We love this store. My only issue is the manager is very rude. She has no personality or customer service skills. She speaks down to people. Thankfully the rest of the staff doesn't seem to follow her lead.The store is clean and organized so she is doing something right. She just needs to work on her people skills.

The Lake Alfred store is so nice! Clean and organized. A very nice man there offered to help get something for me when he saw me looking at something up high. We had a pleasant chat while he worked. Checkout was very quick and clerk was friendly and polite

Clean straight store girls and guys work hard at this store! I had to eat my words, when they said they were raising their prices by .25 cents! I laugh! Did not realize how much i spend on a trip aleast 2 times a week( like $60.00- $100.00). That .25 cents sure does start adding up fast but still with causious shopping you can save a lot of money! Their coffee icecream is to die for! Thank you DOLLAR TREE EMPLOYEES,

I love going to this dollar tree but there is one issue the young cashier ethaniel doesn't greet the customer and seems to be racist. People like him don't have any customer service. Because of us customer is that he has a job.

Looks as if they are starting to clean it up a bit, more product was out and two cashier's. Usually there is only one and a line 8 deep. I get it I was a manager a Dt for some time. Slow for the first week at scanning and if you are still slow after a few shifts you gotta go. Also they never call for back up anymore, at my store 3 waiting customers and you call back up.

This is a very nice Dollar Tree. The cashier was extremely nice, and when he dropped a glass he ran and got a broom to sweep it up. He was one of two cashiers and worked quickly so no one would wait too long.
