Amazing experience after a long time not visiting because of unfriendly staff and unkempt cages. Mia helped me out today and boy was she awesome, she personally decorated and kept up with the reptile tanks and they never looked better. So friendly and knowledge. Fish tanks were good but gravel in the loach tank is a no no and plastic in tanks grows algea. I got to meet Jeri on my way to checkout and got to meet the small furry animals which were so cute. Cages once again we're very clean. The conures were cute but for some reason they were put together and bonded so not an option for me to buy.Mia and Jeri were amazing and they tackle the store like no one's business! Thank you for putting my faith back in Pet Supermarket again.

I like this local store, which has a wide variety of cat food, just what I need for my fussy fur baby. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. Every once in a while there's a kitty or two or three up for adoption and a few other animals such as rabbits, gerbils, and so on. The clean store is also a fun place to wander around to browse at the fish in the tanks and other things.

Maitland was soooo helpful and knowledgeable. This store has more to select from than any other local Pet Store, and I have visited numerous ones trying to adapt my home for 2 old puppy mill rescues.

I usually come here often and I’ve bought a lot of fish from them. But I was there the other day looking in the tanks waiting for the employee to finish up helping a customer bagging fish (she knew I was interested im sure since she helped me 2x the past 2 weeks). Instead she never returned. I waited for about 10 mins to walk up to the register to see the two young girls talking away and no one came to ask if I needed help. Left a bad taste in my mouth so I left. I’m not going to beg someone to help me so I can spend my money. This is was on the weekend, the staff during the week is much more helpful.

I pulled up to the store during a storm and the guy working (I think his name was Corey) was so kind and escorted me in with an umbrella! He also walked me back out to my car when it was raining even harder! Best service ever! Thank you so much!

Very friendly and helpful workers at this particular store. My puppy loves it here, obviously, and the workers enjoy Archer being there and offer him treats every visit. I can't say if they have everything you might need, but they always have what I need and yeah, really cool people. 😉

Friendly staff took the time to explain the differences in pet food quality, helped us make a very good value decision. So many good options to choose from when we move. Cost is very reasonable for collars and leashes.The guy helping us get Fish was very patient with my child wanting a certain one. Very nice!

It's a newer store, and bigger, than the one on Lake Worth Road. They have a lot of items in stock, but not always do they have the kind I'm in there to buy. The staff is pleasant, and they are always willing to help out by calling the next closest store to wherever the person resides, to see if the brand can be located there. The PetSupermarket store is kept clean and organized, and is, in my opinion, a very nice store in which to shop.

Horrible customer service. Employee John whom serves as the manager was very disrespectful both in person and over the phone, over a 5$ coupon... and had no willingness to resolve the issue. We've been giving them our business since they've opened but I just wanted to let everyone know the situation and that there are many other pet stores in the area with the same products at better prices don't waste your time with such a small minded and disrespectful management team. I've worked with people for years and would have never treated anyone so poorly. Have a great day :)

Went to this store to get some feeder fish for the turtle. I am ashamed that i forgot the guy name that helped me. This dude literally got half of his clothes wet getting the fish out. Then walked the wife and i to the register to check us out. 5 star service. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY..all the employees had there mask on.

Came to get a dog cone because my dog recently had surgery and I know it was around closing time so I was not sure if the store was actually closed so I was double checking the elderly lady that was working was very rude came out and said "the lights are still on why would you think we were closed " I didn't respond and left without purchasing anything because I was not happy with her attitude and her smart comment .
