Do not by steaks from Winn Dixie Tougher. Than. A leather boot meat is horrible even medium rare even if you tenderize it so tough it’ll break your teeth and cost more than most everywhere. Even Walmart has better steaks.

It's a clean store, nothing is really outdated which seems to be an issue at all Winn Dixies. But what I found appalling was I went there to get the $1.19/1.29lb deal on Smithfield ham for Easter. After seeing multiple hams that were GRAY, I just don't trust any of the meats and decided to spend more elsewhere for an edible looking ham. In my photo you can see the nice pink color on the far right ham, as it should be. No thank you! How can anyone work here and think it's okay to have that out there for consumption?

Fabulous and this time I remembered to use the app so I can get points.I amazed at how much improvement this company has made to their location.The lighting is perfect, the isles are wide enough and shelves are always well stocked, and let’s not forget that the staff have a wonderful attitude.The last time I went into a Win Dixie was back in the 80s and I am glad I made the effort to try it out of convenience and it turned it to be the best decision so now I can allow myself to say that I am for sure going to be a regular here at this location in Colony Plaza and drop my other store where the prices are much higher!I will have picture to share my next visit.

It is thanksgiving day there suppose to be open the door is unlocked i noticed the log hinges are not secured on the door but no one is aroud. They wouldnt open the door for ANYONE whoever was in the back should be ashamed of themselfs . Ill be calling coorprate in the morning

The general merchandise manager Crista Vanderschaaf is one of the best employees. She went 1000% out of her way to help me Winn Dixie is my new go to place by by publix!

Why can’t you ever get served at the customer service counter? Why is it always such an unpleasant experience almost every time I go to this Winn Dixie? Ever since kindred closed I use the Winn Dixie liquor store. (Best part of this Winn Dixie. The two who work in the liquor store are AWESOME). I go next door for lotto. Almost every evening. There is never anybody at the customer service desk, and when one of the two girls that works behind the customer service desk finally shows up there is always an attitude. I’m just there to get a lotto, girls! I’m not trying to ruin their evening. I don’t know why they have to treat me so poorly every time I come in. This evening I put money in the lotto machine to avoid the customer service desk. The machine broke while I was using it. And I was told that I would have to wait until the manager, the other lady that treats me poorly, to get back from lunch. Excuse me? Luckily the machine unfroze itself and I was able to get my lotto. My question is if a manager goes on duty, and I can’t believe that this lady is a manager, shouldn’t somebody else in the store be able to take over while that manager is on “lunch“? If it wasn’t for the liquor store I would never step foot back in this Winn-Dixie ever again.

I am a loyal patron of Winn Dixie. The staff is consistently professional, friendly and helpful. Employees are eager to assist customers and will walk with them to find an item. I’ve made friends with some of the employees. They make me feel like a celebrity I would like to recognize the following people:John is an exceptional man. He remembers everyones name as they enter the store. He is always smiling and very professional.Natalie is helpful and nice. She goes beyond the call of duty. She is an exceptional mentor.Tiffany is an accomplished manager. She will hold the bar high for her staff

Great service. Not too long of waiting. My car was very clean when they finished. No streaks in windows.The gal who was finishing up my car noticed a few things and would not release it until they were addressed.I thought that was very professional on her part.😀

This store is aways clean & cashiers are very friendly and always provide great customer service.There is a young girl who is a cashier, her makeup is always beautiful but this young girl is a example of a great cashier who provides great customer service.I love their produce and meat department. This is the only place that always has my beef sausages in stock as well 😋.

Love the BOGO and weekend specials! Using their app and accumulating points is super easy as well. Clean stores, friendly and helpful staff. Check your receipts for coupons you WILL actually use, like the 10.00 off your next 50.00 order. P.S. the store baked sugar and oatmeal raisin cookies 🍪 are delicious 😋 and the self serve chicken wing bar is worth visiting for on its own!

The manager was awesome the employees not so much. The young male cashier made fun of an elderly lady that actually needed help with her groceries but nobody helped her. There was a medium aged woman at the service counter and she kept looking up from her phone but never once offered to help. I actually said something and she totally ignored me. I asked her to get the manager so I could speak with him or her and she said well you can talk to me I am a shift supervisor (or something) the gentleman who was actually the manager that was helping me out in the store and working his butt off explained to me that it's hard to get employees to work let alone bag groceries or help carry them out, which I thought was insane. I'm sticking with Publix, they actually care about their customers.....

When I went into Winn-Dixie today I had a question but notice that there was a long line at customer service. I also noticed that one cashier did not have any customer so I thought I'd take a chance and ask her my question. Needless to say I was expecting the usual you'll have to ask customer service or I have no idea or whatever we have that's it etc etc but no I was fortunate enough to talk to Monika. A most caring person. She was actually interested in my problem or I should say question and told me what I should try to do. I took her advice I did it and it worked! It was about a gift card that I had received that I wasn't sure how I was able to use it. It felt so good to find someone that actually cared. I hope Winn-Dixie realizes that they have a very caring cashier and I acknowledge her for her worth.

I noticed in the year, a lot of items were out of stock. The rib-eye steaks had been very sorry. No or little top cap. I'm not going to pay top dollar for rib-eye that is poor. I leave WD and go to Publix for my steaks now.

We held off on shopping here due to the older appearance, but thankfully my Grandmother convinced us to give it a try!The BOGO deals are incredible and we save SO much without even trying. Make sure to get the rewards card and use the app/online portal to activate offers for points. We have probably had $50+ back towards future purchases in just 5 trips. Amazing!

Store is clean and well stocked, ( except for wet cat food) lots of good sales. Employees are very helpful and polite. Check out was not bad. The cashier is very polite and fast. We did not stand in the check out line very long.

Had a raincheck that the cashier messed up putting in she also missed an item that messed up a BOGO special. She couldn't figure out the problem and the girl she called over couldn't either. I gave up trying to get them to understand and left loosing money.

I like W-D. Prices are better than Publix. They have very good plain Greek house brand yogurt. Nice bake goods and cold cuts. Could not find baby butter beans. Love the Sumter Lansing store. Friendly checkout staff. That is important. No grouchies there.
