NEVER COME HERE TO GROOM YOUR SCHNAUZER!!! They ruined my dogs hair, he’s only 4 months old and now he looks like an old man 😭😭 I’m never coming here again, they’re grooming crew is so unprofessional and they said they’d give him a schnauzer face haircut but looks nothing like what I showed her, THEY MADE MY DOG LOOK LIKE A RODENT! 😭 and ever since he came back from the grooming he’s been more uncomfortable and hasn’t been acting like he usually does. DEFINITELY ONE-STAR NEVER COMING HERE!

Don't buy fish here. My Daughter bought guppies here with her own money to put in her newly cycled tank I prepared for her. It took the guy a long time to fish them out, and was very aggressive getting them into the bag. Spun the bag around a dozen times flopping the fish around everywhere. The fish died on the way home. We did t even get to open the bag. Had to turn around and drive back. My Daughter was in tears. She wanted her money back. While the lady was "friendly" she tried to blame us very politely and told us to bring our water in to get tested, even though we never made it home before they died. I have my own kit and am an experienced fish keeper, I'm not stupid. Also, all of their tanks were filled with dead fish and even their Betta fish were dead. So....don't buy fish here. They don't take care of them. I will be reaching out to corporate about this and making sure the employees are held responsible. See posted pics for all the dead fish.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First off it took me 2 weeks to get him a appointment to be groomed, just because I was 15 min late because of an emergency, second I was given such an attitude. THEN THEY BUTCHERED MY DOG then tried to charge me 170!? He came back scared with hiccups like they were drowning him, and look at what they did to my poor baby, he looks like the freaking lorax, this is a day before and after, BTW HE STILL HAS LONG NAILS AND SMELLS! I am contacting petsmart corporation because this is abuse!

We just finished our 3rd dog training class with Amanda. She has been amazing. She has helped us through all of our struggles. Our puppy has come such a long way. We highly recommend Amanda at Petsmart.

STAY AWAY!!! I was using Petsmart Ocoee, FL for 2 years without issue; they are AMAZING!!! We move to the area in 2023 and took our dogs to PS Lake Wales ONCE, and will never go back. The price was 2x of Ocoee for the same services and the groomer said our dog bit her; so he could not return. Got him home and saw why...she clipped his quick and was bleeding. They tried to hid it, but he was limping for a few days. That dog LOVES being groomed...never an issue. For them to blame him for their issue was horrible. I HAPPILY drive an hour each way to PS Ocoee :) But, STAY AWAY!!!

Mila Star’s first grooming experience was awesome thanks to Sheyla, her groomer, and PetSmart. Mila is only 5 months old and was very nervous but Sheyla was patient and helped her through it. Would recommend!

They went WOKE. Sold clothing for dogs (which is fun), but some of the clothing is the pride colors. PetSmart is a pet store for supplies, food, grooming and occasional training/vaccines for dogs, so why go political? Stay focused on your products and services.

My experience was not pleasant today. I was basically accused of killing a fish that was sold to me not even 29 minutes and the associate had a very bad attitude and assumed that I wanted a replacement and said she didn’t feel comfortable giving me a replacement fish. Whatever that means

This is my handsome boy Ryker.Today was his first visit to PetSmart Grooming service. I give them an 5 star rating. Amazing groomers and Ryker smelled amazing! Great place for a spa day for your fur baby. Thank you for an incredible job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been bringing my Maltese to this location for a year now but lately i’ve only had bad experiences. Today I picked up my Maltese with a terrible bad cut, with FLEAS and he didn't even smell good. I’m super sad and disappointed and took 4 hours for this….

We were told it would be 3-4 hours to groom our dog, which is way too long for a small 10lb Bichon. When we said that was too long to leave her we were told we could book an express grooming appointment for an extra $15. What a rip off!

It’s been a while since I didn’t post this. but PLEASE. Check your dogs before leaving the grooming. If something happens and you check them later, like I did, they won’t believe you, they will return the money and that’s what matters to them , because they won’t show the video either If you ask for it. They will tell you that they checked it themselves and that nothing happened. (like the dog don’t have any reactions in the moment of a cut?🙄). please check your dog because they will not notify you of any incident that happens with them at the moment and they will not let you know either like Alicia G did. They will also tell you to take it to a vet but they charge. who assures that they will cover the expenses if not even the video itself shows you. they don’t show the video bc don’t want us to see what really happens. bc if he don’t move or react like they told me why don’t show the video. anyways!! since is my fault to take so long, this is the only way to advise other people to be careful in this place.

Hello, whatever you do please don't take your pet there for grooming services...I just got my small maltese back from this place and it was awful....one the their groomers used clipper or whatever or my little dog and cut her very bad....then they took her to a vet and she had to have 6 stitches and now has to take meds and return to vet in 10-14 days to have stitches removed...this place is horrible...DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!!!!

Worst experience: made an appointment for today, got there, was told a 3-4 hour pickup time as they were very busy. Told them that was unacceptable, thst I was never told that. Again very ( that’s the way it is attitude), I said well I can’t wait all that time. The groomer said well when he’s done we will put him in a cage. No way, my dog will not be put in a cage. She said well then, you will have to do a quick cut, but you will have to reschedule. I said no unacceptable again. She said because you ‘re getting so upset we cannot accept your dog as a cyst. I said unacceptable again. She said let me get the manager. So out comes the man as her who said the same thing to me, “ we don’t want you as a customer”. I have never been treated so terribly and disrespectful ( and I have been to pet smart many times- not this location ). I would never go back there, nor would I ever recommend anyone there. Disgusting employees there!
