the best place to go whether you need puppy therapy or wanna purchase a puppy. The staff is amazing and they love those puppies and are well educated. Every time I come in the pups are so happy! I will be coming back if I choose to buy another puppy in the future.

This place saved my life being able to see the male dachshund while waiting for my wife to drive from jersey to bring mine as we just moved here! Staff are extremely kind and caring! Thank you so much guys and bluey(the dachshund lol)! Buds would be nice for the move in! 😃

As I write this very hesitant, I wound like to let everyone know about what goes on here. Today I go in very enthusiastic, we come to show the puppy some love. We walk in and the puppies are all “asleep”. As they call this nap time. While it took us a second to figure out. We quickly realized that since when do 25 puppies nap at the same time? We tried interacting with them to the point where the puppies would just look at us and close their eyes. This is a Tuesday around 2 pm. It was not busy and they were about 2 other people there. I went and spoke to one of the employees as I was concerned and asked if they were giving these puppies relaxers or sleep aids of any sorts, She was immediately defensive and dismissive. Then was whispers from across the room as well as dirty looks. This place has also a giveaway that will give away air fryers and gift cards. But in order to enter you have to give them 5 stars on google and leave them a nice review! After the conversation with the worker and switch of attitude. We have decided to not go back or condone this behavior. It is a puppy mill with astronomical prices and they do not treat those puppies with the slightest bit of love! Save your time and energy with this place!

Expect a strong dog smell, when you first enter. It quickly "disappears" as your attention becomes focused on all the adorable puppies. Here, you can visit & play with them, as long as they are awake and their cage open. You may just hold them or take them to small, gated spaces for personal play time!

Today was my first time to go in and experience the joys of “All About Puppies”!!!🐾 🖤🐕‍ 🐩🐕 The variety of puppies that they had was incredible! I loved the open concept where you could stroll down the isles and see the puppies in action, or taking a nap! Hahley, Val, and John were so very helpful! They were eager to answer all of our questions, and we’re so knowledgeable on all the different breeds that they had! My son, and I will definitely be back to make our decision! I love this place!

I’ve bought 2 dogs from all about puppies a year ago. They had the breed of dogs I was looking for and although expensive the dogs were healthy and available.

These are our 3 fur babies Sammy, Ellie and Charley that we’ve purchased from All About Puppies over the past 16 years and the experience has been great with each one of them. The stores are clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and our babies have been healthy and happy! We are so excited to learn of the new location in Lakeland and can’t wait to check it out! We refer all of our friends, family and people we meet when we’re out and about with our dogs who are looking for a puppy to All About Puppies! And just saying- any reviews saying this is not a good place to purchase your puppy from should go and check it out yourself and not let a few people make the decision for you. Be your own consumer advocate.

We brought home our Auggie (Nemo) from All About Puppies. The experience was fantastic, the customer service is attentive and we couldn’t be happier with our kiddo. They have different financial options that offer fantastic payment plans and you are able to pick the one that works best for you. Overall a great place to pick up a pup.

So we purchased an Aussie doodle not even two weeks ago and the poor baby hasn't been active since we’ve gotten her . So we decided To take her to the vet to find out that she has parvo and that she needs treatment now, or she’ll die we also has been told that the babies comes with a warranty so their suppose to take care of that . We also have another dog and she fine. But they can’t be in the same household because it is contagious or our other babies .so untilWe hear something back and something is done they will be getting 1 star . .

I thought I could never have another dog after my 15 year-old Maltese mix passed away. I kept visiting the adorable puppies at All About Puppies and eventually I thought I wanted to wait for a Maltese or Maltipoo puppy. On one of my visits, I was handed a tiny 2 pound fluffy puppy that wasn't the breed I was looking for, but she definitely was the puppy for me. 9 months later she is a healthy 10 pound Morkie with a giant personality who is a perfect fit for my family. This place is absolutely disgusting, it is a puppy mill x10, I come here often to socialize with the puppies because they all deserve it. I feel terrible for these dogs and their condition. Not only are they skinny and malnourished but they have absolutely no energy for puppies. There is no excuse. I was told today that it was their “nap time” i’m sorry but dogs don’t have a nap time. There is no coincidence that they are all relaxed at the same time. This goes to show the use of relaxers is in place. This completely shuts down the puppies to make them look better to potential buyers. There is a reason this place is banned in other counties. I have owned dogs and puppies and have been taking care of them alongside vets my entire life and I can assure you that no matter how tired a puppy is they will still jump up to say hi. These puppies layed there and stared at everyone as they called to them like they couldn’t even move. When the employee was asked if the use of sleep/calming aid was used she got extremely defensive right away and the rest of the time we were there the service was horrible. There was lots of talking from across the room to say the least. I always love coming in and giving these puppies all the love but no animal deserves to be in a facility like this.

I have visited All About Puppies many, many times. Always clean, friendly and fun. I finally found the puppy of my dreams. He is wonderful!! The staff is wonderful!! Hahley was very kind and helpful. Love. Even though I found my puppy, will still stop in and get some puppy loving.

We had a great experience while looking for a new puppy while visiting “All about Puppies” in Lakeland Sept 6.We weren’t sure what breed we wanted for our full time RV life style. Hahley worked alongside us to pick out a little boy Pekepoo we named Willy!Hahley was so patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly in making us feel comfortable in finding a wonderful little guy. We are very excited to watch him grow and keep us entertained with his funny ways! We also asked Pedro a lot of questions about care and feeding of Willy which he was very informative and nice.Thank you for such a great experience.
