If I could give it a 6 star, I would. Best circle k. They just did a new remodeling and the store looks the best. The new owners got rid of the bad employees and now the customer service is the best. I will never go to any accept this one. BEST GAS STATION

Worse Circle K I have been to. They do not honor the 5.99$ a month drink special, the 'buy 2 and save' on cigarettes, or any other specials that any other Circle K does. When I asked why, I was rudely told to go to another store if I didn't like it. I will never go back, and would suggest the same to anyone.

Sign on outside of building says they participate in Sip and Save, small sign inside says they do not. Overcharged for drinks saying they were slushies when 2 of 3 were not. Rude and condescending cashiers. Gas prices higher than places very close to them. In my opinion an expensive tourist trap and I’m a local. They lost any potential of us being repeat customers.

This is not a "real" Circle K. Don't expect to be able to use your coupons for free stuff, your gas savings or your Sip n Save subscription. It's some kind of podunk franchise. "We don't do corporate promos." Only plus is they haven't raised the Polar Pop price *yet.* Still 88¢.

The manager and employees are all rude and disrespectful! This store gets 0 stars! Corporate you better look at your employees here. They don’t clean, the gas nozzle ALWAYS leaves gas and oil on my hands and the manager tells people to go “f” themselves, not a good place! Go to Mobil across the street.Never has receipt for gas at pump ALWAYS have to go in. Oh yeah manager uses real “ f “ word. Don’t take your kids in here!!!!

Never had a problem here until tonight. The lady working the cashier looked half asleep and was ignoring me while counting money from the register, even after I placed my items on the counter and waited almost half a minute. Woman should be fired if she can't do her job better than that. I hope the manager is proud of who they chose to employ and represent their company. Thanks to her I will NEVER spend another penny here!

Does not participate in the sip and save monthly drink subscription. Gas is 10 cents higher than across the street. Incredibly understocked of normal things you would see in a circle k. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Garbage gas station they took my money when I went to get gas and came back to see why it wasn't giving me gas and one a getting yelled at because I tried to buy gas with the card that I played for the first time andbdidmt get my gas and they took MY money and my card kept getting declined and the cashiers are always so rude to me and my wife there, they give us dirty looks all the time and just are unprofessional in general. Don't go here if you want to lose your hard earned money. I will never step foot on their gas station ever again

This store is filthy and the staff are rude and condescending. I purchased a pizza and Polar Pop and the pizza was so hard it was inedible. When I asked for my money back, I was told that they didn't do refunds. When I persisted, the nasty cashier (Cheryl) went into her purse to give me the money and slammed it down on the counter in disgust. I'm not upset that the pizza was inedible but I am upset at her lack of customer service skills. When I asked for the store manager's name, I was told "she died and I'm in charge now!" I will never visit this store again.

Horrible place to stop. No locks on restrooms doors. Pumps are confusing and slow. Cant use screen selection options- have to figure out yourself to use the handicap metal pad for selecting. Ridiculous

This store is the absolute worst. Not only will they charge you more than the marked price of any product, they will try to charge credit pricing on fuel even if you used cash. If you say anything about it they get rude and act like you're in the wrong. Do yourself a favor and completely bypass this store.

Today at this circle k in lake panasoffkee fla me and my dad went there for gas and drinks and I went in to pay gas first so dad could pump gas and I payed cash with a reward card to get the 5 cents per gallon off the cash price and the lady put it on paid with credit so it charged us more per gallon on the price my dad seen it and came in before he pump the gas and told the lady to fix it walk back out the still didn't he got mad and came in there was a line of customers and my dad asking for money back the lady told him to leave he ok after I get my money back I will y'all trying to rip people off and my dad said this happened at least 7 times and the two lady's working was ginny and Nichole and this happened on Tuesday the 14 of june we are never going back and we will contact the better business

Price tags are incorrect. And not by a few cents. Eggs tag in cooler said $3.29 but rang up $5.69. Some candy by register had price of $.35 but rang up $ 2 for $3.

The restrooms and customer service were both repulsive. The girl who was working there named Danny asked me to take out her toilet cleaning wand out of the toilet for her!!! When I said no, she told me I had attitude and refused to do it. Needless to say, I was never able to use the restroom, because Danny was busy on her phone.

Station was dirty. Out of gas.Did not have enough brains to put bags over handles or tell us they were out after watching us go from pump to pump. Had to go inside to find out they were totally out all grades.
