For a Walmart, this one if pretty dang good. It is over all clean and usually more organized than most. The employees treat customers good over all. I have always felt safe at this store, which is a #1 requirement for me, but, I must say here that I have never been here at night before so....Anyway, I am a repeat customer and plan to continue being a repeat customer even though I live exactly between 2 different store, I choose this one over the other one. I would have to say that, overall, I do recommend this store.

I don't like having to show my receipt to the greeter while leaving the store. I don't like being treated like a thief when it is Walmart that are the thieves. I don't like being watched by employees while I do their job ringing up and bagging my own groceries. I think it is a cheap, lame, ripoff. Walmart just gets worse as time goes by and I've been shopping there since they opened, probably 1986. I. Do not recommend although there is nowhere else to go. Good luck!

This place is beyond horrible. Apparently Walmart does not price match their own online App Store. Even though it stated sold and shipped by Walmart even showed the cashier and team lead from cash registers and electronics. What’s even more insane they had multiple items from one singular location priced wrong and they still would not price match it on their own mistakes and then proceeded to make me feel as if it’s my fault. This has got to be the worst experience and embarrassing moment I have ever experienced. What’s even worst I showed all of them and i took them to the spot in which the item I wanted was priced at and used the Walmart mobile app too.

Shopping is quick and quite easy. The experience is fairly handicap accessible. The store does seem to be a bit short handed as far as staffing is concerned. I would recommend this store overall.

The employees were the most helpful group of people in any store I have ever shopped. They were sticking shelves in a large crowd of customers and everyone was happy and pleasant. They really liked their job and the challenges they faced.

This Walmart has more of a selection than the one I normally go to in Bartow. My complaints are still the same. It's more and more like Dollar General, Family Dollar & Dollar Tree with the pallets all in the isles and blocking your way and the stuff NOT on the shelves where it belongs and considering Walmart has somewhat higher prices than those mentioned above it should not have the same appearance. They need to reopen 24hrs because that's when they used to do the stocking and people expected the pallets at 3am. It's just went downhill! Prices are higher and there's less workers and the self check out always shows a different price than what's on some of the shelves.

Early is the best time to visit on Sunday morning. Grab a donut from Dunking Donuts and off to shopping! Well stocked. Lots of TP, paper towels and even clorox. There seem to be an abundance of most things. Lots of self serve check outs.

I am so beyond sick and tired of going to Walmart this one in particular! They never have a power chair for my elderly, semi disabled friend that I usually go with and it’s a process to get a cart for her to use. All of their carts are usually upfront with a plastic bag over them and a little piece of scrap paper towel listing what is wrong with them and it’s been like that for months! The ADA should really be contacted about this because the fact that it’s not allowing people with disabilities that have problems walking to be able to shop comfortably and have the same benefits as someone who doesn’t have any impairments.And don’t get me started on the fact that the employees are there after hours all throughout the night, in order to stop the shelves and keep the shelves stocked in the isles, clear, the reasoning behind why they are closed now instead of being open 24 hours was all With Covid and in order to be able to stop the shelves and have the customers shopping experience more pleasurable and product more available. Half the time I go in there actually, 95% of the time I go in there there are handfuls of employees pushing pallet carts, and pallets And stocking shelves that are almost completely bare, which makes no sense to me. Because no matter what time of day I go whether it be first thing in the morning when they first open in the middle of the afternoon or right around the end of the day, it’s always the same they should not have the Isles blocked with palletsto where you can’t shop comfortably! Something else that needs to be brought to their attention!

I've been shopping at Walmart in Lake Wales since it's been built but that's going to change. The POLICE SIRENS are ridiculous. It's enough to give someone a seizure. I feel sorry for the employees that endure the the loud sirens three times in a row sometimes all throughout their shift. This is a sorry solution for a shoplifting deterent. It's a great deterent to keep honest shoppers from shopping at their stores. The elderly, young children, pregnant women, veterans or anyone for that matter shouldn't have to endure being jolted while shopping. There are many other places to shop to avoid it and that's what I'm forced to do. SHAME ON LAKE WALES WALMART!!!

Always super busy, you have to check out your own groceries for the most part, they've squeezed aisle so close together you can barely get through if another person is on the aisle, employees are not helpful most of the time they are rude.

This store is alright. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the store. Be careful when you order groceries onlins because they don't check the dates or if the product is fresh. I had to come back several times to exchange products because of expired products.The cashiers at the self checkouts are sort of lazy. They just stand there and do nothing while you check yourself. However, There are some cashiers lines and those cashiers work. Plus they're really nice as well.Not a fan if Walmart self checkout, so I dont go to this store very often. It's difficult to find an employee on the floor to help when you can't find a product or have a problem. Walmart do better. 🙄

I give 3 star rating to all Walmart stores. Why, because sometimes they have what you need, or their out! Best advice, get in and out between 7am and 8am! Unless you're store has gone back to being open 24 hours. Then 12am to 8am would be your better choice!

No enforcement of disabled parking and extremely hard to find someone to assist you. The people doing the shopping for online shopping are rude and block up the aisle making it hard to get what you need. Saw on several occasions employees chatting with each other in Spanish, this is America we speak English. Not sure why they hire Spanish speaking people without them being bilingual. The ONLY people that I have found courteous are the people in electronics and the attentive employees who assist at self check out
