12 people in line waiting for 1 register. Meanwhile there were 2 employees behind the counter, and the self checkout was closed. This is not the place to stop.

This is my absolute favorite go to Dollar General (I go out of my way just to come here!) Everything is always clean and well stocked! Clean restroom as well! Cindy is PHENOMENAL! She always has a smile on her face and a great personality! She definitely makes my day, every time I see her! BEST DG AROUND! 🙌🏼

Very slow to checkout I spend more time in line than I do shopping here. Workers are professional and personable. But they need to have both registers going. And stop blocking most of the isles with stock that needs put up if your not putting it away leave it in the back until you do. Store is always a mess.

I love DG and this one is so convenient because it's right by my house. However I do stop at a lot of DG stores because I travel for a living. The one I go to is very disorganized and doesn't have a lot of normal products. It could definitely use some attention and someone who know how to order so they don't run out of "fast sellers". I was told it is going to be upgraded in the fall, I can't wait to see what it looks like as well as how it's managed! The staff is very friendly for the most part but I also understand we all have bad days! I will continue to go to this store because of the convenience and I love their prices!

Was a mess. Shipment not put out sitting in boxes.Shelves not stocked. They need some good help.Hire a couple more people so you can get your stock out efficiently & fast if you feel the need too stock your shelves during open hours.

The staff is always nice. I do wish that Dollar General wouldn't order so much stuff for each store. It doesn't matter what state or whether it's a big city or small one they're all over crowded with product. I do the deals they have. I suppose that's how I get those deals because they but in bulk maybe.

I like going to Dollar General for their sales and clearance items. You do have to know your prices on things because it can be easy to over pay for an item.The downside is that it is always busy with a line at the registers due to not having enough staff.They have a great selection of items though!

It would be nicer if there were a way to get across the highway to get TO the store on foot. The people who work there seem nice enough, two stars for staff. Wish they'd restock fresh whole milk, some eggs maybe??

Maybe just our area but the cashiers act like it's a struggle to bag your items ....and they never hand them to you. I always have to pull my own off the carousel. Just generally rude and not helpful more often than not.

This store has a horrible manager, Gary, who treats his employees and customers badly. The store is always a mess and there is always a long line with one cashier. The manager expects his one cashier to check out customers and then while customers are still waiting in line, she has to go mop up soda on the floor. Not once, did the manager volunteer to help with anything. When confronted about his behavior, he was rude and argumentative and he even told the customer that they were wrong. This place used to be a decent place to shop. Now it's just an embarrassment to the neighborhood behind it. It's easy to see why they have such a high employee turnover!

Just a laid back store, staff are helpful and polite.You catch some good deals at reasonable prices...i think" Clover Valley" peanut butter..."all varieties", taste much better than leading name brands.. "Hands down"!...although sometimes you need to get there quick for some "on sale"items or they sell out quick, i have no complaints!.. And i like the one dollar household items like dish soap, laundry detergant, kitchen trash bags....sometimes the end of the month im financially "strapped", so with a few bucks i can get what i need to hold me over until next month.😊

Great deals per usual at these stores. But the place is always so crowded cant walk. Tried to look at bows for hair and the shelf fell on me because of being haphazardly placed. Not good judgement used when doing recovery and stock placement.

Your getting better all the time, but it worries me that as soon as you have us hooked you'll pull a walmart thing, customers are no longer important, service is no longer needed! You serve a very wonderful place, remember it or fall like all the rest that got to big for their britches!

This store always has aisles blocked by stock waiting to be put out. 80% of the time there will be at least 5 customers waiting to be checked out. Most of the emoloyees are couteous...however one of the women is so rude! It's a shame, actually. I can be at this store in 5 minutes from my house but I refuse to go to this one!

Couldn't get through the isles for all the boxes and carts from a truck delivery. Waited 15 minutes in line to cash out. Then the employee didn't know how to scan a $5 coupon. I left with my coupon, taking it to next $ general on 27S, Avon Park. They had no problem with the coupon and no long line to check out.

Manager always nice to everyone, always happy, takes time to greet you when you come in... store always busy, maybe not enough staff, so some time is messy, but then I know..how this company works it except for the managers to work n they don't allow them to give out more hrs..so only one person can't always do everything...so feel bad for Gary..he is always there..

Good place to go.they have alot of things on sale the service is good.but sometimes it does get full of people and they will only have on register open which makes everything slow down.other than that it's a very good place to do some fast shopping and getting things for a low price

The store is always cluttered with carts of stuff and you can hardly get down the aisles. Customers are always having to dodge each other to get through.I will drive farther to go to a different store just to avoid that disaster!

Very nice.I don't like having to show my id to buy cigs.I am 64 .I understand the young ones.but sometimes I don't carry my license on me .I know they no I don't look 18 lol

Typical DG, unorganized, can't walk down the aisles...there's only one I found that seems to staff well enough to get the merchandise to the shelves and not in the aisles. Guess I'll keep going there!

I visited here because I was trying to buy painkillers for a toothache I had, and I felt uncomfortable because the store clerk kept watching me as I searched the aisles for pain medication. He kept walking past me about 5 times while I was there. As if he thought I was trying to steal. Never again

The manager is very very nice and very helpful. The store is understaffed and merchandise strewn about the store but all in all they have what you want and for cheaper than you can get at a grocery store

Watch out for Lisa, she is as rude as they come, haven't experienced or heard one good thing about her, she throws your stuff into the bags like its a bother, crumbling food items and shaking up sodas as she slams them in the bags, she seriously acts like she hates her job and I mean it shows, huffing and puffing everytime you ask a question or for help, like if you don't like ppl get a job in a cubicle
