Had bad experiences, few of the employees are unprofressional. They yell across to call another worker.. There was a time I was with my parents and the machine was having issues then yelled at us for our stuff to pile up. It was the same lady (she’s this lady that’s is skinny, with glasses) that was smoking outside Dollar Tree that works there, but acts like she’s entitled to embarrass & harrass customers she may have stressful days but don’t drag anyone to it.. Hire more people that's more respectful and professional Wouldn't go there anymore!!

We came to this location on Christmas eve one of the employees was gathering the carts and that day was windy and one of the carts ended up hitting my car ,we reported to the manager that day and about a week later the manager Mitch gave us a call told us to go out and get an estimate ,so we did I dropped it off Mitch wasn't there but he called the next day saying that they won't repair my car be cause they are not responsible when you visit their store, well if that do why didn't you say that from the beginning and had us going all over to get estimates Mitch.

The worst experience I have ever had in a store. In my life, people are running around jittery. Shaking, barely can talk to you like They're on drugs. The Manager is on cash register yelling at customers. Because we are not fast enough at answering questions. There's no respect or decency in this store. It is nothing but chaos. In my opinion, a bunch of drug users. Will not be going back to this place ever again and I recommend nobody to bring their children into the store..

This dollar tree carries the larger size bottles of detergent and they a good supply of sticker books. I am pen pals with my grandchildren they think mail is the greatest thing. They have to write me a letter, or draw me a pic. And I write a letter and mail a sticker book. Helps with their writing for school and I like mail that's not a bill. Parking is good. I like to get the foil pans for my oven there 2/1.25. it's busy all the time. Best time to shop is in the evening they come in an organize the store before they stock.

This Dollar Tree is really impressive. It stays pretty organized and clean. It has all the things. I love that it is an inexpensive and quick place to stop for most any basic supply. It has all the containers, cleaning supplies, even dishes! They have classic white stoneware that seems to be solid quality. Lots of nifty cups. All the school supplies, party supplies,and more.

ZERO STAR FOR MITCH HAVING THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, Your a MANAGER, Greet the customer or at least SMILE. I cant BELIEVE this came from A MANAGER WHO SUPPOSED TO LEAD A TEAM AND BE THE EXAMPLE. This shouldnt be ACCEPTABLE. NEVER experienced anything worst than this, SOMEONE TRAIN HIM AGAIN OM HOW TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS

The sidewalks and parking lot was full of litter. I know it is a busy time of year, but it had not been cleaned in months! Dirtiest Dollar tree experience ever!Many shelves were bare.Only 2 clerks at check out and the lines were long.

I was told this store was awesome but I beg to differ with that. I went out there tonight the store was so disorganized no rhythm or reason to where products are. I was so disappointed that I just left with out purchasing anything which is so unusual for me because I love the dollar tree 🌳 brand.

Our most favorite store around. They make being poor affordable thank you your prices never fluctuate I know what I'm spending most of the time lol. I always plan on buying a set amount of items but always go over that set amount by at least 3. I come there everyday and am surprised at some of the items. I can't believe they can make a profit sometimes on some of the stuff. Exceptional value Thank you

I usually always have a good experience here, but today my boyfriend goes there because it’s my birthday and he needs to get a bag for my gift. The employee informs that they don’t open until 8:15 but they clearly open at 8, and tells him to get out and slams the metal shutter after my boyfriend walks out the store. I think dollar tree needs to get more motivated employees or I won’t be shopping here.

Best Dollar Tree that I have been to. A crafter's paradise and a lot of foods and other awesome items that I have never seen at other dollar trees. I live in Winter Haven and work in Kissimmee. I had never been to the Lake Wales area until I had an appointment about 10 minutes past this location. I happened to stop in on my way back home. It is a bit of a ways for me but I think it is definitely worth the drive. The cashier today was also very friendly and I have to say that I have not gotten good service...ever...at the other locations I have gone to. If you can only go to one Dollar Tree location this is definitely the one that you need to go to!!!

There are many Dollar Tree's to choose from and I'll not be choosing this location again. Customer service was non- existent last night as several employees stocked shelves while only one cashier, with a lousy attitude, served a line of folk 20 deep before another register opened. This location is bigger and usually has a wider variety BUT attitude is everything and the staff seemed complacent. Too bad 👎

One of the largest I have been in the area, clean, organized. Although most things are not really quality as they might have defects, you can always find here and there are some items worth the $1.25 price tag.

I love these place. Yeah the people who work there seem like they want to go home but it is ok. I buy a little of everything here. My favorite are the marble plates i got. Have not seen anymore hope they get more.

Not good. My card wouldn't read the chip. Low funds was not the issue. Went to my truck to get cash. Came back. Cashier was gone and so was my merchandise.

Bought 3 fun little helium birthday balloons and a card for less than $5. I was in and out of the store in just a couple of minutes. Nice!

Complete mess! You shop for items you need if the are all under a pile of unrelated merch. Staffing was rude. I asked about getting balloons and she rudely said that they were out of helium like it was my fault.
