Used to love coming here. Yesterday my wife and I were shopping for a new grill, when we had finally picked one out, we rang the buzzer for assistance. No one showed up, so after the buzzer reset we rang again. Unfortunately, again, no one came. We were looked at multiple times by the two ladies working customer service, but I suppose it's not their job to provide customer service. There was an older gentleman in the self checkout who was willing to find someone, but it didn't feel right to take him from his post.

Great store had everything I was looking for and lots of stuff on sale! Loved that they had extra workers to help and this store had great customer service and they keep the isles and clean and clutter free!! Also love that I can take my dog in to shop with me at this one!! Great job Lowe’s!!

I bought a dishwasher at Lowe’s three weeks ago and it just started leaking. I’ve called Lowe’s in lake wales to find out what to do to get this corrected. I've been on hold for over thirty minutes. This has to be the worst customer service ever. My recommendation after this experience is to buy from Home Depot or another appliance store. These folks are the worst!!!!

Asked a gent named Jason in your Lake Wales store, in hardware to decipher metric measurements for screws and bolts. He was more than patient. His customer service was exemplary! Thanks to him we may have a bed put together!

First time I've been to this Lowes in Lake Wales. Great customer service!! So much better than the Lowes in Coral Springs where I live.

Do not use the flooring department here. We purchased over fifteen thousand dollars just on the flooring and they gave us the wrong order. Was expensive I bought Cali bamboo and actually was delivered sonerlthing else. Very unhelpful and store manager is always nit at the store.

1st time visit this location . I love it . super organize and clean no people around . parking is big. full of plants . we went to buy rocks and plants they have plenty to chose .

They have just about completed the transition to Home Depot....They have the same shape, big box, the same niche, home improvement, and now the same customer service, non existent.Just need the paint color and aprons...

Went to the paint department to plan several projects. Richard was the best. He knew exactly what we needed, helped us find it and was constantly multitasking. A few other customers came to counter. He was able to help all three of us . Richard is quite efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks for having someone who knows the department.

Was not impressed at all. I went to Lowe's this morning for a scrub brush and some other items. The items were not in the aisle where they were supposed to be per the app and website. The aisles were still labeled correctly, but the items had been moved and no one seemed to know where they were moved to. I asked an employee, who was ignoring store policy by not wearing a mask, and she wasn't sure, but could confirmed that they had been moved. She didn't bother to ask another employee or the manager, so I looked myself and finally found them 8 aisles over.Was I was walking through the aisles looking for my items I noticed hardly anyone was wearing a mask, despite the sign at the front door instructing people to wear a mask per store policy. It's kind of hard to enforce the rules for customers when the employees don't bother to wear masks or even confront customers when they're standing right in front of them.I tried to ask a couple of other employees where items were and they would just point in general direction and say stuff like, "I think it's over there in the lawn and garden area." I got frustrated, checked out with the items I could find, and left the store.Employees are not knowledgeable, don't know where product is our how to assist a customer, and could care less about health mandates. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to the other big chain store in orange, which happens to be just a few blocks away.

Friendly staff. Helped me locate product since app wasn't working d/t bad cell coverage. Clean, well stocked store. Found a great condition clearance ceiling lamp that was such a bargain, must have been a display. Caution some dc'd items in clearance start with no $ savings.

The nicest Lowes I've ever shopped at. Period! The employees greeted me warmingly, helped an old man pick up large items and loaded it too. Now making my list to go back to that store. Total remodeling of house.

11/2 2023: 1:30 P.M. I called :the “LOWE’S, Lake Wales, FL 33859 Store” has best staff and they know what they are doing. A+.STEPHANIE, who works at Customer Service desk took my order:1 LARGE LIME TREE & 3 of largest bags of Miracle Grow. I paid over the phone and now my landscaper can pick up and plant.I can not remember the man’s name in the Garden Center; A+ for him too.Why? He spent the time looking up both item numbers making it easier for Stephanie to order what I wanted and paying by credit card.Lowe’s after the order takes your credit card; credit card information is off the website!Nancy, Lake Ashton, Lake Wales, FlCalled The LOWES in Winter Haven, FL store first because I was told they had larger LIME TREES being transferred rede X 5 times or just hung up on. So frustrating!

I'm new to the area and is very impressed! Came in needing help with my chainsaw where Brad was more than happy to help me out. The the store manager, Jim came along to help out too. Both gentlemen were very courteous and helpful. The store was also very clean and associates were seen everywhere.

Went to pay bill in the return area in Lake Wales, Wendy waited on me on her time, she never said can I help you, then had to stand and wait while she said she was waiting on her computer. Guess she didn't realize the camera tv was on the ceiling and I could see she wasn't waiting on computer, just making me wait for nothing. I asked if I should get someone else to handle transaction. After she was done with transaction she didn't even say thank you. She was the quiet rude type I got the impression she thought she was better than me. Lowe's do a better job with people you put on the front counter that has to interact with humans.
