Whenever I go to this store everyone is always friendly and professional. It's crazy that I always end up finding something that I didn't know I "needed" (wanted) lol. Great prices too! It's my local Home Depot. Look at these plants! They are healthy and adorable.

I like this Home Depot. I sometimes shop on the app and pick things up in the locker. Easy to get to. I had my best experience here with curbside. They employees were great.

Teresa in customer service really understands her job. She went way above and beyond to help me. It's all about people and she is top notch. I left a negative review of this store a couple of years ago for a lack of people and service. I now update to 5 stars because they have performers like Teresa.

My husband and I stopped in last night to purchase a new dryer. Although we had to order the model we liked, delivery is just a few days away. However, the reason for my review was the service Patricia provided. Patricia is very knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond, looking for the model we were interested in and even looked to see if a close by store had it in stock. She made perfect eye contact and had the best personality. Thank you Patrica for the best experience. You are exceptional at what you do.

I went there this morning to ask questions about some paint I need so I can do some painting, there was no one in the paint department I went to customer service ask if she could call someone she said she would. After 20 minutes still no one came so I ask a assistant at the self checkout if she could get someone she said she would call and she did over the speaker system I heard it still no one came. A man that works in electrical I think walked bye and I ask him he said no I don't know anything I can't help. Then another customer came and needed help I said well good luck because by now I'm waiting over 30 minutes with no help. I said this is nuts I'm going down to Lowes forget Home Depot. It is a same businesses don't have workers and they are making millions of dollars.

We stopped in for some flooring because our local Home Depot seems to have less in stock than this particular one. We found everything we needed and the staff were helpful and friendly. One minor issue with this particular Home Depot is got the customer service desk does not have a large enough area for people to stand out of the way of the aisles and especially with the holiday displays in the aisles and made it quite difficult for Shoppers to navigate we even observed a shouting match between some customers as a result. I've always thought it's strange that big box stores would make their aisles almost too narrow to push the carts through by putting a bunch of product right in the aisle instead of on the shelves. And I'm aware it's probably mostly a holiday issue but it was particularly pronounced. But we got everything we needed and didn't experience any difficulties.

Had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and employees didn't seem to know where wood glue or garage door universal brackets were either. Finally, I gave up and went home and ordered everything online. I did, however, purchase some cleaning supplies while there! I was able to find those.

Home Depot Hwy 27 Lake Wells location has the worst customer service. Don't even ask to get a key made. You'll be waiting 6 hrs or pick it up the next day. Sindy was really busy and the only key person who didn't feel comfortable resetting a doorknob set since there were zero left in stock. I honestly couldn't tell if it was a lack of confidence or just incompetence in the employees today. I'm never spending my money here again.

Suzan at the service desk near lumber was amazing, after I had a bad experience with another employee. She jumped right in and saved the day. She is amazing and knows exactly how to treat customers and understands customers come first, this women deserves a raise, promotion, or very well deserved recognition!!!

I think some of the prices are good to have on some things. They have available at store. I think some things that need to recheck their prices. Because they have messed up many times on the prices before they corrected them. It's just some stuff. They need to stock up as well before telling people they have it in stock

I sincerely hope that they give their self check out cashiers better training. It is a very uncomfortable experience paying when you have someone hovering over you. Not only does someone stand in your personal bubble but when there is a woman on a scooter she literally drives up to you and just sits there. Standing there touching my items that I am paying for, making “small talk” while you watch my every move. If you do not trust customers open up a register. This is a constant experience.

If you need your keys or doorknobs re-keyed, set an appointment 3 weeks in advance. There is only one person "trained" to re-key in the county. Rude employees and bad customer service all around.

Anti LGBTQ - I'm a transgender female and this is my local home Depot. This place used to be great, but it no longer is.In fact I hate this store but I can't afford to drive further for now. I have decided to purchase as much as possible online from other vendors because of how bad this store has become!I can almost guarantee that I'll be misgendered in this store. I have complained over and over to everyone including corporate. It's only getting worse!For now on I will update this with all future dates that I get misgendered at this store:10/31/23....at9:00 am12-19-22-23I have been misgendered several times between this date and the last date....but to was the worst! One home Depot associate asked another associate if they could please help this "Guy"..! Called me a guy in front of everyone and acted like he didn't understand what he had done.

Is pretty empty. Customer Service is not good. They don't said Good Morning, Manners are very important. This store is great with a lot of potential but #1 on a business is Costumer Service . When to lease department is filthy dirty full of cobweb. Manager need to inspect and be a little more clean.

Had a gallon of paint mixed wasn’t the color at all we picked tan and it was orange even tho the color on the lid was the color tan we wanted and took it back to talk to manager on 4/3/24@4:41pm and he refused to talk with us

Excellent variety of products. The store is always clean and I can easily find what I want. Staff is helpful and accommodating. My kiddos love the workshops offered and we always find something new to plant in the garden center when we walk through.

Went for a quote on some cabinets. One associate kindly told me the design specialist was on the phone and i told her i had no problem waiting. Another associate, Gail, got up from her chair and had a very condescending attitude when I said i wanted to sit down with the design specialist instead of finding each individual cabinet online. Instead of the presumptuous condescending attitude she has she should try asking more questions to gain knowledge on what a customer knows prior to rudely attempting to education them.

Was met with a terrible attitude by a specialized design employee and took my business elsewhere. Apparently answering a question prior to wanting to leave for the day was too much for her since she refused to talk to us at all, after seeing us wait for at least 15 minutes while we knew she was helping someone else . We would have understood if she had just offered to set an appointment for us to come back the next day (it wasn't even 6 pm)

Purchased a new refrigerator. The older gentleman who waited on us was very helpful by measuring new refrig to make sure it would fit in my spot. I loved that it was free delivery when a furniture store in my area charges 100.00 for delivery. Have purchased plants before from Home Depot and very satisfied.

The Hone Depot has a regular sale on vynl flooring which includes the service. Because I signed up for a credit card I got $100 off my flooring. The whole job for a small room was under 1K.

Just an update to my previous review. Wanted to give a shout out to Liz who was very helpful as we were trying to check out in the garden center . Also, thank you to the employees that jumped in to help load the stone we purchased into our car. As a person with a disability, getting that kind of help is always appreciated!Like many people, was using the memorial day weekend to work on the house. Was able to find many things that I was looking for at the store, and the store personnel were extremely helpful!
