8pm on Saturday. No coffee. No creamer. All coffee machines turned off or burning the coffee. Cappuccina machine was just hot water. No signs saying "out of order."And, oh my word, the store smelled like someone took a dump on the floor. I'm not exaggerating.

Young male worker. I want to say he may be middle eastern. He is the rudest employee I’ve ever witnessed anywhere. I’ve worked 12 years in customer service and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am at this location he is arguing with customers. I’ve never complained about him but he ruins so many peoples mornings by how he acts. A few weeks ago I witnessed him yelling at a lady because she forgot to look at her pump number before coming inside. He has also tried to make jokes at me before but the employees that were working with him know me and shut him down. Today he was yelling at a gentleman for coming in multiple times. The gentleman stated that he chooses this location to always fill up his tank since he drives far for his job and how the employee shouldn’t be upset to be getting business. After the gentleman went outside the employee continued to talk inappropriately in front of new customers coming in. I really hope someone sees this and does something about it. That location could see new sales and maintain the sales they have but not with him working there. Such an important gas station to Lake Alfred but I don’t want to go back.

I’m trying to find a way to upload this video of the store employee being very racist and stereotyping me because I simply asked “how long he was going to have me and a long line of people waiting” because he left the counter to help a “DOOR DASH” employee shop around the store as if the 7 eleven customers that was waiting didn’t matter. The video speaks for itself he refused to serve me once he got to the counter because he was upset I asked him how long was he going to have us waiting…. He threaten to call the police on me when I didn’t do anything let alone say anything threatening to him the video shows who was the hostile one and who was stereotyping who as the anger black person yet I was very calm… 7 months pregnant thirsty and I couldn’t get me a Gatorade because he refused to serve me…. His parents must be the owners which is why he felt so comfortable to leave the counter with more than 5 people waiting in line to shop for the DOOR DASH Employee last I checked Door Dash pays them to shop for their own items yet this 7 eleven employee chose to shop for the DOOR DASHER… I didn’t get the employee name cause he had his name badge covered but the picture shows who he is and am still going to find away to upload this video of him…

Don't go here! The stupid people running this store are garbage and it's MY fault they don't take Google pay so I had to run to my car for a physical card, their app also took $60 out of my account and the general manager just told me good luck that's not our problem. I hope the owner gets their staff together or this place gets shut down. This isn't how to treat someone in medical need of food. You can't hold the line for 10 seconds but I have to wait 5 minutes for help, very fair.GM also told me my money would be back on my card in a few minutes from the gas pump, it's been 30 and I'm still waiting so thank you for the lies.I hope you put my wings back on the shelf so I can call the FDA too because you either threw out my wings I had pulled out or fed them to another consumer which is illegal because I touched them.

On 12/31/2022 at 8:25pm There were two employees, one male and the female employee. The female clerk who was on shift at 8:25 p.m. changes the prices of the items. there was an entire palette of Michelob Ultra in cans marked with its price at $15.99 which I indicated to the cashier the price and she flatly refused to change it giving excuses that maybe it was in the wrong position, which indicated that she had the marked price and there were more items in that same position at the time I dedicate myself to recording, the employee went to the fridge and took the marked price. be very careful in this 7-Eleven the employees fix the prices of the products in their favor and they do not have a manager or supervisor on duty to correct the prices according to what the employee herself told me, she does not have a supervisor on duty who gives her more benefits they give to the employees to continue with their plagiarism.

I don't mind 7 11 but the prices are so high on many products that i usually don't buy much there....Only get gas if i have to stop. The prices of cigarettes cost $4 to $ 5 more a pack , If you buy Marlboro , that's why i only get what i have to have at 7 11

Every time I come here between 4:45 and 5am. There is NEVER any food here. The customer matters very little. I’ll drive a little further to the loves on US 27 at least there they have food and care about the customers.

Visited today not even a week after the store opened and while the store itself is clean and relatively well stocked, the inside is on the small side, and only one employee had on a mask while the other employees handling food and other products had on neither mask nor gloves (masks are mandatory in this city). None of the other customers coming in had masks on, nor were they ever asked to put one on, so the store was overfull with customers and employees alike with no protective gear on. Until the employees follow their own guidelines and request customers do as well, I'd avoid this location altogether.

It’s very inconvenient that the manager can’t go to the bank to make sure that the store has change to give customers. I went in to pay with cash and ended up having to use my card which I didn’t want to do. You cannot expect customers to have exact change. Ridiculous and bad management 101. Never going back even though it’s 2 minutes from my house. I will go to the Race Trac on my way to work.

They are kind, professional and overall exceed my expectations with their superior customer service which is why I am a loyal customer who chooses this as my home store for all of my quick stops.

This is a new store and I love being able to get in and out with no problems. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Well stocked and every time I have been in, it has been very clean. Social distancing is encouraged so that's nice as well. Would definitely go back. Kinda wish the prices were a little lower but other than that, great place for a pick me up.

Actually this store has been a pleasure to go to. At times it gets a little busy but the employees handle it well. I am happy to say they sure have worked out their imperfections. Plus they have hot foods that are pretty fresh.

The first few weeks they were open it was in great condition. As many other commenters have said there seems to be little care given to the gas pumps and the quality thereof. The pumps have not given a receipt since week 1, and it appears they won't. The screen will literally flash "See Cashier for Receipt" for 1 second.The 2nd star is only because this place usually has ice when others do not.

Absolutely gross....the store and parking lot is dirty among the full trash cans that sit at every gas pump. We arrived at the store at 530am on Wednesday morning a normal work morning no sandwiches were warm no coffee they said they hadn't cleaned the machines no condiments were available employees were rude and this is not the first time ...another time we came here one of the "managers" was yelling that he's not doing door dash or Uber eats orders, not stocking, not doing any hot food I mean come on people you don't like your job move on don't take it out on others...for a store that's riddled with cops at night trying to catch people for no reason this establishment needs to be condemned!

I am in the store 7 days a week at roughly 7:30 am for gas and coffee but there is never any creamer. If the guy Charlie is working he will gladly go get it for you but none of the others will and just say their out. The store is a high volume store and much needed for the area and was a great business decision. Please fix tjis

Went in to pay for gas because it said see cashier, the lady asked if I wanted 20 dollars and I looked at her in shock cause gas prices are so high and said 20?, the other cashier that was not even waiting om me named Chrissy said you don't have to be rude and I said I'm not I'm just shocked cause gas prices are so high and she said in a non polite way, she doesn't know what you drive. I just left. This is the first time I had this experience. If she is that miserable she should find another job. She had a sour look on her face the minute I walked in

Have physically went inside 2 times, both times were epic fails. The staff is horrible. Both time were pump issues, they could care less how he time they waste of yours. Today, the pump wasn't working, tried twice to get gas. Went inside & asked what the problem was, the lady said the pump is broke. I asked her why isn't it bagged then? Her response? "Don't worry about it, go to another pump". Pathetic.

Stopped in just now to get a drink and some gas. 20 minutes later I get to the register. The lady, I did miss her name was clearly having trouble at the register. The line went from long to longer quickly. Then she moved registers and kept asking for help from what looked like a manager type named Krissy. I remember her name because she was more interested in talking to people at the end of the line. This was a terrible 7-11 experience. If Krissy is the manager she needs to be more helpful to the employees instead of socializing. If she’s not the manager she needs to be more helpful to the employees that are actually trying to help customers. The place was dirty and there were zero cups for fountain drinks and it is a shame.

My 1st time ever buying a Philly Cheese Steak sub sandwich. It had been sitting under the heat lamps which dried it out. The bun was hard all around. I asked the cashier if I could trade it for another, she said sure as she threw the 1st one away. All in all, it was a pleasurable shopping experience.

Terrible experience. Pump would not accept credit card, had to see cashier. Line inside for cashier and when tried to pay credit card machine inside would not accept card. When finally worked after several tries finally made it to pump and pump would not function. Transaction eventually timed out and I left without getting any gas. Awful.

unfortunately this is the only gas station in my small town but it is in DIRE need of new management…i’m fairly certain that every time i have HAD to go there (open late for gas, open late for misc. items) there is a line the length of the store inside, ALWAYS only one register opened when multiple employees are in the store working who feel that in/out of work gossip is wayy more important than helping a customer, ALWAYS an employee on the phone discussing their open business, and ALWAYS attitude when asked why they prefer a long line of angry customers rather than helping the customers get in and out in a timely manner…NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. fairly certain i saw the one girl on the register today take a puff of a vape .. like really? this 7/11 isnt already rediculous enough?
