This location has a lot of stuff and decent prices. It lacks organization and in many cases is not less expensive than Walmart. Be careful if you are trying to save money. The toys are priced great as well as some household items. The items are mixed up on the shelves and it can be hard to tell what the price is because of that. However, its a convenient place to stop with lots of things. More than you'd expect. I was impressed with the variety of decorative items.

Their stock of bread was slim. I asked cashier when they expected another delivery and she was clueless. I'm hoping the managerial staff can equip associates with the proper knowledge about the place they're employed. Truly makes a difference when associates are knowledgeable and can answer a question with a response other than, "I don't know" or "that's not my department".

Every store I been in in Lake County Florida is a disaster. Some stores you literally have to move their freight carts out of the way to get to the products. I'm not taking truck day. It's for months at a time. And why doesn't any of the Dollar General Stores have Diet Coke anymore? Two liters of Diet Coke. Pay your employee more money they might work harder. And hire some people more people. Staff always nice and courteous but come on guys. What gives?

I love shopping at Dollar General. Great prices! But, the BEST part is the staff.Janet, Lynn and Kristina are truly awesome employees!! They always greet me and take the time to help me!

This place is a dump, always dirty, the parking lot and retention areas are trashy, and the landscaping is mostly dead bushes. What an embarrassment for the town.

Good prices , very friendly staff, especially the cashier .. I like the fact that you can get in and get out swiftly.. Even when they are busy , the line moves much faster than Wal-Mart , whom the employees never smile or ask " did you find everything you were looking for ?" Much less say " thank you ".. I find it a two way street though , we should always thank our service workers..

The only problem is with this store is the workers cussing up a storm in personal conversations. Not everybody wants to know all their business. Almost forgot, no greeting when I walk in. Other than that the store is looking a lot better since the store manager started "cracking down" and getting things done. I know it's not the store or manager, but the regular employees need to actually work and follow handbook.

Racist staff treated us horribly, some extremely rude attitude, and didn’t apply the coupons that we asked for. Absolutely horrible services, no plans on coming back again.

Don't like this store to much. The employees act like prison guards watching over the mess hall. Dollar General employee's guess what? Not everybody is out to steal your cookies or anything else for that matter. Stop treating ALL your customers like shop lifters.

The remodel has the old store looking good. It feels roomier. On my visit it was just after hurricane Dorian came through so there were a few bare spots in the food/drink areas but there was still more than enough to find something for dinner for cheap. I was already there for a few smaller items & didn't want to fight the lines in the local grocery.Also the cashier was curtious & apologetic about the inconvenience. It's a normal occurance at all businesses during hurricane season so it's understandable.

DG is great for ppl on a fixed income. I get my cleaning supplies and tioletries from here. The staff aren't too friendly and the store sometimes isn't as clean as you might think but the products and process are well worth an overlook of other issues.

Excellent Store, great employees and easy to get in and out for quick shopping trips. I love the new DG App that has coupons for everyday items like paper towels, laundry soaps, diapers, wipes etc! I can go shopping and get my coupons online as well without cutting one coupon which is really cool all I do is add money hem in my Dollar General Store Application and use my phone number when I check out and the coupons come off anything I have a coupon for. It's made so easy and so simple by their application.Thank you Dollar General for doing this oh yeah they also offer coupons on the items they sell with their Name on it also! That's great so you get their name brand discounted already then you get a coupon for that item too! That's really nice.

The lady at the register was more concerned about complaining then cashing people out. I saw a customer wait for 5 mins just for her to get to the register. The store has step stools and step ladders in the isles. I almost tripped over a step stool that was partially hidden by a display. This store is going down hill fast.

It's convenient and it's priced way less than convenience stores and gas stations..... the downside is they always have just one cashier working online probably with 15 people in it and by the time somebody else comes to help them out it's been 20 minutes..... so don't make any plans other than saving money.

Of all the Dollar General Stores ( and they seem to be multiplying like rabbits) this one has got to be the worst. It's always filthy dirty and disorganized and cashiers are always showing attitude that they would rather be anywhere else but there doing their job. Why can't they have the aisles stocked? You can't hardly shop for all the goods blocked and stacked in the aisles. All you ever hear a cashier saying is what they plan on doing as soon as they get off work or go on break. They treat the customer like they are invisible. It's worth it to go to one of the other Dollar General where it's clean the they have cashiers that know how to say "Hello, may I help you?" instead of treating you like you're not even there.

The Dollar General is much easier to get in and out of than Walmart but it has probably whatever you need in a hurry. And the prices are reasonable.I came in here to get a few brownie mixes for a bake sale in the morning. The Dollar General is open until 10 p.m. while Publix was closed at 9 pm.

They have handicap parking lots, they also have a handicap ramp to so that it is easier for you or a loved one to get into the store from the car. Then once you walk through the sliding doors the carts will be on your left hand side, then on your right hand side you will have reusable bags, baskets, and sales papers. Also on your left hand side you will see registers. Then in front of you there will be stuff on display so make sure that you do not bump into these. On your right hand side when you walk in I did say that they had reusable bags but if you were yo walk a few steps further and make a right turn by the chips then another right turn before the chip isle you will see small and big umbrellas. They do have a restroom but you have to ask an employee at the register for the key. They do keep it cleaned. Now if you were to keep going straight after you had made your first right turn towards the chips you will see their restroom, a book display, but if you go even further towards the wall you will see refrigerator and freezer doors this is where you will find your milk, eggs, and other cold foods at. Now outside on the sidewalk before you enter the store they have all of their clearance items on the right and left hand sides. Now after you have walked through the sliding glass door that automatically opens for you and closes behind you automatically as well. Now if you were to keep going straight you will be in their pet isle here you will find dry and wet food for your furry family members as well as treats and toys. Also in the pet isle you will find dog beds, and flea and tick medicine as well as dewormed medicine. They do sell clothes here as well, and kiddie pools too. They sell first aid stuff, over the counter medicine, top up cards for pre paid cell phones which are by the registers. Their batteries and ear bud headphones are also by the registers. They have single Candie items by the registers but they do have a candy isle which is the second isle on your right hand side. They accept cash, ebt, credit cards, and I believe they take checks too.

Old, cluttered, packed with stuff just all over the place. They need to stop ordering stuff and thin out the inventory they have. Too much stuff in a too little space makes it look dirty, unkempt and neglected.

When Susan or Taylor are there you are always greeted very friendly. Anyone else and you get attitude and judgement. Service is okay, usually busy.

Manager was badgering someone in line about stealing, that puts all the other customers in a very uncomfortable situation. Will never go back to that store. I don't agree with stealing but this was not at all handled right.

One of the employees,Dalton,was the first employee that i met there & he is very helpful! If he or the mgr Bettie cant answer your question or help you find a particular item,then they jus dont carry that item.

My opinion was the last time I was in the Dollar General they were understaffed they had U-boats in the Isles and stuff that hasn't been put up yet. But I did say something to the cashier and she had been working on it when I came in
