I purchased my Brooks Kingsnake (Axanthic White-Sided Male). Manager, Nevaeh, was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, answered questions, and was great with my kids with teaching them how to hold a snake (probably their 2nd time EVER literally). She was incredible both times I interacted with her. And Joe, the owner, also knowledgeable and awesome as well. Joe spoke to my wife and me at almost closing and was very helpful, attentive, and answered any questions I could come up with. We live five hours away in Alabama but I knew from that first interaction with Joe that I was buying my first Kingsnake from OG Reptiles. Nevaeh just further solidified our doing business with them. Not to mention the store is absolutely immaculate. Easily the cleanest reptile, or pet store for that matter, I’ve been in.

Great visit at OG Reptiles, I had a chance to meet the owner really cool guy. Was able to watch while he was feeding some of his reptiles. If you need anything regarding any type of reptile, or just knowledge, stop in and see Joseph.

This place is amazing. Great selection of supplies and animals. Supplies are reasonably priced, animals were a little higher, BUT this will more than likely discourage a casual/impulse buy. I would definitely pay the asking price because this store is CLEAN. Owner was awesome to talk to and the young lady working there was friendly.

Went in today because they were recommended by another pet shop in town as having feeder rats that were also pet quality. The store was very clean, well stocked with so many awesome and well cared for animals. It was very important to me to support only an ethical rat breeder and they more than met expectations. The sweet lady personally pulled out several female rats around the same age/size as mine for me to choose from. They were clean, well fed, and had wonderful temperaments. We also were very impressed with the care she took to ensure that the snakes weren’t at risk for mites or other illnesses by being handled without her assistance and correct safety precautions. We will definitely be back!

I have never actually been to OGs Shop, but I have purchased from him online! Absolutely the most amazing experience, beautiful animals, great communication and just all around a wonderful guy. He was very very helpful and I'll continue to do business with him in the future. I received beautiful and healthy snakes. If I were you I wouldn't miss out. One day I will make that trip down to visit his shop as well. For now the online experience was great! 👏 Thanks again for all your help!

I had a very good experience with OG Reptiles, I ordered a Kingsnake from them on MorphMarket, the owner was prompt with his responses back and was very helpful when I was inquiring about a couple different snakes, trying to pick the exact one I wanted! I ordered on Wednesday, my snake was shipped the next Monday, I received shipping details and my snake was on my door by 10:30am Tuesday morning, packaging was good and my snake was safe and sound! My animal was shipped to Michigan from Florida, and was in the mail probably less than 16 hours. All in all this has been a great experience buying an animal from OG Reptiles, and I will definitely be calling them when I’m ready for a new snake!! They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a snake/Reptile!!

The staff is super knowledgeable as well as the owner. Everyone is very nice and polite. Their animals are well taken care of and super pretty. You can find all kinds of things that you need for your reptiles and arachnids. The shop and enclosures are always clean which is awesome to see. They even sell freeze dried treats, which taste amazing.

I do not live in the area but was able to stop by once on a trip & I highly enjoyed the experience. I was new to owning my ball python at the time & they were very helpful/informative with a large satiety of options for my little guy. I defiantly wish I lived closer, 10 out of 10 recommend stopping by.

We've followed them from Wellborne to Lake City and we love getting our super worms, horn worms, and even freeze dried candy from here. They have always been super friendly and even let's my kids check out the reptiles and even the furry mice/rats when my kids ask. Highly recommend checking them out, they have literally everything you need for your reptiles!

Love this store! I haven't had the pleasure to visit physically yet, but I follow their social medias and they are so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The stock is incredible. Things you'd think you need to wait for shipping, you can drive on down and get it! I live 3 hours away and I'm planning my visit soon and I'm 100% sure it will be worth it.

I happened upon this place just taking a drive I love reptiles so I had to go inside! Immediately upon entering I'm very impressed not only with the cleanliness of the store and the beautiful display of tanks but most overall was that there was absolutely no smell!! I know that sounds crazy but I hate walking into pet stores usually due to the overwhelming smells involved lol. Then without even having to ask I was approached by a very friendly girl who was extremely knowledgeable and eager to show us any reptiles we were interested in even the ones my daughter wanted to see which was huge for me! ! I will definitely be back for any of my needs in the future!! Did I mention also their amazing choices and stock of reptiles, tarantulas, and an amazing stock of supplies and food for any variety caged critter!

A good friend of mine told me to stop by and see OG Reptiles new Lake City location and he was not wrong when he said it was a beautifully maintained shop! I will be returning for a tarantula of my own very soon. The owner and other employees are very educated and dedicated to the critters they care for and sell.

I have personally shopped at OG reptiles a few times and have always had a wonderful experience. We have a very large bearded dragon and they have provided excellent superworms along with hornworms. There is lots of stock to choose from for all of your reptile needs. I highly recommend stopping in!

The best reptile store in town. Very kid friendly and the best customer service ever. My two kids loves this place. If my kids can’t see a certain reptile, the worker would move the hide so they can see it. I would’ve gave them 10 stars but it only let me do 5 stars.

OG Reptiles is a one of a kind store! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! You would not even know that you were in a pet store let alone an exotic pet store no odor or mess whatsoever. The animals are all healthy and high quality.The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile to help. Even if you don’t buy they are willing to answer questions. I drive an hour to get supplies from this store, and I have a store in my own town!

I go everytime I visit my son, he started me going there. What I noticed when I'm there is the staff is very knowledgeable about everything the sell. I like that they let you take all the time you want and seem to always be cleaning cages and feeding, that I ❤️ love. Because I get upset seeing dirty cages any where.These guys are the best to their reptiles. Oh it doesn't hurt they sell freeze dried yummies either. Lol.

Love OG Reptiles everyone is so friendly and nice. Been there a couple of times with my family when ever we visit the city and bought some things from them. Everything is so clean and the animals there are well taken care of and if you ask, they will let you see their animals got to hold a snake there which i havent done since I was a child. Also, their prices are sooo reasonable compared to most other places as well and love the varities of things and animals they sell. Definitley can't wait to visit them again. :)

They have everything you need for any reptiles you may own, worms, crickets, decorations, tanks, etc...wish they had live mice though, they do carry frozen...clean store, animals are well taken care of, a lil pricey on their reptiles for me but you decide when you stop by...staff was friendly...if in the area will go again
