Both locations I go to, the employees are just the absolute nicest young people. They are helpful and will chat you about your/their pets. It's heart warming ❤️ the employee today helped me find a nutritional supplement for my senior cat. thank you! 😸

I visited this location today and I was pleasantly surprised! This is not a great area, so I wasn’t sure how the service and store would be. Everybody I interacted with was helpful and nice.Christopher helped me find what I needed. He painstakingly explained all the collar choices and helped me try some on; all while my hyperactive puppy and bored 7 year old bounced around us. He was patient and informative. Plus I could tell he genuinely likes animals and knows what he’s talking about.Thank you!

This location has friendly staff who are readily available to help and answer questions. The store is organized and zoned well. It is easy to find what I need for my cat and they carry the brands she likes to eat for wet food. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience that's always quick and easy.

EVERY employee I've dealt w/ at this location are extremely helpful, fast, & LITERALLY run to get the measuring tape!!!! Bought the 13-18" Elizabethan Collar, for only $37.44- out the door!!Also gave out free calendars, bc it's March! I grabbed the Beagle one!🐕😁👌🙌😻🌠🐰🐶 🐦🐠🐟🦐 We are going back to buying in-store, rather than using Chewy, & out of 3 stores we went to, this is the only one where I was greeted with a smile, & assured there is assistance, if needed. Kyle is absolutely AMAZING!! He went above & beyond his responsibilities for us, making phone calls, explaining ingredients to me, (I'm a pain in the arse), & walking back & forth. Also, the pricing is lower here, by $2 dollars on a toy I bought at PetSmart!

Three months ago, Sam the store manager didn’t want to refund us the money for the five dead glofishes. We weren’t experts about the chemicals in the water for the fish tank for the fishes. Sam on the other hand, should’ve been understanding about the situation & refunded us. They offered a seven day guarantee for the fishes, but she didn’t want to accommodate us by making an exception. She had a trifling attitude & looked miserable. She needs to learn how to speak to people without being rude & having an attitude. As a manager, you are required to be understanding to your customers & being able to satisfy your services to them. Sam was not being a manager with her rudeness. She needs to change her attitude & be more polite to customers & be more understanding.

The staff is personable and very helpful. Had to take one dog's harness back three times to be refitted after a groomer elsewhere fooled with it... no problem at Pet Supermarket they were happy to do it. They all love pets and most have their own.

As soon I walk in to the store I was greeted by the young lady name Jennifer. She said hi I she can help me with anything I said no iam just looking. She seemed already annoyed with the response I give her. I walk towards the crate were they dontate food for the animals. I was looking she said can I help you with an attitude I said no iam just looking. She said that's for donation but with a flustered response. I went around the store to look for the merchandise that I wanted I found it and I return to the counter were Jennifer was at and i inquire the flea collar the advantage brand she had an attitude and assumed I wanted the drops her response what size is the dog I said small but I don't want the drops I want and I quto the flea collar she states what drops with an attitude and I said I want the collar they don't have it in the advantage brand . I said try the other brand .. she stated they don't have it . Try Adam's I said okay were is it located she pointed I ask her again she had attitude. She had to repeat her self. It was un called for I won't go to that store again due to unlack customer service skills I am taking my business else were bcs of this interaction I had with Jennifer . I hope you guys talk to her and train her how to treat the customers with respect.

Manager accused my dog of pooping outside, when i watched my pup pee. Told me "no i saw it poop".. okay sure there. Well my girlfriend ended up picking up poop that didn't come from our dog. It was sad because Beta fish are dying, their scales are peeling and flaking off, the water was cloudy, and the fish are on their sides on the bottom of there small cup 12oz cups. The management is rude, has little to no knowledge of how to maintain a stock of beta and other fish, will not be using this location anytime soon. Hope everyone has a better experience than I did at this location.

STORE 131I am writing this to let everyone know what a wonderful groomer JESSICA is. She does beautiful work , and loves what she does.My dog Milo was a rescue, he is extremely difficult, and scared to be groomed. Jess took her time and showed him a lot of love. He looks so adorable. Jess knows how to handle the dog. She did a great job. I recommend her highly.The staff at this store is so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. To name a few, LIZ, Kinsey, Samantha, Francisco, I don’t mean to leave anyone out. They all are great !Thank you for making me feel good when I come into store.I was so happy to meet Ryan, the district manager when I was there. Great guy, nice to his staff . They all loved him and I can see why!

I bring my sister’s dog here to get groomed by Jessica. She is truly one of the nicest and most caring groomers I ever met!! The love she gives to each dog is like the love she gives to her own. She even brings her Giant Schnauzer with her occasionally! The pricing is the best in the area, with the best work! I cannot recommend Pet Supermarket enough for dog grooming, pet food, and the overall experience. I’d give more stars if I could.

This is our local pet store that we love!Both my mom and I buy all of our feline supplies at this store.They have the most knowledgeable and customer service focused staff. Super Friendly staff. They have always got awesome sale items, love the variety. Our Standard Poodle loves to see the pets & say hello to the kitties & ferrets. We get the natural duck & antler chews, they're always a hit with our pack. Highly recommended for your neighborhood pet needs.

I went to months ago and the store smelled of cat urine. I went the other day and the smell of cat urine was worse than before. It smelled like no one has taken the time to identify the problem.I also tried to return an item. Since it was over 30 thirty days, the person who I spoke to said "Call the company. It's not MY problem".Now, she could have said. "I'm sorry. Our return policy is 30 days. It's been more than 30 days. May I suggest you contact the company?"I did not see the return policy but it does not mean it was not posted.I love cats but CANNOT tolerate cat urine. Becausd of the smell, I am giving 1 star.

I love going into this Pet Supermarket. The staff is so helpful. They took there time helped me find better food and great new toys for my kitten. They have great deals, sales and really well price. They also gave me some much need info on being a new mom to a kitten. I look forward to going into this pet supermarket not just for my kittens needs but to see the new stuff an talk to the great staff. It's a pleasure going to the store and they always have great parking.

This is my go to store for my two pups. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Today I was assisted by Jessie, who gave 5 star customer service and Lexy. Unfortunately Netalia had zero customer service skills and acted like I was annoying her by being in the store. I understand everyone has off days but Netalia's behavior was unnecessary and unexcuseable.

Cool store, things are fairly priced and there is a really good variety BUT I went to look at the animals and all of them where pretty aggressive. One even ended up biting me. The lizards where hissing and puffing even before the person handling them put their hand into the tank.
