Last night was the best experience we’ve had at this pharmacy. My wife and I had orders for the same two prescriptions. I saw one was canceled so I was able to talk to the pharmacist on duty. He informed me my insurance denied one of my prescriptions. He provided a way that I could get a reduced price, saving us money. In spite of the fact that he was by himself he handed our situation very professionally and with much patience.

I sent my husband in to pickup children’s liquid Sudafed which is typically carried with other Sudafed products behind the pharmacy counter. The technician behind the counter explained to him that it’s an OTC product, showed him where it was and proceeded to ring him out along with taking his ID for the product that obviously didn’t require one at the register considering it is available for any one to purchase who comes into the store. She told him that it would need to be signed for which the pin pad never prompted for a signature so that showed have flagged her that she was selling the incorrect medication that was asked for. Since he was given the wrong medication, I went back in to ask for the correct one and if they didn’t have it, to return Sudafed PE. Not only would she argue with me that this was not “phenylephrine” but indeed “pseudoephedrine” and that this item that was sold was NOT a state regulated item , she wouldn’t allow me to return the wrong medication stating the manager said I could not. Funny how when the manager listened to me explaining that the medication shows “phenylephrine” on the box and not “pseudoephedrine”, he did the return without an issue. Having been a pharmacy tech of 14 years previously with this company, I went in knowing what I needed and left feeling incredibly frustrated that this technician was utterly clueless to what she thought she knew about Sudafed. She needs to get off her high horse and educate herself better with medications seeing how she’s surrounded by them on a daily bases.

We use the liquor side of the store. We switched pharmacies when the pharmacist decided she “didn’t feel comfortable” filling on of my meds I had been on for years. She proceeded to tell me that they have more power to decline Rx refills. The line is ALWAYS long and it takes nearly an hour to get to the front. They give you a huge hassle.We switched to a small, hometown pharmacy and have nothing but praises for them!

Hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Nearly every single month I have an issue picking up my medication at this pharmacy. It's a miracle if there's not some sort of problem. My wife and I joke that they must love the drama. It sure as hell seems that way. I have NEVER had a problem picking up anything ever at any other pharmacy I've used. But this one is a different story. I really didn't want to leave a bad review but they 100% deserve it. It was the final straw last week when they were supposedly out of stock of an important medication I take, and didn't care, and didn't do anything about it such as check with another pharmacy. I had to wait in misery for 4 days without my medication. I should have gone to another pharmacy a long time ago, but now I will definitely be going elsewhere. I will never use Walgreens again.

Needed to take a few medical tests related to my pregnancy, Walgreen website said they offered it all! Showed up on 3/27 and guess what, they didn't even show up to work yesterday, and didn't even call the walgreen employees to let them know.So i tried again on 3/28, and guess what the rude lady who no-called/no showed the day before was not helpful and said they didn't do the tests that they advertised.Do yourselves a favor, and go to a proper medical facility, not walgreens.

Placed an order for a poster for a presentation online and when I got there to pick up my order with a nasty attitude I was informed that they dont have a poster size paper. A phone call or a message when you dont have an item specially for a simple stuff wouldn’t be that difficult to make, but with employees like the ones working there, its too much to ask for. They are pretty much there to jump from one department to the other, attitude doesn’t get them that far.

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for years, in various locations throughout the US. This is the first time I have been told they would not dispense my meds as prescribed by my doctor. My doctor contacted them to confirm that the prescriptions were what I needed. The pharmacist proceeded to tell me that SHE was a doctor of pharmacology and again stated that she would not fill my prescriptions in question - which, by the way, the same Walgreens had been filling on a monthly basis for over a year. She then told me that if I wasn't happy with her decision, I could go to another pharmacy!!!I did.

If I could rate it less I would!! The wonderful photo Dept / cashier named Maranda should not be near customers. Horrible service and very condescending and sarcastic with my 79 year old mother. My first time there definitely my last.

My husband and i had a family emergency in Virginia recently.We tried to get our prescriptions before we left, but after waiting 4 days, they still were not ready..we had to leave and after getting to Virginia, there wasnt a Walgreens within 1.5 hours..so we went to the local pharmacy to have them transfer the scripts to them. They tried calling Walgreens, Rt 60 Lake Wales and leaving messages for 3 days at all differents times. if they did get a person to answer, they were disconnected multiple times! We were told we would need to call our doctors and get new scripts!!All i can say, is the last 6 months before we left, This location has really took a downward fall in pharmacy service..when we do get home, we will be moving ALL our scripts..this really makes me sad because we were good customers for many years..

Absolutely the worst location. Management needs to retrain these people. 2 weeks told we could get a Rx for simple prednisone. Had to go to Hwy 27 location they sure have their act together on highway 27. Run from Hwy 60 location We got it first day at Hwy 27. Beware don’t go to Hwy 60 location RIDICULOUS

Almost every time I go to the pharmacy at thisWalgreens location, they have no idea what they are doing. The last time I was there, they had the guy who works in the liquor store, running the pharmacy. He was dropping prescriptions and bins all over the floor. He seemed really stressed. They don't ever seem to know what's going on.. They don't even ask for my identification when I have picked up an opioid drug, and most of the time, they don't have the pharmacist go over the RX before I leave. They just hand it through the window, and that's it! Unreal!!

Told me my meds would be ready for pick up at 3pm at the latest, and they would call me when they are ready. Called their phone operating system and I was told I could pick up my medication any time after 4:15pm. Came back at 4:30pm, and I was told it's gonna be another 30 minutes...... Really bad service. The employees were also quite rude.

Manager wouldn't let me get a 2 litter of coke for 99, all the 99 cent 2litter were out, I worked for CVs for 4 years, I know for a 100 percent CVs always is big on price match!!!!(Foul ball for that csm😖😕😠😞😟

Pricey, but their prescription network is hard to beat. Forgot my pills, 2 hours from home, and was able to get an emergency supply to get through the next day in under an hour of calling the local pharmacy.

They never follow directions on web orders. Even though I ask for substitutions, they always mark item out of stock. I’ve called both times this has happened and they have no clue what they’re doing. Very frustrated.

On the sixteenth of the month went to pickup the prescription in having dropped off the order on the 11th.Lady at the drive up said she was waiting for the Dr. to authorize, which I now have proof they did on the 11th.This has happened to me before.And Walgreens is at fault not my doctor as they like to blame.Finally ready to pickup six days later.Getting tired of the ineptitude there.
