This walgreens is horrible. Customer service sucks, I went to pick a up a medication for my husband and the lady told me the pharmacist has a lot to do, if i can come back in 2 hours because of the busy day. Anyway i have to drive home 45 minutes. I came back not 2 , 3 hours later and they didnt process my order. What!!! She told me come back tomorrow. I say NO i wait here i can't come back home without that medicaton that my husband need it asop. So i stay and less the 8 minuts my order was ready. Why the world came to this level. If you dont put your feet down they dont act. Horrible costumers service and horrible pharmacist. If the person (pharmacist)works in order and fast they probably dont get that problem. Never ever caming back to walgreens. Sucks. I went so many times to other (walgreens)in Broward and they really need to learn from there fast, punctual and they smile

I was there during the busy holiday rush, however, I had to take a moment to compliment Jake who was working in the photo department that day. A woman had an issue with ornaments that she'd ordered and the level of service that this gentleman provided to her was top tier. I mean absolutely outstanding. He wasn't even helping me, but it wouldn't be right for me not to highlight service like this. I called the store and let the manager know as well. In this day and age where you see all sorts of videos on Tik-Tok with store employees doing the worst things imaginable, I am doing my part and shining the spotlight on the good guys. Jake is definitely one of the good guys!

The customer service here is terrible. Tonight was my last time going, I will gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to a different Walgreens where the associates aren't rude. Not only do they not explain things when you ask for clarification, but they tap on the register screens impatiently making it known they are frustrated. After I paid tonight, the woman simply said "You don't get a receipt" and walked away. If I was a manager here I would be ashamed of the poor level of customer support the employees here show.

Call your meds in ahead & still not ready when you need them . They seem to not have enough pharmacists to fill the scripts in a timely manner. When you call you get put on hold for a 1/2 an hr and then , hung up on.You go into the store and wait in line 1/2 hr to be told meds aren't ready. Bad business,

If I could give no stars for their pharmacy I would. Every time I go they are do slow, rude and mess up the prescription. I have never seen such incompetent people working in a pharmacy.

The pharmacy at this store is terrible. They're incredibly slow and don't bother to update the status if they're out of a medicine, then are accusatory towards the customer when questioned about it.

While I had a more positive opinion of this Walgreens. I don't anymore. To start, they're supposed to have gotten a medication in today, that they're already 6 days late filling. When we initially tried to fill it, they didn't even tell us the medicine wasn't available until 5pm on a Saturday. So no way to try to fix the situation. Then, today, the day they're supposed to have it, SURPRISE! They don't have it. No phone call or anything to tell us otherwise beforehand. When my husband, calmly, not even rude, not raising his voice, nothing like that, expressed his frustration about the situation. The lady on the phone got loud, and really rude about it. You're basically treated like trash here. No matter what your issue is, it doesn't matter. You're just trash to them. If you can help it, just don't even use them. I'd rather just die than have to deal with them. You'd die anyway if you're medicine is necessary for life because I assure you, they won't have it and won't tell you otherwise. So it's best for your health to find somewhere else.

I dont want to give them one Star, this is the worst Walgreens i visit before.i went to pick up the prescription (the hospital submit yesteday) ,i went today for p.u wasnt ready the lady told me i have 3 for today and 3 for tomorrow i tell her omg i need them bc thats for a patient have Dementia she say ok comeback at 12:00 going to be ready well i went st 1:15 for my surprise they only give 3 ,comeback later atv3 for the others o e i was so mad i speak with a manager is like talking to you 5 years old kid thanks for nothing, you sre the worst Walgreens and your personal is horrible

Shanna was really helpful and understanding.. i seen she was working really hard and being patient … I was picking up my medication… and she was helping me with my insurance and trying to get the best for me. I really notice she was the hardest working employee there.. Props to her for showing out and being such an amazing help.. Granted their were a lot of unhappy people but in a timely manner… she helped everyone !!

This has to be the WORSE Walgreens pharmacy ever! I dropped off my prescription directly from the hospital at 10:30am. I call at 1:30pm for an update as when I checked online they could not find me in the system. They tell me oh I have it right here and to give them a few minutes. I arrive at the store at 2pm to be told it won’t be ready u til 3 because it was just put in at 1:40pm!? Like what type of pharmacy is this?

Just like every other pharmacy that believes customer service is beneath them. They allow people to sit in the drive-thru even when their script is not ready. They don’t feel a need to acknowledge their customers or advise them that they will be seen shortly. Instead, they leave everyone wondering if they have been seen at all. Amazon is expanding into pharmaceutical delivery. Maybe my HSA money is best spent with Amazon.

My husband and I have faithfully used Walgreens for over 40 years. Believe me we spend tons of money on meds. Today was the last straw.My doctor called in a script yesterday morning. It wasn’t filled. The next morning (today) it still wasn’t filled. Mind you this script was an antibiotic for cellulitis. Nothing to mess with. So I called my doctor today and she sent it a2nd time. Still no script. I tried to call and on hold for 50 minutes. Then did the live chat. That person was very disrespectful. Said they didn’t have the script and to call my doctor. So I called my doctor she spoke to the pharmacist after being on hold for a long time also. The pharmacist laughed at her saying “oh I guess I haven’t put it in the system yet.” My doctor office called me back and told me her experience. At this point my husband and I will discuss what pharmacy to switch our 12 scripts to.

DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE! Went to this store for a rapid Covid test that results were to be available in 2 hours according to their website. Inquired after 5 hours and was given the run-around. After 8 hours went back to store and was told I’d have the results by the end of the day. I called at 9pm and the supervisor told me the pharmacy was closed and I would have to check the next day. 26 hours since I took the rapid test and still no results.

I just moved here and have gotten the flu shot for the last 15 years at a walgreens. Never been to this walgreens but made an appt. Online for a flu shot. Got there 15 minutes ahead of my appointment to stay in a long Line that was barely moving. They didn't have a Line for covid or flu separate. 14 people were waiting. People in Line complaining to me how bad this walgreens is and they are transferring to publix. After 25 minutes in line having an appt. The pharmist tells the clerk it will be another 75 minutes for me to get the shot. When I was Line waiting watching these walgreens workers look like they just didn't know what to do. Scary part is the pharmist look confused. I walked out went across the street to publix with no appt. And got a flu shot in tenminutes. Moral of this review do not go to this Pharmacy.

The pharmacy is absolutely incompetent. They gave our child’s Covid test to the wrong person and mislabeled our tests. The lady handling our tests wasn’t even wearing gloves. I cannot believe how horrible this experience was. We are taking this to corporate. In the midst of a pandemic you should be doing better Walgreens.

Extremely slow service at this pharmacy location. We have waited at the drive-thru window for at least a half hour at times, and never greeted by staff, then have to resort to going inside to wait another half hour in line. Not a good experience when you're disabled and can't stand for a long time. We've tried calling before we go to the pharmacy to ask questions about prescription and have been on hold for more than an hour with no staff answering, just an automated message that repeatedly says, "We will be with you shortly, we are currently taking other calls," except they are not taking other calls, they just let the phone continually ring without answering it. You can hear it when you're standing in line. Dear corporate office, this location is in desperate need of more staff so customer service can be welcoming and efficient. This is central Florida and at peak season in an area that has a high population of elderly, this pharmacy should be operating at peak efficiency. The pharmacy across the street manages to do that.

Arrived for my appt thru drive thru service for covid testing. The guy tells me to come back in 30mins because I have more than one person however I booked 3 separate appointments for each person. I had to clock out of work for this. So now I'm loosing 3 hours of work just because this guy doesnt want to do my covid test. Zero starts if possible. Then he has the nerve to say "is this ok?" 😤 No this is not ok. I'm literally losing money here because you are lazy and don't want to do your job. Ugh. So I come back now theres a line. This is ridiculous.

This location refused to fill my prescription. After further discussion and investigation, they had contacted my FORMER insurance provider. They even gave me a number (for the former carrier customer service).I phoned them to let them know about the mixup on their end and they (one on the phone and one interjecting into the conversation. She never identified herself) became both defensive and insulting.The number they alleged to have called off the back of the card, I called. “Fully covered, not restricted “.Some people don’t want to take responsibility for their errors. My husband had it filled just down the road without issue. Hmm🤔

This is the worst Pharmacy service ever received, every time that my mom needs a refill doctors (or in my case Encara Nursing) needs to send 3 or 4 times the order, meaning waiting time and with this gas prices even worst. I will change my mom's insurance in order to not deal with them ..

I will never step in the door of a Walgreens again. Their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes. The associate that answered informed me that she did not have the item that I needed. A complete waste of my time. If a real person had answered within I few minutes the problem would have been solved.

Extremely inconvenient made an appointment for covid vaccine, drove 30minutes to come just for them to tell me that their "system" went down and that they may be back up in a few hours and they cant give any shots. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service. Dont schedule appointments that you cant commit to. HORRIBLE PHARMACY and customer service.

Very friendly staff . Pharmacist T Bos is very friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate you.He came out to our car and administratored my flu shot because I had foot surgery! My husband went in to make sure I could I had a place to sit and T offered to come out to the car.Everyone in there always has a smile and greeting .

Computers down for two days! Completely unacceptable. Told the employees standing outside turning people away that I would no longer be a customer of Walgreens. They had something smart to say as I drove off, but good luck to you and you’re defunct company!

Store is well organized & well stocked. I am especially appreciative of the pharmacy staff, who provide advice & info regarding meds. The lead pharmacist advised several years ago that a prescription contained an ingredient which I am allergic to.

I went inside to the pharmacy and ask for 1 bag of syringes for me to take my insulin and they say you need a prescriptions for syringes I told them you do not need a prescription for syringes so I left and was disappointed with there service I told them it a matter of life and deathfor a type 1 diabetic

The worst service ever plus it took them 2 day to fill my prescription for Blood pressure pills that I have to take every day 🤦♂️🤦♂️ if you need anything asap this is not your pharmacy
