The people at the sub counter need to get their act together. I placed an order for pickup for 5:10 PM on 4/27/24. Didn’t receive until 5:32 PM even though they brought out other subs for pickup times at 5:30 before mine. I waited in line an told them the name and they still took over 20 minutes on my order. It would have been faster to go through the regular line.

The service here is normally pretty good, not sure if today was an off day or what. I came in to pick up a cake order and was greeted at the bakery with “Yeah?”….. Aside from that when I went to check out I wasn’t greeted at all, as the conversation my cashier Charlotte was having with the person bagging was more important. I wouldn’t quite describe that as “shopping with a pleasure”

It's Publix. Enough said. Always clean. Workers always more than willing to help. Prices usually aren't too bad and usually has deals. Bakery always fresh, fresh produce. No complaints

Love the buy one get one specials. Price is higher than Walmart but I have my choice of self check out or a cashier. Store is always neat and clean and no personal shoppers running you over.

Gotta Love Publix....the very best service, second to none. Everyone seems to be enjoying their opportunity to serve the customers. Also Publix has all the Good Stuff. I have never been disappointed when I need that special something to make my meal complete. Their butchers are the best, you need something.....just ask. Great store, great service and they got what you want/need.

Christopher is the epitome of what a true employee is! When I asked him where something was he didn't tell him, he walked me to where it was and wasnt even sure what it was I was looking for, but had an idea ( Belvita breakfast bars).He was so kind, humble and sweet. I told him there's just not people like him anymore, especially his age.I love the professional uniform that I hope they always have at Publix, the great lighting, the clean, fronted stores.These managers here as well, are proud of Publix and professional!We moved away from the Tampa area to Michigan and constantly talk about Publix and the EXPERIENCE that it provides.How the company can get such quality employees that truly are ALWAYS so helpful, nice and truly seem happy!I love ANY Publix I go to, but this one my Mom and Step-Dad go to and my Mom has dementia, Charlotte is a cashier and somehow my Mom recognized her ... and we were at Bealls! They ended up talking for five minutes or more!!The week I was in town, we went to the store and one of the managers again recognized me and we spoke some.It was such a great true experience.Back in 1986-87 Publix on Nebraska Ave, before its remodel was my second job,back when we have out S&H stamps to each shopper.I graduated from Hillsborough and at the time my we lived right down the street at a business called Slade/Morrison RV, our home was on the property ( directly across from the post office).Thank you to these employees, may they be recognized!Thank-you to Publix.. my gosh we miss shopping there.. it truly is"An experience"

My favorite place to get a sub. I usually get the daily special for around $8. Only complaint is that the line is long at the deli.Very clean and organized market, prices are higher but I like shopping there.

This is the cleanest friendliness store I've ever been in im a Senior with health issues and I've always been helped there's always a electrical cart available so I can always complete my shopping list I'm so proud to be a Publix shopper 👍😊

Like most Publixs, this one is consistently good and well stocked. Cashiers always greet me. They use mentally handicapped people to bag and I love that. They have self check out too if you prefer.

Some of the employees were more concerned about chatting with each other than helping customers. I personally tried to ask a question of a young lady, and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to her. Very poor customer service. They only got 3 stars because the store was clean and my cashier was friendly.

This Publix sucks. Mobile orders are never ready on time and always missing items. Staff is a bunch of teenagers who barely acknowledge you. Probably the worst Publix I’ve been to

WOW ..I watched a Publix employee who I believe was the manager harass and call the police on an OLD LADY panhandling for her needs on public property near the store. The old lady was at the stop sign at the end of the parking lot. She called the police on this old lady and the police came out and told the person from the store that the old lady was on public property and that they couldn't do anything to her!I AM ASHAMED OF PUBLIX FOR TREATING A HOMELESS MEMBER OF OUR COMMUNITY SO BADLY. I WAS GOING THERE TO BUY CHICKEN TENDERS.....I WONT SHOP AT SUCH A HEARTLESS STORE.... MAYBE WALMART TREATS PEOPLE BETTER.Didn't offer help like a job offer or food.....just tried to bully her off of the corner........shameful!

There's a nice clean environment and they have a wide variety of food but I did notice in the sushi that the avocado is getting a little old and in most Publix markets the avocado is never really old

Publix has virtually every grocery item you could want and if it's not in stock, just ask - they may stock it in the future. Friendliest and most helpful personnel. Some of the finest quality meats. If you need it, the stockers will even bring your purchases to your car and load them. Be sure to look at the weekly adds for the buy one get one free specials.

If I could give it 0 I would. Every time I go to Publix to order my meatball sub they never have it. It’s starting to get ridiculous, I’ve only been able to get a meatball sub from this exact Publix once. They need to get it together because of that they lost a customer.

This Publix is amazing. Modern, up to date, the staff are all very friendly and the store is very clean and well stocked. Great seafood selection and many different types of sushi you can purchase. The deli section is awesome, tons of fresh meats, cheeses, hot foods, and if you get a chance to buy one of their freshly made subs do so! There is an employee named John that makes an unbelievable sub and he tells you jokes while making it and he is quite a character. Every time we happen to be close by and wanna stop there for a sub we ask specifically for John. And their cakes and cupcakes are top notch. Go check this place out!

First visit to this location. Friendly and courteous service. It's clean and well lit. There seems to be a lot of food new items that I cannot find elsewhere. Like the new Tillamook ice cream line as well as a few others. I'll definitely be going back. Give the a visit if you haven't already.

Omg!! I’m in awe with Publix Pharmacy , the pharmacist and tech..Dhavan P and Thalia are very helpful, nice and friendly. The amount of their professionalism and customer service is excellent. Mr. Dhavan see I didn’t have insurance for my son medication and he refer me to Good Rx which it save me ton of money, Saving me from having a hole in my pocket. I am forever grateful to them. Keep up the good work. Two thumbs up!!!!
