Louise's staff have been such a great resource for our Olde English Bulldog. They offer natural alternatives to medication at times my Vet recommends, and they have worked. Their pet food variety is second to none. Do yourself and your pets a favor and visit their store!

Last year, when the love of my life was diagnosed with diabetes, I did everything in my power to try to keep him with me for as long as possible. Little did I know that I would lose him 2 months later... but that's not the point of this review. I did an insane amount of research and landed on starting him on a raw diet. I found LPC and Jennifer was just incredible. Not only did she know everything about the raw diet and what would be best for him, but for someone like me, who is on a fixed income... having the 12th bag of food be free was a great relief to me. I started Pax and his little brother on raw. He had to get insulin, but soon couldn't eat, and he passed away in my arms on Dec 17th. I decided to keep his little brother on raw, and we welcomed a new addition to the family a few months later. I'd been counting each time I bought a bag, and I knew I was getting closer to my free bag of food. In October, I checked the amount, and I was at 10 bags. Then, in November, I checked and made SURE that I was at 11 bags and my next one was free... because with the holidays coming up and having a set expendable amount each month that I have available, I really have to plan out for purchases... and obviously, the boys come before anything else... always. We checked the account, and yes! Next bag free... awesome. So, in order to lessen any confusion in case someone else is checking me out I ask to please write ON the receipt that my account has indeed been checked and just for extra validity to please write it on the receipt that the next bag is free... as I keep everything. I also asked her to initial it, and instead, the sales girl drew a smiley face. No problem... because I do have in writing the next time I come in, it's my 12th bag, and it's free. Except I came in, and I was now at 6 bags. So what I'm gathering is that within a year, I did qualify for the free bag, but when it came do, then magically, my account deleted 5 large bags of food. After I'd budgeted to have their food taken care of for the month. Even with the verification on the receipt. The owner said she would never write that on the receipt. Well, I never said she did... it was the girl she was training that day. SHE wrote it on there. At my request, AFTER we'd verified that my next bag was indeed free. Then, somehow, 5 bags were removed, and I was back down to 6 bags. So... I guess my takeaway from this whole thing is that if you are like me, and you're on fixed income, and you have to plan for certain expenses each month, even if you verify that you have indeed reached the necessary milestone to receive the free bag, you won't get it. So you might as well save the money and go to a closer place that has the food cheaper. Because it simply won't be honored. Even if the owner looked over the account WITH the new employee she was training and stated exactly what I asked the employee to WRITE ON THE RECEIPT. The difference in the price of the food and gas to get here will equal out to be cheaper in the long run if I just start going to the Pet supply store closer to me, in Winter Park. I miss Jennifer. If Jennifer still worked here, there would have been zero confusion, more knowledge, and far more empathy. The 2 stars are for my initial awesome experiences with Jennifer. She was a 5 star employee and really knew the customers. Now that she's gone, the soul seems to have left as well. It's a shame

Everyone was there was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store isn't very big when you step inside, but you will be shocked when you notice how lare there stock is. I found exactly what I was looking for and even more! Coming here again for sure!

Louise’s is the best! Ever since a neighbor recommended I go for the good quality pet food I haven’t purchased pet food, treats, toys, supplements anywhere else ever since! I bring my pup with me when I go any chance I get cause he loves it there so much, and he especially loves Jennifer! Jennifer is the greatest, so friendly and so knowledgeable when it comes to taking the best care of your fur babies. It’s hard to find people you can trust when it comes to pet health and I’d take their advice over most of the vets I’ve been to in the area any day. The delivery service is also super convenient. Can’t say enough great things, I’m a loyal customer for life and I’m so thankful I found Louise’s!

I like this place. Very helpful and a super good resource for the neighborhood. Each time I've gone here the person working has been polite and very helpful - a welcome change to the big box stores that don't seem to need my business. Plus, with a local store, the money stays in the neighborhood and builds up the neighborhood. With the big box stores, the vast majority of the money you spend go to where the big box store's main location is, not the actual store's location. That's very important for things like schools and clinics that need local money to operate!

Super friendly and helpful staff! I love to go to Louise’s with my pets where I know we’ll always be welcomed warmly! It’s my favorite pet store to go to ( and my pets favorite as well) for the best quality pet supplies and service! I’ve been buying my pets’ food exclusively from there for a few years now and they always love it ( plus it’s much healthier for them). The staff is always happy to answer any of our questions and help us pick something out! We’ll definitely be going to Louise’s for years to come and you should too!

What a great selection of cat products, exactly what I wanted - and one of the few places I've seen stocking dry cat food from free run poultry. It was also nice about how pleasant the person in the store was. It's not as close as other pet stores, but I will make a priority to go here from now on!

They've been around for years. When I needed good frozen raw food for our cat along w/ goat's milk they had it. Jennifer was incredibly helpful and friendly. They absolutely have a passion for animal nutrition and it shows. Thank you.

I'm fantastic pet store that sells nothing but the best and high-quality and dog food and cat food wet and dry food. I got a great collection of toys, and snacks for both cats and dogs. The staff is all knowledgeable and are very well Network within the animal community. The only thing they do not offer is grooming put you have other options for that.

I live in Deltona and I make the drive to get all my animal food from them. Lowest prices I've seen on Fromm line and that includes online. The staff is always friendly and helpful, as well as extremely knowledgeable. Their online ordering is great and they deliver! Best place to go

My Favorite pet friendly establishment! helpful friendly knowledgeable staff, prices are competitive, Excellent variety of food & Specialty Dog Cookie's, Health & Beauty products for your dogs & cats- I have used the Ambertech products from Tummy Trouble to Pet Pain formula, kitty calmer, and recently Nature's Herbals Hemp Centrix and CBD to keep my pets comfortable during the New Year's firework festivities. This little find also delivers right to your door!! Would recommend them to anyone!
