Absolutely the best groomer I’ve ever been too! My pup is usually so nervous but the groomer in lake placid was wonderful with him. I’m so glad I found this place and will continue to come see them! The staff and groomer are just amazing, thank you for treating my baby so good he looks beautiful!

Love, love, love Kenny the groomer here! My pup was nicked under her front leg at The Dawg House, without telling me, so I explained that she might be a bit timid. He listened, he held her, checked her toenails, wanted to know how I wanted her groomed, was very caring!!!! She looked fantastic, very happy! Everyone there is friendly, personable, & professional! Thank you Sarah, Kenny, & Becky!

We just love this new, local pet store in Lake Placid. My pups highly recommend the beef cheek rolls. It’s took them 2 days to finish so perfect to keep them busy and raw-hide free. I bought the chicken and peanut butter. They liked both but liked the peanut butter one best.

Horrible place. Lived in Lake Placid for along time. Can’t believe how snobby the worker was towards myself and my wife. Funniest part was she didn’t even know what she was talking about for pet products. Overpriced and limited selection not worth supporting them.

My babies went to be groomed today by their favorite groomer, Sam. Lady and Sarge were so beautiful and happy when I picked them up. Sam you are amazing and my babies love you!!!Love the new store and will happily shop both stores for my picky babies. I will be back to this location soon to shop for my pups especially Sarge's birthday next month.

Went in to look for a specific item. The woman at the counter (I’m assuming the owner) was extremely rude. Very disappointing experience will continue to drive to Sebring to avoid nasty behavior.

While I love the original Sebring P&H location, the Lake Placid store is extra special! Features like the boneyard (that the owner built himself!) make it such a fun experience for both pet & owner. I can always count on the P&H team to groom my fur babies like the pros they are. My maltipoo Harley always shook like a leaf when being groomed, until we switched to this shop (as well as the Sebring store). They treat my pups like their own, which keeps them happy & calm. It’s such a blessing! Plus they have an amazing variety of high-quality food, treats, toys, accessories, etc. If you need anything for your four-legged kids, they’ll have it! And if they don’t, they’ll go out of their way to special order it for you if possible! 10/10 customer service always. Can’t recommend P&H enough! Harley & Lady both agree - forget Disney world, this is the happiest place on earth 😜🐕 🐶💕
