Long overdue review. I am ashamed to say. The staff here are wonderful. They have cared for my three dogs since I moved to the area in 2018. I have boarded my dogs for up to fourteen days at a time. Sometimes just for a weekend. Once my babies are in their tender and meticulous care, I can trulybegin my vacation. My pets also get groomed here on a regular basis. That service is amazing too. Melissa and staff are incredible. They care for your babies as if they were their own. It’s not fake. It’s genuine. Wife and I rely on them and they are always there for us. If you live in the area don’t hesitate to leave your baby/babies here. They also care for felines. Thank You Dawg House!!!!

We have never boarded our pup before, and Jane was so helpful in giving us a tour of their amazing property and making us feel comfortable. Everyone there is so nice and took the time to meet our pup and play with her to help her be comfortable when we were dropping her off. Pinecone absolutely loved her stay and looked great after her grooming appointment!! Highly recommend!!

Tea just finished her monthly Spa Day at the Dawg House. The staff are amazing. So pretty after she’s groomed. I feel so fortunate to be a client here. She has enjoyed boarding, day care and grooming & socializes with other dog handlers who work here. Always a pleasure.

The Dawg house is the best dog boarding service I have ever used. All of the girls are just the sweetest and they love Maverick to death. Not only do they love on him and look out for his best health but they do a great job of making sure I’m comfortable leaving him. Their prices are incredibly affordable. They have extra play time for your fur babies, text message updates and just give the best baths/grooming services! Look no further, The Dawg House is absolutely phenomenal.**Just a few photos one of the girls sent me on his first stay in August 2021!

We have never had such a great boarding experience. Wonderful communication with the staff…who, by the way, are superb. There’s so much to keep the furry friends busy and entertained. This is a resort even I would love to stay at. The GROOMER! My goodness, a pro to say the least. Our boys have never looked better, their coats are groomed perfectly so now home care is much easier to manage. Cannot recommend this resort enough.

My special needs blind dog is very upset if his surroundings change...the ONLY people i trust to care for him is the staff at Dawg House Pet Resort. He is an impossible, prissy, huge infant but he is treated w loving care. People know his name there and always come out to say bye to him when he leaves. Gentle kindness and meticulous detail to care is what is delivered, every time without fail... love this place and never worry about my dogs when they are in their care. We regularly have our chow groomed there and he comes home looking stellar, Once i rescued a collie who was so matted i knew i could not sort it out myself, her skin was very tender and sore from the mats pulling... Melissa fixed her up and she spent that night comfortable for the first time in many years. I was so grateful and so was the lovely collie.

We’ve been taking our golden retriever here for about three years now. We love them! Our dog is high maintenance and has ultra annoying tendencies when being bathed. They are patient and kind. They remember him and greet him by name every time.They are pretty far out of the way but well worth the effort.

Our girl Sasha Grace is a rescue that we have had for 5 months. She has come a long way but still a work in progress. This was her first time to have a bath by someone else instead of us. They took her right away and did her nails then bath. She was still a bit timid but apparently trusted them. She looks and smells so great! They said she did really good. It was a big first step for Sasha Grace and us! Will definitely be back!

Took my four and a half month old Puppy Ollie for a Mini groom. I was nervous it was his first time. He went happily with them, animals have a good sense of character. When we returned for him, he was happy and looked beautiful. Melissa did a wonderful job on him. Not sure what the name was of the girl who checked us in but she was very nice and professional. This is our boy after his mini groom. He now has eyes! Thank you!

Our fur baby is 16 and has not spent very much time away from us. Also, she has high separation anxiety. The staff was amazing, especially Jane who checked on Allie often and even called me to let me know she was doing fine! We had taken her here for grooming but this was our first time boarding Allie with them. Dawg House is the only place we will board our girl!

Absolutely the best experience my dogs and I have ever had. Most mom and pop places turn my dogs away because they are not good with other animals. Not the Dawg House! The staff talks to my babies and makes excited for the visit. Very quick and good prices. No complaints whatsoever.

Melissa is the most knowledgeable groomer I've ever met! She has such a great personality. Her assistant Lyndsey is a natural with dogs. It's like she knows what they're thinking. I definitely recommend this place for your fur-baby!

Great place, everyone here is very involved. With looking after the dogs or cats. Not sure abt cats. But if you want pictures of your pet at play time you have to tell them cuz they don't always mention it. But it's 2$ a day. Which to me it should be included in the play time.Other than that information. It's a great place

I will definitely be boarding my dogs here again. All the staff members were very pleasant and professional to work with. The place is beautiful and kept clean. I also really like how they sent a report home with me to let me know how my dogs did while they stayed. My dogs really enjoyed being there and seemed really happy. Our dogs are treated like special guests from the moment they arrive. Our one dog had a minor medical while she was there. They kept us posted as to how she was doing and made sure she got the correct treatment. As much as I hate leaving my baby girls behind I know they are treated well and taken care of.

Awesome welcoming staff. Left our Rottie there overnight , and she was skiddish but otherwise well taken care of.The kennels were spotless and everything clean and very well taken care of.I didn't get her name but the lady that took us in, was amazing, she took time to get the feel for Shiloh and take control.Thank you for taking care of our big baby. :)

It was my first time, as I just moved into the area, and my dog was over due for grooming. They took such great care of my little girl, and my little one looked great. I was very happy, and will be taking my girl back again.
