Let me first start by saying that I absolutely love Woof Gang. First time taking my new 8 month old Yorkie and Gina is phenomenal at what she does! Lulu went in looking like a rag a muffin and came out like a Princess. Gina listened to my wants and exceeded my expectations. Met the owner and she loves her fur friends! Great family environment. Lulu found her new groomer. Give them a shot, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

We've been going here to get Summer groomed since she was a puppy. We've worked with Thiago for sometime now and he's the best in making her pretty! He's been very patient with summer's puppy energy and just slowly making her feel comfortable with the grooming process. 10/10

I just got my dogs second grooming ever here and he was groomed by Emily. Emily was so sweet off the bat and completely understood all my concerns and reassured me he was in great hands, I know my dog tends to be pretty scared in new environments and has only been groomed one other time so I was nervous for today. However I picked my dog Koa up and he was cut PERFECTLY! She took off just the right amount for my liking and said he was a good boy! I’m so relieved and will be back to see Emily! Will be recommending over and over!!

Gina is fantastic!!! Gina was the first to groom our dog when she was a puppy. Since then whenever we are in Orlando we arrange to bring our dog for Gina to groom her. She is sweet and our dog actually likes going. It is a good experience as soon as you walk in the door. The front staff is wonderful and always makes us feel at home. Gina does the best job on our dog’s grooming and she always looks great!!!

I dropped off our mini Golden Doodle for a full groom with the spa package. When I picked her up, she was prancing out of Woof Gang knowing she was beautiful. Gina did an excellent job grooming Rosie. A couple people remarked to me what a pretty and trained puppy she appears to be. I had to tell them she will be 11 years old in a few months. When Rosie is properly groomed, she looks like a puppy. We schedule Rosie's grooming at Woof Gang when we are visiting our grandchildren in Lake Mary and not in Jacksonville where our main home is located.

We have been going to this Wolf Gang for a few years now and always have a had a great experience. Gina grooms both of our dogs and they always come back looking super cute, happy, and smelling amazing! The cut is always perfect! Gina is wonderful at what she does and Bella & Scooter love her!

We love Woof Gang! This location specifically, located by Peach Valley, is our favorite. Emily has groomed our boy the last two times we’ve gone, and she always does a beautiful job. As a Black Lab owner, they are HAIRY, and the deshedding process at Woof Gang is great. We’ll definitely keep getting our pup groomed here! Can’t recommend it enough!

The only place I would go to have Crueton groomed! The owner is amazing and so helpful. I get all of Crue’s food and snacks there. It’s the perfect one stop shop. They love your pets as much as we do!

We are SO lucky to have Gina as our dog’s groomer. We have tried groomers before when he was younger who said he was too scared or did bad with grooming; he was always so scared to go to the groomer. With Gina, he is always excited to see her and get his grooming. It’s been over 2 years now and she still takes her time and does such an AMAZING job every time. She’s always professional and kind; also taught me a lot in the beginning with having a doodle and the upkeep with brushing at home. I 10/10 recommend you visit this store and Gina!😊

We LOVE taking our Swedish Vallhund, Oliver here! Angelina (Gina) is AMAZING with him! He always comes out smelling delicious and he’s always so happy! I can tell she takes her time with him and really lets him be comfortable around her! 😊 Gina has been grooming Oliver since he was just a little 4 month old puppy and I can definitely tell how well she was able to desensitize him to the grooming process with the puppy package he had gotten at first. He now has such positive associations with grooming in general! We will always choose this location and Gina for our precious Oliver! 5 stars!

I and my girlfriend are very upset with my dogs haircut. We was very specific on what we don’t want and got just that, not only verbally but also with visual imagery. The groomer said she understood but went ahead and cut him how we said not to. The owner has been extremely rude to my girlfriend. It seems this grooming store is more bothered about ratings to gain customers rather than to do a good job and meet expectations. With every apology received we have also received an excuse. I understand mistakes happen but from a 4.7 star groomer who is supposedly the best groomer in Florida such a big mistake should not have happened in the first place. Offering a grooming service for free of charge to rectify this mistake when his fur has been cut extremely short is not an adequate response, especially when this came with the ask of asking my girlfriend to delete her review.Please be wary if you have a Pomeranian and decide to go here.
