I took my Yorkie-poo Buddy to Lynnie's yesterday after reading her reviews.I was not disappointed.She is great!Buddy was cut perfectly and I really think he liked her .Do not hesitate about going to her .Very nice lady and a nice clean place.

Before taking our standard poodle here, we ask for grooming prices and they told us that would be around 50.00,. We make the appointment and take our poodle to there, 30 minutes later i got a call from the groomer staying that the price was going to be 80.00, and that she would have to shave my dog ears bc the hair was mad.Far I know, there brushes for those cases, and brushes with blades to make look good, shave is the easy way for them. Also if our dog was litter over 30 days at the groomer how can be that bad. I told her to don't do it, that I will pickup the dog, ad she said that she all ready start the dog, I told her stop and they charme me 15.00 for a PUNK CUT. (LOOK PIC).I would never come back there or the veterinarian side, they most look like, owned by same people.The groomer person was Sheila.We brush my dog ears at home with a non professional brush, and look in the 2nd picture how she look (10 minutes job)

Our pets are very well taken care of at every one of their stays! We have two pits and 4 pit mixes. My boy, Charlie, is a 100 plus pound pit mix and a complete handful. He has aggressive tendencies and sensory issues. The staff handles him beautifully! He comes home a happy boy and so do his mama and sisters. I completely trust the staff with all of my dogs. Thank you for all that you do for my babies! ❤

Very happy with our visit here! Brought my husky in for a bath and to be blown out and he came back so polished and clean! It was his first time being groomed so I was a bit nervous dropping him off, but they took such great care of him and even sent him home with an adorable bandanna! We will definitely be back again.

They love our dogs. We feel extremely comfortable leaving our boys with them. Both dogs enjoy going there, one is fairly skittish and is still okay going in- which in my opinion says a lot about the level of care they give the dogs.

They did a great job. Nail trims and a bath. You do have to ask to have the dogs nails smoothed after clipping. Update: They now have a new groomer who said if I didn't have my dog done the way she wanted I could take her elsewhere. I have now returned to Grooming Deals in Winter Haven where customer service still lives. Grooming Deals saw none of the issues the new groomer mentioned.

My cat was pissed when we came to pick him up. He didn't want toleave. He was enjoying his time away from his human overlords. My dog on the other hand was super excited to see us. Both animals were fat and happy, they even clipped my dogs nails for me. The folks their are so kind, even though when I dropped off my babies I was super grumpy, the staff was still nice to me. I appreciate that bit of kindness. I will defiantly use them again. P/S They are also my Vet.

Love Suite dreams boarding!! It's a great, convenient place for me to drop off my dog when I have contractors working during the day at my home. The staff at the front desk as well as the technicians that work out back all seem to genuinely care for all the pets that are dropped off.

I enjoy taking my dog there. They are friendly and my dog is always happy to see them. They pamper your fur babies to the point were it seems as though they (fur babies) do not want to leave.

I took my dog to this place, and when I picked him up from his groom, his nails looked as though they had just been filed, they were very long, his white on his coat, was still brown, and not even trimmed. His fur was flying all over my truck on the drive home. His paw pads were hardly trimmed, and all uneven in between. I called, and was told his fur on his chin was dirty because he drools. My dog had an operation when he was a puppy, to prevent him from drooling. They did not apologize, and the groomer, was very rude to me. When I called back, the receptionist said I could try another groomer, so I got Amy, and when he was picked up, it was all the same issues as before. I have not called back to complain, but will be doing so.. I could have done a better job myself, I just don't have the time, which is why I chose to take him here. Waste of my time, and gas. These groomers are contracted out, I have come to know, and they are not employed by Suite Dreams. I will write another review after I call them back.PS. I even took them the tools they could useTo help them out. ie.. ferminator, conditioner, and some finishing spray for his fur. Didnt even look like they used them.. Would not recommend this place for grooming. Especially if you have a large breed dog.

All three of our fur babies stayed for 5 nights. Highly recommend them for boarding and grooming! They treated them like family.

The unthinkable happened to us.While at Suite Dreams, our cat was found dead.Since they do not have any video in the rooms, we were simply told someone from their staff found our cat, Cassie, dead in the boarding room.We got a call the same morning we were supposed to be up our 2 cats after returning home from vacation for 10 days in Ireland.We have no idea when our Cassie died, as we never got a call until the morning we were coming to pick her up. The vet that called was very apologetic, saying something about the staff 'dropping the ball, by not calling us sooner.I assumed she meant Cassie died some time ago.We have no idea, only what the vet said, no report, nothing.The vet said she would perform a post mortem to determine cause, which I already guessed, a heart attack, although we were unaware of any heart problems.Staff was very nice but with no cameras or video in the rooms, we are left with no real answers and a dead cat.We didnt even receive a phone call when Cassie's ashes were ready. We had to call to find out when we could come and get Cassies ashes.I am still in shock.

Called for appointment and got 1-45 pm appointment. When I drove over they would not take him because he was to be dropped off at 7am. They never told me this. That means he would be caged from early morning until he was clipped after 2-00 pm This is animal cruelty.
