I like this store very user friendly no headaches. No drama returns on that a problem as far as the shopping carts go.That's really not my thing I don't always have change in my pocket.But it's not a perfect world Great place to shop. I love the grapes and the Olive oil.

Don’t shop near to closing if you might need use just one of the bathrooms for Doesn’t matter that when it hits you you have to go so bad you can hardly walk and you wet yourself walking out. It’s far more important that they already did their closing duties while there are still customers in the store. Glad they got to leave 10 min earlier and I got to take my groceries home in wet pants.

They do not keep their lettuce in a cold refrigerated section, which makes no sense at all to me. Most of their heads of iceberg lettuce were brown on the bottom and warm. Besides that the shopping experience was pretty enjoyable and successful, until check out time that is. They have almost all self checkouts except one main register where, at this visit there was a very rude and just plain nasty cashier, not necessarily towards me in general, but like she was in a bad mood, and she was making sure everybody that she associated with was going to be in a bad mood as well. I mean I don’t understand you get to sit on the stool you don’t even have to bag groceries or really even actually stock shelves, other than put boxes of stuff on Shelves, you shouldn’t really hate your job that much or be in that bad of a mood while at work getting paid that much to sit down and check people out.

I like Aldi's very much but today was a miserable visit. I drive 22 miles round trip to shop there. Took my full bag to the do it yourself line, bag my own, be a cashier, to complete visit of which I hate the self service anyway. The computer system went down for everyone and ONLY cash could be accepted. Who carries cash anymore? Super inconvenient as I will have to go back tomorrow. Waste of time and gas and I am 70 years old. At home I just called the store and you cant talk to anyone to find out if the system is still down. Recording says Aldi's saves money by not taking calls. Aldi's is saving money by letting computers take the place of human beings but I haven't noticed any prices going down. Very upset over this mess !!

This store has turned into a self checkout store, which turns out to be more convenient for the customers.Friendly individuals work at this place. One thing is clear, the price of chicken is not that competitive since the giant markets make their prices more accessible at least on this item.Great place to go, and I would recommend anytime.

Great place to shop great deals and quality product. Aldi is great for keeping a budget. It is sad though that corporate Aldi treats their employees like they don’t matter and constantly understaffs their stores but expects the workers to stay later and do more to make up for them actively understaffing to keep labors hrs down. Overall great place to shop not so great place to work.

Went in on Monday at 5:30pm and they were pretty busy. Everyone was at self checkout. I go to cashier checkout(only had cash) the white female clerk and black female clerk were in a conversation. I waited a few minutes, no recognition I was waiting. I said excuse me cam someone check me out. No move to help at all. I left my groceries on conveyor and left. Guess they forgot how to checkout customers and be polite. I love Aldis, my number 1 grocery store, but worse experience I have had.

Until they get the checkout situation worked out will not be goin back. Took out most of the check out lines replaced with self checkout that will not accept cash. Then only have one real cashier checking people out. Not gonna wait 30 minutes to check out with 30 bucks worth of groceries.

Customer support has gone to nothing in the last few months. Had to wait behind 7 other customers to get checked out. In the past employees would come up and make sure the lines were short but this time one employee was too, too, busy stocking the shelves around the checkout to stop and help the only checker. Truth is, I drive past other stores to come here and honestly the savings isn't that much and service at the other stores is much better.

I love this store. The prices are great, produce and meat are always fresh..the main reason I stop by this Aldi's is the staff. They are kind and helpful, always.Thank you for the great customer service. It is nice to see friendly faces and people who seem to be enjoying their work.

They have some great foods that you normally wouldn't consider and that makes it perfect for new meal ideas. Prices are low, mate sure to bring your own shopping bags!

Always clean, well stocked, except for creamers for coffees in any other flavors but vanilla and fat free vanilla. That's extremely frustrating! Otherwise friendly staff, great area to shop. Large aisles as well.

I tried Aldi after my boss almost begged me to go. Friendly employees and I'm not sure how they make money selling quality products at super low prices. I usually go at lunch, I'm in and out in 15 minutes.

The store was clean and well laid out. The labels for the aisles are accurate so it was easy to find everything. Nice variety of products, even some I hadn't seen before. The staff was awesome and understanding. Will definitely be back.

I was not much of a fan of this grocery store chain at the onset, but it is growing on me. I am always impressed by some of the good prices they have on fruit and vegetables, which I really appreciate. The meat options are also good, and appear to be all from US producers which I also appreciate. My wife is a big fan of the cheese selection, and some of the other European items they carry in the store. Overall, the store is always clean, and the staff seems helpful.

The store was nice and clean. The only issue was Linda the cashier. Linda needs a lesson in customer service, currently she acts like she works at Walmart. Linda, you can do better!
