I have brought my dog Luna here for the past 2 years. Perfect spot for Luna to socialize and receive top-notch grooming services in a safe and caring environment. From the moment we first stepped through the door, it was evident that this place truly prioritizes the well-being of each of their furry clients.The facility itself is impressive. It's clean, well-organized, and has plenty of space for the dogs to play and interact with one another. Overall, I can't recommend this daycare/Boarding and grooming facility enough! Thank you!!

I’ve been bringing in both of my dogs for baths, and today got my Aussie groomed. Dakota did an excellent job- she was super fast without sacrificing quality of the groom, and cut his hair exactly like I requested. I was a little nervous as this was his first haircut by anyone else aside from his retired groomer (me), but she really nailed it. I am super happy! Pattie is also very helpful and always makes me feel comfortable when I have concerns about my anxious pups.

I have been taking my dog to Hollywood houndz every day of the work week since September of 2022. My dog is a rescue, he has bad separation anxiety and cannot be left alone for long periods yet. Everyone at Hollywood Houndz has been absolutely fantastic. They are like my dogs second family and treat them like his own. Everyone there is so professional and caring. Patti (the owner) has been awesome with Bentley and she is so easy to get along with. One of the staff members, Justin, also has been great with him. They are very attentive. We have never had a bad experience here. I also get him groomed here every few weeks and he always gets compliments about how good he smells 🙂.Cannot recommend this place more!!!

My yorkie was completely butchered. He had a long top coat before he entered the doors and came out looking like my 2 year old grandchild found my scissors. I was so disappointed in the liberty the shop took at giving him a trim. I will not go back. They also did a horrible job with my poodle's cut. It was supposed to be a continental cut which they claimed they knew how to do. His head was cut too short and his shaved parts were left too long. Both dogs look like someone very inexperienced cut them (and it cost us $160).

This is the best place for your pet to go. I just took my miniature schnauzer for her first grooming, and they did an excellent job. Definitely, this is my baby beauty salon from now on. Will not take her nowhere else. I'm a happy customer 😊

Thanks for everything Alex and all caring staff!!! You guys went above and beyond!! I know my puppies were very happy during the boarding. Safe and very clean place!!! This large suite was perfect for them... they felt comfortable like home. The one and only place that I can trust is here. We are so grateful tks so much!!!!

If you want your beautiful dog look terrible this is the right place for grooming. You will get this for $95. The very worst place to groom ever. The owner is also terrible. He screamed to me on phone that this is very professional hair cut.

I Highly recommend Hollywood Houndz for your pets grooming and boading needs. Alex, Tanita and staff deliver personal service that is heads and tails above the rest !!!!!!I called to inquire about grooming aka Spa day. Alex was Informative, patiently answered all my questions and explained everything that was included in the service. I came here ahead of our appointment for a first time visit, I was greeted by Tanita. I set up our account, filled out the paperwork and brought the vet info Alex and I spoke about. I enjoyed my first visit, Tanita is an awesome customer service specialist.I am very particular about who cares for our pampered princess. When we arrived for spa day, Alex and Tanita both greeted us. Spa day was worth it. Her coat is so soft and beautiful. Their prices are very reasonable. Alex is AMAZING!!! They have a wonderful way with people and pets.The store is stocked with a variety of pet products but be sure to check out the bakery and confection section while you are there. There’s plenty of parking and easy access to the front door. Thank you Alex and staff for a perfect day at Hollywood Houndz.

Adelaide started going to Hollywood houndz when I went to the hospital to have my son. Hollywood houndz was recommended to us by a family member and I'm so thankful they did. The staff is so knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They take excellent care of Adelaide. They were so flexible with us in our situation as well. I highly recommend!!

I was so nervous on taking my Goldendoodle for her first Haircut , I am so happy I called Hollywood Houndz as they had a same day appointment available.They groomed her the way I wanted her to be, the price was very reasonable for her size.THANK YOU HOLLYWOOD HOUNDZ. Dropped off my dog for a long weekend when I needed a dog sitter/boarding in a pinch. I picked up my dog and she reeked of dog urine and her dog bed also smelled of dog urine. I’m not sure how well she was taken care of if she smelled like she rolled around in urine all weekend. I will not be taking my dog back here.

This is one of the best places I have taken my pup. I have had some good places before in Leesburg where my hometown is, but this place by far I like the best. June always seems happy and SLEEPS SO WELL on the ride home - which shows she is really getting some serious play time (she's energetic lol). Alex (the boss) was always nice to June, but after getting to know each other for the last few months - we have some great interactions in which he brings out the utmost customer service. However - the person who really should receive recognition would be Kyle. Kyle one time saw me in the parking lot before the shop opened and said "hey, I am here if you want to let June come in". I drive 1.5 hours to work every day and that means a lot to me to be able to start my day as soon as possible. Rachel is also really awesome, always happy and smiling :). My only "critique" is I wish doggy daycare was 7-7 vs 8-6.... but I am sure that is business need in this area. If you want to feel like a family, and be treated as such, while getting excellent care for your furry best friend - Hollywood Houndz!!!!!!

The worse grooming my dog ever had ! When Alex ran the business always an excellent grooming . The store now has a new owner, and everything seems to be falling apart. The grooming was so substandard, they said I could come back the following day to correct mistakes, I made the appointment . The next day I returned , waited an hour and was told the groomer was not available, even with the the appointment. The owner of the shop totally ignored me wouldn’t offer an apology or refund. Please if you love your pets “ Stay away from Hollywood Hounds, Lake Mary “

I don't know the name of either the young man at the front desk nor the groomer but they are lovely! My dog, Fluffy is very well looked after. The young man is always kind and attentive with our dog. This place has changed my dogs life forever. I got an email from them offering a non-sedation teeth cleaning. I called and scheduled an appointment. They told me it would take about 20 minutes for the cleaning.I added a bath which they said added an additional 1 1/2 hours. I called them 2 hours later and they said they needed an additional hour. no problem. I show up an hour later only to find out that my 7 year old dog lost 3 of her teeth while being cleaned. The worst part is her two front top teeth are now missing. I couldn't believe they wouldn't call me to let me know or perhaps inform me when I called to check on her. My dog hasn't been able to eat solid food, she has been crying and will not come out of her crate. I took her to my Vet today and they agreed that this is not normal. It's also abnormal not to call the owner if something like this is happening during the procedure. My dog is now going to live a life without bones, hard treats and will be forced to eat can food forever. Her favorite treats have been thrown away and the staff at Hollywood Houndz wants me to believe that during a routine cleaning, it's normal for your dog to loose multiple teeth. 3 days later there is no call to check on her.I see now why they had me pay before I got my dog. You should give that money back so I can replace the food and treats. You should also pay my vet bill from today but sadly I see how the owner responds to every complaint. no accountability

After years going there They decided they no longer want me as a customer. The last few times I’ve taken my dog there for a bath, I pick her up and the back of her paws are dirty and wet. I let the owner know yesterday to pay special attention to this and asked to make sure she’s fully dry. My dog is an Akita. I understand it is a lot of fur and difficult job. When I picked her up, the same issue occurred. I showed the girl at the counter and she offered me a free wash Monday. Today, I get s call from the owner offering to refund the money and asking me never to bring her back.I went in to the shop and spoke to the owner, he said it is always something with me and he is sorry but he can’t make me happy. He explains that the bath my dog receives is very hard work and the cost doesn’t justify keeping me as a customer. I’ve boarded my dog at this place, I’ve been a customer for years and never complained before to my recollection. He says my dog is difficult, first time I’ve heard this.I never asked for a free anything. All I wanted was a clean dog. Truly, this was a luxury because I know my dog looks her best when I wash her myself. I’ve recommended many people go to Hollywood Houndz in the past, but never again. For anyone who is in customer service the best thing to do is listen and find a path forward. I will never recommend this place to anyone again, which is sad because they are a small business and could do better if they knew how to treat customers.

They always can accommodate my 2 boys for daycare (even my giant Husky that they've appropriately affectionately coined as "The Wolf")! 😅 They also have fantastic prices on grooming; I was SHOCKED when I paid last time for daycare AND grooming for both & it was less than just one dog is usually for the mobile groomer I normally use! 🤯The ONLY "issue" I have is that I wish they opened just a half hour earlier so that I could drop them off on the days that I work; If that was the case, this place would be PERFECT! ⭐ My Lab even starts whining & trying to do zoomies in my truck when he sees us getting close! 🤣 He's SO excited to go play w/his little friends!Also, check out the store while you're there; so MANY funny & interesting gifts & useful things for your pup or another dog lover!

I never have done reviews before but I felt I needed to due to the situation. I dropped of my Labrador Retriever puppy for a couple of days while I went out of town. I paid $62 a day for 5 days for her to have her own suite. When I dropped her off the showed me her suite. I specifically requested her to not interact with other dogs. When I came back to pick her up she was not in her room. They said she was at daycare. When I asked what that was I was told she was interacting with other dogs. I was not happy about that and expressed my feelings. When I got her home I noticed that the was covered with dog slobber around her neck and her ear had been cut opened by another dogs teeth. Also when I went to put her leash on she coward down like I was going to hit her with the leash. I am very upset about all of this and will never recommend Hollywood Houndz to anyone.
