I went here this morning around 9:40. I wanted a snack and found Kind Bars on sale for eight dollars and change instead of 12 dollars and change.I was directed to the self checkout. The regular register was closed. The employee showed me where to put in my phone number. Great! I had not used their loyalty card in some time so it did not come up. I asked if we could fix that. He said, “The register is closed”. So given this unwillingness to assist me, I walked out without buying anything.My thought is, when you are the only game in town, customer service goes down. That said, Dollar General has come up in the world in terms of general merchandise the two store share in common and I will try them first in this small town rural world that I now live in.

This is BY FAR the worst CVS I have ever been to! With exception to a couple people the manger and staff are rude, condescending, they lie and blame each other constantly instead of just taking the time to explain or own their mistakes. They have closed early multiple times when I have been in line inside and out for more than thirty minutes for them to actually shut the window in my face and ignore me! Furthermore they will actually tell you that they don't care if patients leave because they are overloaded. Unfortunately it's the only pharmacy in town but 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Save yourself the trouble and drive ANYWHERE else!

What a fantastic group of people! The pharmacy staff, who gave me two much needed vaccines, were both kind and competent. Mr. Kirby was especially patient with my questions and had to be the nicest person I’ve met all week. Thanks CVS!

Waiting in the drive thru is ridiculous, they need to enforce a policy that if your prescription is not ready that you should drive around or come back later. I have sat in line for over an hour and the vehicles in front of me never moved. I usually then go inside and ask why they don't ask the customer to drive around the store or come back and the pharmacy technician tells me they aren't allowed to do that. This is a problem that needs to be fixed. I'm really thinking about moving my prescriptions to the cvs in Starke because they don't make you wait hours in the drive the thru. Some people go to the drive thru on their lunch break and can't sit there for hours....very annoying...

Got in Pharmacy outside line today, 4/18/22 at 1205pm, and was 3rd in line behind a blue car at the window and a jeep Cherokee in front of me. At 1245pm, the blue car was still at the window and NO interaction between them and the window at all. The older man in the Cherokee got out of his vehicle and came back and asked me if I could back up and let him out of line, because he had been waiting in line for over an hour, and wanted to leave. I backed up let him out, waited 5 more minutes and still no interaction between drive up window and the blue car, so I left also. I called on my cell on the way home which took 15 minutes and was on hold for the Pharmacy the entire time and no one ever answered the phone. I have noticed the service at this store has been getting worse lately, but this is unacceptable.

They will not take cash even if exact change. Signs posted about the store claim this is due to a national coin shortage. The problem with this is that no one else wants payment done via debit or credit only. Not everyone has a debit or a credit card, and since absolutely no one else has this problem, the issue can raise serious liability issues, as it appears to be a form of discrimination against those with little equity. If they won't take exact change, thus effectively denying a doctor prescription order in lieu of payment by card, and the patient dies from not having said medication, this can be a bad situation for CVS. I will be calling the headquarters on this bunch.

I am usually a very patient person but WOW!! I Have been on hold for over an hour with this pharmacy and If the website was working I wouldn't have to call!! I feel so sorry for our seniors in this community! Can't wait till the OTHER pharmacy open!!! Corporate needs to do something it's not the employees fault! Bad business!

Needed birth control months before vacation to balance out my menstrual. Checked in regularly to see if they had it, they didn’t. They then told me that I had to set up a yearly female exam to get the prescription. I checked in one last time to make super sure, and it turns out, they DID have it…and I didn’t even need to set up my yearly exam for it. Even though I got it, my cycle was already messed up at this point. Went on a cruise for a week, no tampons and no pads whatsoever. So yeah…blew a hole in all my vacation plans…

Went in for 2nd Covid injection after just getting a check in text on my phone. Girl at front checked her list at the front and said you're not on the list call to make an appointment. I said why would we get a check in text if not on the list. Sheproceeded to dress me down and pointed her finger in my face. Then she finally checked with the pharmacy and we did have appointments. No apologies just come back after we check in on the app in 10 minutes. Never going there again. So rude!

This place has gotten so bad. My husband needed his pain meds and I called to order them and I was told they would be ready in a hr. I called 3 hrs later when I went to go get our daughter from school and was told give us 15 min. I went by 45 min later and I was told by the same lady that they would be ready in 15 she now told me it's going to be another hr. After I told her I just spoke to you and you said 15 min she was very rude and basically called Me a liar. I'm so over it but they refuse to give us authorization to go to another pharmacy for his pain meds. 1 star is actually to good for them.

Unfortunately I walked into CVS and couldn't find a clerk. But there was a machine that told me that due to a USA coin shortage, I could not use cash. Well this was proven false many months ago.CVS Lake Butler just doesn't want to pay people to work there.I went across the street to the Circle K and made my $35 purchase and gave and received change. You are better off driving over to Starke to the Walgreens and get treated as a real person.Jai Nitai Gauranga.

CVS has come a long way in customer service and treating customers. They do try to help as much as possible. Still understaffed but that's not the employee's fault. If I do have a problem I get a review from the manager and give them the facts.

If you need a prescription find another place to fill it. Every time I come here it takes 4+ hours to fill a prescription that is faxed over from a doctor. The atitude from pharmacy staff is beyond rude with the exception of the head pharmacist and the male worker who is always beyond helpful. Everyone else is rude and condescending. I will be transferring my prescriptions to walmart from here on out.

I have always used cvs pharmacy in lake butler for all of my kids prescriptions. I will never use them again!!!! My son is on medication and and they recently changed it to a different manufacturer and now that new medication gives him Severe headaches and he can no longer take that medication so I asked them to order the other medication the he was taking because he doesn’t have any side effects on it. The said it would take them 4 days to get that in. I said ok whatever it takes so he doesn’t suffer. So four days later I go to fill that prescription with the right medication and I made sure to tell them what medication should be filled. So I go beck 2 hours later and pick it up. I get home and it’s the wrong medication. So I go back up to cvs and they tell me” sorry we can’t change it because I left the drive thru window and now they can’t replace it. I tell them it was their error and they need to fix this because my son can’t go without his medication and this medication gives him severe headaches and he can’t take this. They said sorry we can’t change it. So now my son will have to suffer for another month because they can’t do their job right. And won’t fix their error. I will never go back and my extended family said they have had so many issues with the service there that they are leaving them to.

The absolute worse pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is rude and none seem very knowledgeable in their roles. I was a Kirby’s customer for years and everything was sent to CVS Lake Butler when they closed. I had all my prescriptions transferred to CVS Alachua. I will also say, having 11 years in healthcare I’ve intersected with hundreds of pharmacies and they still rank at the bottom of the barrel.

Literally the worst pharmacy. I constantly wait on hold for no results. I have been waiting on them to transfer and fill medication I need daily and have now been out of for five days because they can’t do their jobs or don’t have enough people to get stuff done. I am moving to a different pharmacy. They literally just hung up on me while I was on hold for 10 minutes desperately asking for an update. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.. I’ve been there twice and every time they give me a nasty attitude they make u wait hours for your medication and if u ask how long it will take they act like it will kill them to answer the question.. they can not give u a straight answer they will literally yell at the customers.. all they do is gossip instead of doing there jobs way to much drama for me..

This store is a little expensive and the pharmacy is oh my goodness!! Every time I visit the pharmacy it's a problem. The funny part is it's every CVS. They are blood pressure regulators!!!
