We have 140 lbs Newfoundland and he is not a big fan of grooming. We tried many salons including several PetSmarts. The job was never done completely but this time we got really lucky and found Destiny who works in PetSmart Grooming in Lake Mary. Destiny is amazing! She is a real dog whisperer! She did what nobody before was able to. For example, gland extraction. Our Gumbo never allowed to touch his behind. I am so happy we found Destiny!

Helpful and friendly staff, had what I was looking for. Didn't see any cats or dogs though. Lots of fish, but you can't pet them, it's frowned upon.

The Pet Grooming Salon located in the Lake Mary, Florida PetSmart is THE place for excellent pet grooming. Salon Manger Angie Aspel is without equal. Angie has groomed all our dogs for years. She has the skills to make them look and feel their best. And because she recognizes the mood of each individual dog, Angie is able to keep our pups calm and happy during the grooming procedure. A fair amount of parking was available, especially for being the Christmas season. The outside of the store is clean and orderly. Inside of the store there was a good amount of 4 and 2 legged foot traffic. We went in to have our fur baby's picture taken with Santa. There was very little wait time and the process was smooth and seamless. After pictures were taken, we did a little shopping. The aisles were clear of clutter and the shelves were well stocked and organized. Once we made our selections, we proceeded to the check out. The line was a little long, but considering everything, ie. Christmas, Santa, the whole shebang, it was understandable. The wait to check out wasn't exorbitantly long and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a more pleasant experience than what we had expected.

It is a great store lots of selections for anything your pet might need. They have a good selection of small pets, but I love how they partner with rescues for dogs and cats, "why breed or buy, when a shelter pet may die". I also love how they give to animal rescues.It is a great store and a great company.

So I rescued a pitbull. Who had nothing. Beautiful dog going to work on him to be a lover not a fighter. Went into PetSmart and the staff there was awesome I mean I left there with all the stuff that I needed for this dog from collar chain big crate bed they just directed me to the expensive stuff then they directed me to the middle ground stuff told me what I needed what was better what was that better it didn't have to spend all that money very helpful also they help me with the food which I knew nothing about with this Pitbull has been eating so I walked out of there pretty well set and pretty well happy. So this is my new store and I would make it yours also great staff thank you PetSmart

The manager is very rude to everybody. She wouldn't take my dog's food back. Even though this is the third time twice last year You'll take my business elsewherelast yeand when there's not something right with it? I knew it and my Dogs know when it's bad and Royal cayman. No matter how much is in the bag, what you're worth? More than half guarantees their food.

I love this store; Michele is always so helpful; we love her! So happy that the K/D Dog food is always stocked-I will tell you, this whole pandemic it’s been questionable in the store nearest my prior address. Me and my son in law Thomas “el bombero” went to Pet Supermarket , along with Axe and Kona to pick up some food. It is always ti take them ti the store because they meet and socialize with another hairy friends, and as usual, the store staff were very enthusiastic and friendly

This is a convenient stop for pet needs. This store (not just in particular) has a large selection for a LOTS of types of pets. You can find some good pet food with cheap prices here if you search.

Took these pictures of PILES OF DEAD FISH yesterday (11/25/23). Every time I've come here, it looks similar to this, but this is by far the worst I've seen. Came for cat food, but my kids love fish and wanted to see them. They got there before me, unfortunately. Then, I had to explain to my four year old fish-loving kids that they were dead. Thanks, PetSmart!

For such a large store they don’t carry all the brands my critters like. They do have a nice selection of toys and miscellaneous things (but I still prefer Petco). And if you need assistance or have a question, good luck finding someone who works there. Customer service is lacking. I do like the Banfield that is attached to the store, so that is convenient when my pets go to the vet to shop around while I wait. Also, their grooming section does say they will groom and bath cats, which many groomers don’t offer, so that is a plus.

I'm very upset that I drive to this store to get crickets, I can see in the cage that they have several hundreds in there but I'm told they can't sell me any because they have to feed their own animals. They don't have enough animals there to eat all those crickets. Crazy considering another employee told me they just received them.

The folks who groom our Corgi are always as nice to work with. It doesn't matter who does the work, Buster always comes back to us shiny clean and happy! Very convenient service for me, and I plan to keep coming back. My belief is that this is a well managed store. Keep up the great work!

My sister and I both took our dogs Henry and Charlie for grooming on separate days. We can't say enough wonderful things about the groomers. They were wonderful, patient, caring and our dogs looked amazing. We live in Rhode Island and didn't know where to go. I knew to trust Pet Smart! Thanks for taking good care of our boys.

Best grooming for Pomeranians! I’ve tried many groomers and this place is by far the best. My dog also likes this place the most which is the most important part. She just got a haircut w/ furminator from Alicia B. and she looks AMAZING. My dog and I could not be happier :)

Had 2 mishaps with them and NO logical explanation. Two different occasions I ordered dog food and paid for it online. Half hour later it gets canceled for no apparent reason or explanation. Very unprofessional and straight disrespectful. UPDATE: Took my girl to get groomed and had great experience. She was done up very nicely and in a timely fashion, Thank you Angie and team.
