My review is for the exceptional service and care of Mary to my wife and I, and our new havapoo, Coco, we purchased from Wet Kisses Pet Company. Mary has taken the time to answer all of our questions- going above and beyond. She has helped ensure we are situated and cares very much about the puppy as well as the owner. As a new owner, we called several times and she responds instantly to our questions. We really appreciate her help and what she does. She is a super, super lady. Our puppy is very comfortable and a joy. Thank you a million, Mary!

Family owned and operated with amazing pet food and products! I have to share with you the Amazing training classes they offer. We have done AKC Star Puppy, canine good citizen, urban canine good citizen and last but definitely not least Therapy dog training. Susan is the owner and trainer and so knowledgeable and helpful. It is the best bonding experience with your Dog along with the best training! I am thrilled to have a Therapy dog that can represent Wet Kisses! We highly recommend!!

An absolutely horrible place. The only animals they actually seem to care about are the dogs there. They reptiles, fish, and birds are kept in horrible conditions. They know nothing on how to take care of exotic pets and should not have them in the store at all. The reptiles do not have any proper husbandry and are kept in discusting cages. The birds have no toys or any enrichment and look as though they have been stress plucking and the fish are not properly kept at all. This place needs to be looked at for their animal care and should not be operating.

We have purchased 2 puppies from this store. A purebred Shitzu ( 02/2021) and a Boston Terrier (12/2022). We have never ran into any issues with the doggies or staff. As a matter of fact the owner goes above and beyond to make sure the puppy are doing ok. They have all the things you would need and make it easy or order things that may not be in stock. If you are looking for a new addition to your family, look no further. This is the place for you.

Dogs are puppy mill puppies. Owner is rude and apathetic, do not support this pet store. Speaking from work experience with this store. Scummy, and sketchy sales tactics justified by being a "family owned small business". Ridiculously stressful work environment, and the owner will just covertly threaten your job security, and has a REPUTATION for firing people on a whim. Please again, do not support this business.

My family and I came across Wet Kisses one day while shopping in the plaza where they are located. From the moment we walked in, the shop was very busy. We were able to look around and immediately fell in love with one of the puppies, which became a new member of our family, Mr. Sprinkles. Mary helped us through the whole process, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the puppy’s specific breed. They are stocked with everything one might need when taking a puppy home. This place really cares for all of their animals. We felt we were in good hands and both Mary and Susan kindly checked in with us after we brought Mr. Sprinkles home. This location also provides its own pet training, grooming services and have a photographer that is at the shop once a month available to take a portrait of your pet. We are happy to have come across Wet Kisses!

Very upset, contacted the place yesterday and talked to an associate about a dog that we wanted to purchase they told us perfect come in and we’ll even give you a discount and help you with pet sitting since we told them we are moving and wanted to pick him up later in the month. When we came in today they were in the middle of selling the dog to someone else.

Wet kisses is a great small business that offers pets including birds, cats and puppies etc they also offer pet supplies, grooming and training services with a very helpful and friendly staff we got our golden doodle “Bear” here and is one of the best decisions I made. Very reputable company.

Wonderful pet store with very friendly and helpful staff. We bought our third Boston Terrier, Lola, from Wet Kisses and she is one of the sweetest and well-behaved Boston’s we have ever had. She has been very healthy and is a ball of love! Highly recommend!

Hi I have been a customer for wet kisses for a very long time. I want u to know there is a very kind caring woman named Mary. She has helped me with special food for my dogs. Also recommended salmon oil and special dry food to help her stay healthy and she has arranged grooming for my 3 dogs She is always ready to help without hesitation. Whenever I have a question about my pets she is very informative and because of Mary my dogs r in better health than ever . She is very professional,kind,caring and her customer service is so very wonderful. Wet kisses is very lucky to have an employee like her . I know when I can reach her for any question she is always eager to help and recommend whatever food or treats or oils to help my pets. Thank u Mary. We found our golden doodle puppy at Wet Kisses back in 2016. Service was very friendly. The terms of sale/adoption were clear, full transparency and as you can see, a very healthy 3 year old Doodle. We are actually looking to find him a brother and plan on returning to Wet Kisses.

Our story and experience with Wet Kisses was absolutely PERFECT from opening the door and walking in. Susan helped us and was amazing! She is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant in every way. The rest of the staff was very helpful and amazing as well. We've been looking for a new addition to our family and found our new baby @WetKissesPetCompany. We are so glad we chose them when adopting our Cockatiel. We are in love with our new little guy. We named him Bentley since all our other children are named after cars. He's estimated @ 6 months old and very handsome. Here's a quick selfie of Bentley hanging out on the porch of his mobile home watching HGTV getting design ideas while he awaits the construction of his new Victorian style multi level high rise pad. It is apparent that Susan the owner of this establishment really cares about your animal. Anyone that is in the animal field that has so many animals usually that’s an indication that they really do love animals and want to do the right thing by them. DO YOUR RESEARCH! PUPPY MILL PUPPIES!!!Bought a dog there in 2015 . Solely because I wanted to safe it & give it the life it deserved. It sat in this little box in the store for almost 3 months because no one wanted to spent that kinda money on a dog that needed surgery. But Don't think for a second that she would've went down with the price because of that! After buying it and receiving the paperwork my assumptions were confirmed and the dog indeed came from a puppy mill in Missouri (was shipped in a truck at only 7 weeks old which explains the car sickness that is still an issue till today) not an outstanding breeeder as she claims when you go in looking for a dog. At that point I stopped supporting her buisness all together! I rather drive the extra 6 miles and head on over to Jake's Pet Supplies in Lakeworth. Where they not only greet you friendly & give expertise on all of their products and huge food selection. They also participate in the manufactures loyalty programs for the dog foods. Which gives you a free bag after buying 12. Makes you wonder why wet kisses is the only store around that doesn't participate in these loyalty programs! But it doesn't surprise me as profit driven as the owner is. Super sweet when she thinks she can get some money out of you but shows her true colors once she realizes there's nothing to gain. Not what you would expect from your tiny neighborhood pet store....I recently went in there again for the first time after years out of curiosity if they still sell puppies etc and the conditions of the store and rudeness that greeted me was enough for me to drop my honest review after so many years.

Absolutely wonderful place! Just bought a wonderful budgie for a mere 20$! That's the best price ive see! They are so kind and helpful! I love how the owner actually works there! They even raise their animals from babies and hand feed them. They also give them a good diet involving fruits and vegetables! Most stores only do seeds which is so bad! I'm just in awe from this awesome store! Will definitely be buying more animals here in the future!

A big “thank you” to Mary from Wet Kisses. I fell in love with this micro mini goldendoodle the second I saw her & questioned getting her as I have two young daughters. Initially, they met her and it was chaos but by the second time we went and thanks to Mary’s patience - my girls came around and we brought this lovely puppy home. Not only was Mary patient with daughters, but she also gave me tips on how we can work with the girls. The buying process was also extremely thorough , where Mary explained all the perks of getting this dog through them. HIGHLY recommended.

I’d give them a zero if I could. Everyone I know who has purchased from this place, including me, has had issues with the animals and has spent thousands to get them healthy. The kitten I adopted (and the litter it came from) had issues that I only found out about once my little princess passed away. Of course the owner thinks it’s everyone else’s problem. I received confirmation from my vet that my baby passed due to the issues with the litter (vaccination issues) and/or the way it was fed (raw) prior the adoption. Also, My neighbor felt so bad for a dog because it looked so sickly he bought it then had to have his vet treat the dog for pneumonia. The only decent item you can get is a rat if you need to feed your snake. But be careful the rat isn’t sick, otherwise it may kill your animal.On a brighter note- the staff (minus the owner) is very friendly and professional.

Used to live in the area and was back in town in January for work conference. Took my Service Dog Piper in to get some chews. The staff remembered us & Elizabeth was a delight to work with. She suggested a long lasting No Hide Chew & Pig Ear. Piper LOVED them. I can feel confident the knowledge of the staff is top notch, the store is clean, has a great variety of natural and safe products for your pet. The self wash is super neat and the soap premixes itself! I love shopping small business and you should consider talking to Elizabeth about your pets needs! Let me start this by saying I have been taking my dog here for grooming for 6 years (his entire life) I liked supporting small businesses and Ashley was a great groomer. After Ashley stopped working here I’ve had nothing but issues. It took 3 negative experiences here for me to finally review.My dog has been fully grown for over 5 years and the same weight (give or take a pound) and I have ALWAYS been charged as a “small dog”.2 groomings ago they rang me up for a “medium dog” and when I questioned them they told me I was correct and they mistakenly said medium since my dog is so fluffy and charged me as a small dog. (My dog is “small breed” for everything else, collars, medication, etc)The last groom, I specifically asked for my dog to not be shaved, when I picked him up the groomer was already gone and my dog had the closest shave he’s ever gotten ever.Now the most recent groom when I picked him up they charged me as a medium dog again. When I questioned her, she said he’s a medium size dog and her groomer agreed. She said he must have “gotten bigger” since his last groom even after I said they have been charging me as a small dog literally forever and my dogs file reflects this. She also told me there is “no way” my dog weighed as much as I told her he does, so in other words calling me a liar and arguing with me.A small business will never stay in business with poor customer service or argumentative employees. You’ve lost 2 loyal customers.

They really take care of their animals and they have a nice staff. They were the only location that agreed on give my bunny a hair cut. My bunnies fur was really tangled from the previous pet store he was in. He was well taken care of and they were so sweet to him. I really appreciated it because they do not trim bunnies, they groom dogs only.
