This is one of the best places to shop For your pets yes they might have more expensive stuff there it has incredible quality for exotics and health issue pets. There is always wonderful sales and bargains and they have the most incredible staff and management. This is like an old school pet store they actually have tons of animals reptiles fish and other wonderful things that you can't find. There's spirit around the holiday was incredible I'm disabled and I have service animals they are always welcoming and so helpful with everything I need. I find it easier to pay a couple extra dollars for a top quality food that is going to help my animals live a better life and to walk in which such great management and staff

I can’t always shop at pet supermarket because frankly they offer mostly premium brand pet foods that are out of my budget thus my four stars out of five is really not the fault of the vendor completely although I feel they could offer a budget line of feed to help accommodate those with large groups of animals or on budget constraints. I have a large parrot and pet supermarket has a feed mix that works for me I drop in on occasion tonight I also picked my kitty up a little upscale cat food as a treat. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and I have never had any kind of wait. They do offer some really nice treat items and premium pet supplies so I continue to shop here just wish they could save me a trip to the tractor place

I love this store and the employees! The employees is what makes it ! I bought a conure from them . The bird did pass , not sure why . However anyone who a bird person knows this can sometimes happen! My warranty was over , they still replace my bird ! When I was picking my bird out , the employees were amazing!! The lady at the register absolute sweetheart ! All the employees So patient with all my questions! It took me a couple hours to pick my bird out . They help me with everything ! the manger I think it’s Alex . She the one who has Charlie the bird that was stolen from the store and returned. She is so amazing , she helped me in the pass before I bought my bird . When my bird passed she was amazing and kind all the employees were . I wish I could remember everyone names ! Also the guy who mainly works in the back always has a 30 minute conversation with my hubby ! My hubby is a talker and he always speaks to us ! The other employee Andres is so amazing! We have even seen them outside the store and they always speak ! Every employee I have ever had an encounter with in this store has been amazing ! I love love the employees I can’t express it enough! I live in GA but travel here for all my pet needs !! The employees make this place amazing! They treat us like family! I would have any of them over to my house for dinner ! They are also very much animal lovers like myself !

Good service, staff are very kind, and most animals are well taken care of, however cages for larger parrots are slightly dirty and are also kept with items that could potentially harm or be fatal to the birds if they're ingested such as plastic toys or the fabric huts which could also cause hormonal issues with the bird

A formula had changed and I needed to take a couple bags back to the store and they handled the return so smoothly and I found a different product that will work for my dogs. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and the store is always immaculately clean and well stocked. I shop here a couple of times a month. I no longer bother with that "other" chain store down the street.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. As was first time visiting this store it was well worth stopping by. The self service dog cleaning area was so cool. Had so many cool things for pets. Plus the price match was nice and easy.

After a bad experience with... another nearby pet store, I came here and they have been awesome! It's rare for a store to have a COMPLETE STAFF of GREAT, helpful, employees! And I am very, VERY picky and hard to please and yet every employee AND Manager has not disappointed. I have not experienced such customer service. They have an outstanding animal washing area and is something I hadn't seen before, or since ($10 to wash AND dry, with minimal bending or lifting!)

Sadly, there were not many options for food and treats. Just a lot of variety of the same brands, it has a nice layout and bathing center for people to utilize for bathing their animals. Overall, it is a clean store and good for bring a pet store. Just wish they carried more variety and choices of food for K9 species.

It was a cold day today and my dog really needed a bath so I went to Pet Supermarket to use the self-service pet bath.It was a very good experience.My dog loved the warm water and the raised tub made it nice for me too.The area is clean and neat with nice clean towels to dry your pet off.I will definitely do this again as it was a great experience.

Always have what I need. The manager is super friendly. I come here to get feeder fish for the fish I have and they’re always stocked up. I also recently brought my dog here to bathe him in their pet washing station which is extremely helpful. Everything is always clean. I give them a 10/10. They supply towels, water, shampoo, and a dryer to bathe your dogs. I also asked to cut my dogs hair while I was there and they let me. I cleaned up after myself as much as I could.

I love this place, everyone here is so wonderful. They're knowledge and expertise Has helped me along the way with my new for baby. They are so kind and patient and so helpful . Andres is the absolute most awesome person! He took the time to educate my bonus son on proper care, maintenance, etc for the new baby gecko he was awarded for getting B Honor roll. He helped him go through the store and write down everything he would need including pricing so our son could start learning about expenses etc. Alex also was so sweet to assist us in this process and education about our new family member and responsibility to our son. They are both very sweet, informative and in our book be considered excellent people and friends! I recommend them to EVERYONE!

I brought my dog in for some training and some woman who I believe her name was Jessica, very rudely told me that my dog was "too aggressive" and needed to "stop mauling the smaller dogs". What she didn't know was that my baby was just a lil' hungry🤬 she then told me "that thing needs to be euthanized"Terrible service, we were kicked out of the store after my dog ate the managers toddler.

I purchased a self watering dog bowl that apparently was defective. I was able to return with a receipt easily and even got a nice replacement. Staff was super nice.

Andres, the assistant manager at this new store is phenomenal, no exaggeration...He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, even comparing all of our options and product prices and getting us the best priced items for our budget. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic at explaining the answers to any questions you may have. Its rare nowadays, to find someone who genuinely loves their job and takes pride in helping people...he is exactly that! Great store and staff, I am glad they came to Lake City!

My discord kitten wanted roughly one to all the animals within the store and they would not give it to them. They were very harsh when they did not accept our bribe of sushi just to borrow a couple animals for a couple of years. I am so livid at the audacity of their actions I would call the establishment myself if not for the long distance charges that I would get over this spicy memeball. Overall a very heartbreaking experience and one that I wish no caring soul would wish to confront....

Go to find a light bulb for my fish tank. Took 5 minutes for the girl to come out of the back, I then asked about said light bulb and she looked like a deer in headlights not knowing anything. First and last time going to this store
