Friendly, helpful staff. Anytime I’ve had questions I’ve been able to find someone knowledgeable. I have also purchased two separate batches of misc baby chicks this spring and all have been thriving and healthy. Except for the somewhat expensive prices, which I’m certain aren’t the fault of the specific location, we’re happy to shop here.

I usually go here with my husband to get stuff for the cows and horses. Dog food, cow blocks, sweet feed, pellets, wormer, flea killer, shots for the animals. Pretty much, whatever we need to keep our animal's in good health.

It's the only place that carries the brand of dog food we choose that's reasonably priced for its quality. Likewise for the treats, horse feed, chicken feed, and farm themed knickknacks.

Did an online order. Got email to pick up. Drove hour and a half. Got there to find out they actually did not have the hay rack after all. But wait it gets better. I was charged for it. But they could not refund me my money since they did not show the item in stock to return. Had to get visa to get my money back. $499.99 plus tax is a lot of money to me. Do better people. Do better.

I love the remodel and the garden center! But if you want some chicks, call ahead and keep trying. The last time I wad there, there were only about 10 left and someone bought them all. The register lady said people were buying 30 or 40 at a time, and they would sell out of a whole shipment in 2 hours!

Some Staff is unpleasant and makes the customer feel like you're a burden rather than a customer. Can't seem to be bothered to be attentive with purchases and double charge me for more than one item.

Honestly one of the nicest group of employees I have met at a Tractor Supply. Amber was super efficient in helping me and checking out. Store well stocked and clean. Every employee I encountered spoke to and asked if they could help. Great job!!!

Went into LC store today to purchase pet food. Gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable of the products. Cashier was very friendly and courteous. Nice lady at end of checkouts offered our yorkie a treat on way out of store! Will continue to visit for our pet needs! Great job everyone! Sorry I did not get names!! Definite 5 stars out of 5!

Terrance has no custom service skills at 11 am hes more worried about his snack break than a customer having a issue or willing to fix it. It isnt the 1st time they have picked the wrong order and have me drive all the way there to find out it isnt what i ordered. This is why Rural King will be getting more business. They at least care enough about their customers to fix issues instead of just canceling the order and walking away.

Tried an online order...buyer beware - don't use this store as a pick up. Ordered online and patiently waited a week after we received notice that our product was shipped. Received one shipment notice...not 2. Obviously no coordination of orders, deliveries, and notice to customers.Called regarding order to find it was delivered 2 days earlier and we did not receive a call. Staff could not locate our order and was told to call in the morning when order receiver arrived to work (first Lady was rude and I did not get her name). Called in am and receiver said she never received it. I dug around in the order and found it was signed by an employee with name, date, and time noted. Called store back and asked if receiver's last name was same and she denied it was her name. An hr later I received call they found it... wait for it - only 1/2 order was received. Lady would not count product to prove it was short. My husband had to count the product. They finally admitted it was shorted. Noone would provide us a follow up date - yet they take our money. Manager was no help. Crappiest customer service. I'll be calling everyday to get it resolved. Buyer beware!

The store is usually very busy & sometimes can take a little bit to get through the check-out line. Overall, clean store with helpful employees. Their 4Health brand grain-free dog food is very high quality for the price you pay & great for my dogs.

My mom left her phone at the store today while last minute Christmas shopping. Sam from the store called me to let me know. They only had an hour til closing for the holidays. Had what I needed, always have the odd stuff. Staff was nice and helpful. Store was bigger than what I am used to. But definitely a good thing. My visit was during a very busy time, had one cashier and a fairly long line that she delt with well.

Oh, TSC how convenient your stores seem to be!! However, I can't leave the store without spending a $100!! The joy of owning horses, right?!! Overall, the equipment available from Tractor does the job!! The prices are competitive.

I went in to the Lake City store get a assistance with an online order. When I approached the customer service desk the manager was verbally having a fit while throwing teems of documents into a trash can. As is stood there waiting she goes to the computer and starts a verbal trade about someone messing with her screen. She finally stops and just looks at me as if to say “And why are you bothering me”? I have not experienced such harshness from a store manager. Someone needs to answer as to why this person is in charge of a store. I have heard her verbally abuse her employees in front of customers and completely ignore customers trying to talk to her.I will not shop at this store any longer unless management is changed.

I can only attest to the Lake City and Gainesville locations but I think the LC location is much better in all areas. The staff are always very nice and helpful and the store is very clean. I didn't give 5 stars due to the fact that most every time I go in, the shelves are either not stocked well or I have to search for a price tag because the item isn't in the correct spot. Also, I have left the store before due to waiting in line for over 20 mins because they only had one cashier working on a busy weekend. However, I have noticed some improvement in the check-out process. All-in-all I love this Tractor Supply and visit weekly.

The worst experience! Horrible customer service by one employee who doesn't know how to correctly tell customers that they were closing for the day. I get "Sorry we are closed" I was kind of shocked as I looked around and seen people standing in the check out and a couple down an isle. As I was walking towards the door I told him they were open when I entered the store and he said again, "Yeah but we are now closed" I felt as though I was singled out on my appearance as I'm a butch lesbian. He clearly didn't approach anyone and tell them they were closed and walked them to the door.. he also hung up on me 3 times when I called to speak to a manager and one excuse was that the manager was still checking ppl out. smh to whoever hired him as he's letting money walk out your door and makes them not want to come back.P.s the customer care # is a joke as for some reason there call volume is high.. to many complaints???

This is a great store! It has everything you need, and things you wouldn't expect to find at a tractor supply/feed store. The prices are very good, the store is clean, and has friendly helpful staff. I got a 55 lb bag of Retriever dog food 5 bucks cheaper than the 30 in bag of Alpo at Family Dollar. It came highly recommended, so if my dog likes it, I will shop no where except Tractor Supply Stores for all my pet needs.

I just purchased multiple bundles of T-posts. When I asked for the clips the guy loading out didn't know where to find them. The manager was standing there and suggested they never offered them withpost purchase and told me where I could buy them in store. I let him know I just purchased a bundle in live oak last week and received clips, his solutions was I get refunded and make a trip to live oak. With gas almost 5 a gallon I declined, don't shop Lake City Branch. Go the extra 15 miles to live oak.

Prices were okay. The sales clerk was very helpful. However, the ladies restroom was very unsatisfactory. The door lock is broken so they put a piece of paper on the door to knock first, this should have been fixed first. Especially since it's the ladies room. Second there are spider webs all over the walls. There weren't any paper towels or forthat fact, the hand dryer didn't work either. For some this might not be a big deal, but definitely not sanitary. Very disappointed.

Nice size store with plenty of options, and helpful staff. I buy some feed from here but if they don't have what you are looking for they can point you to a feed store that does have it. I buy rabbit feed from them, you have to get the good kind in the back from the feed room instead of the section with rabbit stuff. I love being able to do store pickup here as well, just know that if you need to look something up on your phone, your best bet is to do it outside the store. At least my phone (Verizon) won't work very well in the store.

Went to purchase feed. No one approached us to offer any help, only 4 employees. None of them knew were to find it because there was freight in the aisles blocking the ability to search. Several people were waiting to be helped at the chicks. My husband is a former employee and felt bad. He was asked by a few of the customers to help them find their products because they recognized by them. After searching for our grain, the store did not have any on hand. We had to go to Lake City which was 22 miles away from the Live Oak store we were at. This should not be happening. Customers are important.
