I have to say that the staff at this location is always a pleasure to deal with! I almost always have interaction, via telephone or in-store, with Jason, who seems genuinely happy to help.This particular evening, I arrived to pick up my curbside order and was serviced immediately. It was actually the very end of the night and the store was, literally, a minute or so away from locking the doors, yet, everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant!In addition, it just happened to be the night of the Staff's Christmas Party, so they had to finish their closing duties and change clothes or freshen up, before heading to the party. That's when I got an impressive glimpse of the teamwork in place, as everyone pitched in, rotating positions to relieve each other and complete all closing duties, while allowing others to get ready for the party! The Manager, herself, even INSISTED on loading multiple 40-pound bags of pelletized horse bedding into my trunk, even though she was already dressed to attend the party! Thank you to Cori, Bri, and Megan who, pleasantly, assisted me that night!

So happy to have found this place. We were going to go all the way to Haines City and this is so much closer. I've only been to one other Tractor Supply and this one is maybe one and a half times the size of the one I'm used to, maybe bigger. We buy pine pellets here and we were happy to see they're inside the store. It was clean and well organized. We were checked out quickly.

Today I bought ten (10) bundles of firewood. I built a fire tonight in my firepit and the wood burned easily with very little smoke. The bundles had both large and small pieces in it. I used the smaller pieces to start the fire and then added two large pieces. I am very pleased with this wood and will certainly buy more when I need it.

They have no propane haven't had it in weeks. Great store great people. But something is wrong with the propane pump.

I arrived at this location as a privately obtained delivery contractor picking up an order for my client. I had to inform my dispatching agency that the items were not ready after evidently sitting for hours. The associate that engaged me was rude, unhelpful, and un-informative. The only compliment I can give is that they used all the information I provided to make 3 attempts to check their computer. Beyond that, I would personally avoid this location when possible.

We went there today for a spare wheel for a trailer and a mounting bracket. Got home it's all wrong. No one knew where to find anything and what they did finally sell us is wrong.

Awe!!! Great customer service! A rep helped my mom with her granddaughter’s little wagon. It needed a screw and the rep went to help my mom by bringing the wagon in the store and he fixed it! Very nice!!! Wow

I always go to get my dogs pre-probiotic. Every time I go the price changes! Started out at 10.99 then because it's now a "best seller" it has slowly gone up to 12.99. This last visit it was on a price break for 11.99 Three times I had to tell the cashier, who was on his headset with someone, while also ringing both registers and trying to ring me out....that the item rang up wrong. While I understand multi-tasking please put someone up there that does it well! While we're at it what's the point of their "club" I'm a member but where are the perks for purchases? I sure haven't seen any!!

Poor service, fairly clean, there are like 2 exceptions for friendly service... but if either of the 2 are off that day... you can just forget a good shopping experience multiple times I have come here... multiple times I have left with nothing but aggravation and disapointment.I have the rewards club, I have been in Tractor supplies from all over the east coast almost every state they have them... and I tell you true, I had better service in New Jersey, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Pennsylvania than I ever have gotten at this location I'm Haines City Florida...I have specifically on 3 occasions came into the store searching for a particular item... could not find it where it was expected by me to be... walked up and down isles for about 20 minutes with no one around to ask for assistance... I once asked the cashier for some direction... and she made it clear she was cashier and the rest of the store was none of her business...I did an online order once... and nothing but problems... ended up getting a refund for the item that could not be found at store...original order was to be 4 days for pick up... given refund 2 weeks later.The speed bumps in front of store are ridiculously high... my car scrubs the frame... my 4x4 truck at 2 miles an hour jumps and tosses... I mean it really is "stupid High"... everybody goes around it and through the parking spaces ... so I'm not sure how that is a safety feature?They refused to fill one of my 30lbs propane tanks because they could not find the date stamp on it... even though I purchased 2 years ago New at Ace Hardware and it clearly has new valves on it and perfect factory paint with no rust since it is in an enclosed compartment on my 5th Wheel... then I offered to just buy a new on from them... the guy was like "all we have are 40lbs tanks, I can fill your 1 tank but that's it"... I told him I did not come thier for price, it was convenient...since tractor supply was more expensive than the station down the road... he just apologized and said you need to go to Pilot then... so I did, they filled both tanks no issues, about 6 feet tank carry ... no waiting for a clerk, no waiting for the clerk to unlock the gate so I would have to carry my tanks in and they were cheaper for the same name brand propane... needless to say Tractor Supply has not nor will not be a choice for me on that again...

I like the Tractor Supply store and the variety of products (I would give 4-5 stars for that); however, customer service personnel at the front of the store are so unfriendly. At the present time, I will probably avoid the store. A product didn’t have a price on it, so my husband took the item to customer service for a price check. It was strange how the person acted all bothered by his request. (Just a quick, simple scan.) Maybe it was because she had to stop talking to the other customer service person to help us.

Called to check availability of a kayak. When the manager realized the kayak was not available at her store she said the words “let me help you better” and went on to help me find one at another store and called to make sure it was available. She provided outstanding customer service during the entire conversation! Tractor supply has become my new favorite place!

Cory was number 1 in customer service. I had gone previously to 2 other big store names without finding a mount for a spare tire on a trailer. Cory went out of her way to locate one at another store and had it for me the next day. This kind of service is difficult to experience these days and I am most grateful for people like Cory. Tractor Supply has gained a new customer because of her.

Friendly service. Great. Selection of cat and rabbit supplies , which is why we visit there. Cheaper than Walmart. I enjoy their calendars and their candles. It's a fun place to stop. Hubby likes it as well.

All I wanted to do was buy a lawn mower. Tractor Supply was on my list of stores who had it, but not in the top of my list to visit. Instead, I went to Big Blue Box Store #1. The lawn mower salesman was helping another couple so we waited our turn by the mower we wanted. After 10 mins, he took them inside to finish the purchase and came back out about 5 mins later. He looked at my husband and I and walked away, no hi no be right with you. We left. On to Big Orange Box Store #2. Only 4 mowers, so easy to pick. No one in sight. We finally go inside to get someone and after an eternity he came out. He helped us with our selection but whenever I asked a question, he would only answer to my husband as if I wasn't even there. He then told us there's no way we could get the mower onto our truck and every time I suggested something he would turn to my husband and tell him why it wouldn't work. We bounced. Finally, I call Tractor Supply. The mower I wanted was in stock. Jennifer (?) greeted us at the door, walked us to it, scoured the manual for what oil we needed to make sure we got the right one and helped us brainstorm how to load the mower. Jennifer and Kris's tried several options to get this thing loaded but we opted to legit ride this thing home. Kris then stuck with us the entire time we tried to figure out how to work this thing, which shouldn't have been hard... But it was. We got home safe and sound and realized that WE SHOULD HAVE STARTED AT TRACTOR SUPPLY. We will not make this mistake again, we will be back and tell everyone to do the same.

Manager had a mask around his ear, but not over his face . . . We (a high risk couple (>65 years old) with masks) kept backing up as he was showing us where a part was, don't know if he ever got the hint, but were glad when he as gone . . . Other employees in the store were wearing masks, but guess he felt he was better than everyone, especially his customers . . .

Tried to ring me up for a tire $15 more than advertised on the rack. when I pointed out what I thought was an honest error, they insisted the higher price was correct and refused to honor their advertising. With a Rural King and a Walmart within a quarter mile of this place, I have now lost all reason to shop this store.

I've shopped at this tsc for a long time and gotten ok service, BUT I've tried to call on several occasions and I'm put on hold with annoying music . That l can stand, but for 12 to 15 minutes and then cut off. Not good, I'll start going to Rural king. Thanks, have a good dayP.S. NOT only once, but several times today.

I was there today talking to the two girls that work there, they careless about me as a costumer, the worse customer service ever. They are into everything else expect helping the costumer. I left the store, drove to Lowe’s and give Lowe’s my business. I won’t be coming back to Tractor Supply. This was the tractor 🚜 supply on hwy 60 in Lake Wales.Thanks for the message from customer service, but I won’t return to 🚜. NO WAY JOSE!

TO THE OWNER: in my opinion and wish is that you guys just move your store location to winter haven( or actually open up a new store, that would be even better). Lake Wales, Bartow, Haines city, lakeland all have tractor supply harbor freight, and ace hardware stores. Not to mention rural king is right next to the tractor supply in lake Wales. Although it's not that far of a drive technically, it's kind of silly why there is none of these stores to go to in WH, especially tractor supply we need one so bad (or I do lol) . So PLEASE open up a store in Winter Haven!
