I needed help with a question about a newer medication I have been taking and the pharmacist was very helpful and throughly explained to me. The techs are great at this location as well. One of them has been a long time employee and always has a smile no matter how busy they are and greets me. They may be short staffed at time like most all places are anymore but they try their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Several of my children take very important medications that are needed to live and they do their best to get these in on time and if I do have a issue with insurance or time of getting these, I go in and they help. I do think the new answer phone system is stressful for customers and maybe for employees but I realize that is not something they have control of or decided.

Prescriptions keep being put on hold and not filled! The reason they keep telling me is there's a problem with my Dr. License. When in fact it's a problem with thier system. I had to tell them to run it as a coupon or something like that is what they told my Dr when he finally got a hold of them. Why should I have to remind them of this!? So frustrating! Corporate is this store's problem is why Nothing gets done! Staff was actually very nice this last time!

If I could leave 0 stars I would... THIS PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE, if it wasn't the only one in my town, I would go elsewhere. Everytime myself or my mom calls the pharmacy for any reason, we either sit on hold for an hour or more or they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They never fill prescriptions in a timely manner, they are always "extremely behind" or we wait forever to get helped. They are judgemental depending on the type of prescriptions we are getting and always change their demeanor for the worst. They are completely understaffed, poorly trained and the customer service is below anyone's standards.

I just dont understand the attitude of the girls that work at cvs. Someone needs to explain to them it's easier to be nice to a customer than so nasty. When I was younger the store clerks were always pleasant. I just came to drive thru to pick up my husband's testeroin. There is no excuse to be so nasty to a customer. Because this is an on going thing with lake butler cvs I am going to have everything transferred to publix. They are expected to be courteous at publix.i looked at the reviews on the website thinking maybe it's just me but it isn't. Losing my business won't hurt you any but over time it will effect your company. People are tired of the attitude.everyone I have spoke to agrees with me. I dont know the girls name nor do i want to single 1 person out because its basically the whole store except for cheryl she is always professional. Nothing will change I just needed to vent.

The attitude of the staff is terrible with the exception of one person. I believe her name is ?Tammi. Wonderful attitude, patience, and goes above and beyond. The rest of them...should not work with public.

Closing the whole pharmacy for 1/2 hour is very inconvenient since no one can pick up during that time. Should always have 1 person on the register.

This is the worst CVS I have ever delt with! They do not follow up on prescription refills. Everytime i have gone in to pick up my meds they have messed it up. They will tell you an hour then when you come back it has changed to they told you tomorrow. Routine prescriptions are not filled in a timely fashion. Customer service is not a concept they seem to be able grasp. Needless to say i will no longer be getting my prescriptions here. I have never in my life seen a pharmacy be this incompetent.

I hate they service. I call up here to make sure I don't ride up here to sit and wait. They say oh the scripts are filled yih can come pick them up now that I'm up here oh I'm sorry you have to wait 30min. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
